The place was quiet relaxing with the view overlooking the Taal Volcano and its lake. The rooms were simple, fully-furnished and clean with fresh linens at all times which will surely makes you feel very comfortable. They have got a conference/function halls, pools with its deepest at 8 ft., a jacuzzi, and sauna. Their location is very accessible too.

Perfect morning breeze. In room 49 where you can see the most panoramic view of taal volcano, the room is spacious, beds and pillows are comfy.. With 2 pools but both are not heated as well as the jacuzzi, should be better if the sauna is well heated. Room rates are ok.. Suggesting to use more sustainable things, to theme up with the natures.

Beds were nice. View was nice right above TA'AL volcano and the smaller islands were visible. Seems to be in an old mosque with a Marian shrine whitch struck me as odd. Security was excellent helping us cross busy highway Front desk did seem to call us alot and we thought 'again and really?'

When I contacted the hotel to make a reservation, they made no mention that their resort was closed for renovations. They booked the stay, took my money, and even upon check in, did not mention that the resort was basically closed and had no staff. No wifi, no restaurant, the room was very far from the lobby and the golf carts were under maintenance. That wouldn’t really matter because there was no staff to operate them. The breakfast brought to the room was in plastic containers, with plastic utensils. We were told no coffee because they didn’t have cups. Here is the cherry on top…the resort is built into a hill, so you need to take an elevator. After our initial entry into the hotel, they shut the elevator down and locked the front door. We had to walk up a 2 story car park driveway to enter and exit the hotel. Are you kidding me! No discount, even upon pointing out the issues. In fact, they charged me for a bottle of water on my way out. The room should have never been rented in the first place. Terrible way to run a business.

The conference venue and accommodation are excellent.
Worth the price.

The staff is very warm and accommodating

Guests prefer newer, not seem overused, towels.

Kindly assign nearer villa to the conference hall. This benefits older guests and other people with special needs.

Estancia is worth recommending.

We tried to log in to their Wifi considering that they gave us the Password & its almost 30 minutes & we couldn't log in to their Wifi we ended up not loging in. We called the front desk at 7pm for an evening drink & to our surpise no one is answering then we ask one of the staff. She told us that room service is only up to 8 am til 6 pm. If you will do your booking online Breakfast is not Complimentary.

If you want a quick refresh from your day-to-day routine in manila, a quick visit to tagaytay - the nearest getaway. We had a good stay, good bonding, memorable talks of anything under the sun and moon with my closest friends.

Thanks to Estancia Resort Hotel in Tagaytay. We had a blast! Their service is good, (protocols were applied) we enjoyed dipping in the jacuzzi paired with sauna followed by a relaxing massage.

Their amenities and rooms were clean and big. The quite ambiance add the vibe we needed for a quick recharge. Kudos to your staff estancia. Super helpful and friendly.

Wifi is down, so we took advantage of talking to each other rather than looking to our mobile. Super nice! Super great! Sharing with you our moments together. Enjoy everyone! Sending love and positive vibes! Love! Love! Love! Take care everyone!

Personnel: Staffs are very accomodating, approachable and kind.
Resort: A lot of instagramable spaces where you can have a photo op 😍
Room: Clean room and excellent room service. We loved the balcony.
Ambiance: Peaceful and very relaxing
Food: Highly recommended if you want a hassle free staycation.
Pool: we enjoyed the pool but better if they have a warmer water temperature for older guests to enjoy.

Definitely a 100/10 experience.
