Using a Deal Grocer voucher, we booked a room for 2 not knowing that there are rooms without any windows. We were assigned one such room because " all other rooms are either under repair from typhoon Glenda or they are already occupied." The gentleman at the Front desk was kind enough to give us the option of re booking for another date which we should have taken but did not. Jazmine, also at the front office was very professional and accomodating.
Unfortunately in Tagaytay the main attraction is the fresh cool mountain air. With a room without any windows we opened the door once in a while to get fresh air. The evening was not pleasant at all. Beware when booking to ask for a room with windows.

it was my birthday when we went to thouse. My friend who usually goes to tagaytay recommended the place since it was on 20% discount on deal grocer. i searched it immediately on google saw nice and beautiful pictures of the place. It has a pool and a jacuzzi which made me even more excited to go. The room looks cozy and big but when we entered it was not what we expected. It was a bit small but just ok for an overnight stay. The bed and pillows was so soft the sheets was so white and clean. The tv reception was really bad though..My boyfriend was quite disappointed since he was excited to watch Nba. The shower also was really difficult to operate! u have to wait for almost 10-15 mins. for the water to get warm and at the middle of the night there was no water coming out of the shower! They said we have to wait for a while since they are still filling it up. And the worst part was, we were all scratching ourselves since there were ants all over out body! the closet was slowly eaten up by termites and ants and we didnt noticed since our bags covered the area where the termites was. Just an awful experience for my birthday.. I fon't think i would come back to this place anymore.

I spent two days in T House having selected this place based on the pictures and reviews I have found on the web. The place was to offer tranquil retreat but did not meet my expectations. On the upside, the hotel is well isolated from the main street in terms of acoustics and you do feel a little bit in another world. The food was also good and fresh, the comfort of the rooms acceptable, organic hotel cosmetics a nice perk. On the downside was actually limited payment methods (western union only), small rooms despite being called suites and all windows with a non see through glass which made the whole experience a little bit claustrophobic. Overall ok, but not to the point of coming back there.

I like this place because they offer rooms with more inclusions- aside from breakfast, an additional meal is included per night of stay. They also give 30min free massage. Not sure though if I just happen to book on a promo. The place is nice and relaxing. The staff are friendly and efficient. They have nice plants and flowers all over the place. The bed is really huge, bigger than califonia king, plus a sofa in the room.

We love bringing our dog to Tagaytay and this is one hotel I will recommend to pet-owners. They were particularly accommodating to our dog. And that alone easily makes this hotel one of my all time faves..

Book 3 rooms which includes 6 breakfast for 6 person however, on the day before my arrival, called me and told me that they don't have 3 available rooms and only gave me 2 rooms instead which one of it is upgraded to a suite. However, when I checked the price of the suite room it was way cheaper than the 2 rooms I book altogether, even want me to pay extra for the 2 additional person for breakfast, telling me that we only have 4 free breakfast for the 2 rooms when in the first place I should have had 6 free breakfast. They gave me 3000 worth of consumable which in fact wasn't really 3000 since they let me stay in a cheaper room than what I paid for and ask me to pay for extra breakfast. 4 of us adults stayed in one room with one bathroom that we need to share, also slept on a floor bed instead of a real bed. Manager didn't care at all and keep insisting he did the best he could. Worst ever!!!!

THE hotel doesnt allow early check in. Even if my grandmother who's 90 yrs old and my parents waited for an hours just waiting in the lobby with no fan at all. they should allow us to check in because it was hot outside and there is no guest who check out while where waiting so it means that the room is ready they just want all the guest to check in at 2pm onwards.

The pool is so dirty and small.. they should clean it regularly.

They said they upgrade my room with 2 bed separate. butvthey just gave us the room with king size bed and extra bed and pillow that is on the floor!!.

The door of the bathroom is broken and heavy I was stuck inside the bathroom for almost half an hour before the service help us to open the broken door And we have no choice we cant close the door again if we go to bathroom!!. so dissapointed.. i was planning to have me wedding reception here but i change my mind.the service is not good and the room is not that big.

Signal is not okay also.

No hair dryer and ref..please improve your service..

Breakfast - limited choices only.

we arrived at 1:00 pm and hoped for an early check in. it wasnt accommodated, which was understandable since check in time is really at 2:00 pm. there was a couple, who just came in at around 1:30 pm and got checked in before us. i went to the lady receptionist to ask and she was very unfriendly. and what's funny is during our conversation, that our room was ready like magic! which really seemed like it was, even before the couple. she did not even apologize. we were travelling with a baby and she was very inconsiderate. she asked what our breakfast choices were when she could have asked that while we were waiting! the lack of process and common sense is so sad.
we got inside and it was just a big room, couldve gotten a better room elsewhere for the same price since we paid for the extra persons too (8k in all). the position of the aircondtioning is on the floor which makes the far end of the room cold and the places near it, warm.

liked the green tea soap, shampoo and fresh towels.
the place is peaceful with lush gardens.

i expected to find a hidden gem, but it isnt really - continue to search somewhere else, i bet there are other places way better than this for the same price range.

It was a first time to stay here, the ambiance outside is quite good, staffs are nice. My problem lies inside the room. I felt that the tranquility room is quite small, the lighting in the bathroom is quite dim, so many leaks from the tiles, don't know where it's coming from. Towels have really bad stains so are the bedsheets, it's a good thing we stayed here only for a night. Hope they try to improve the facilities inside the bedroom esp. the linens, if it's not pleasing to the eyes anymore, change it. It kinda gross me out to use the towels and to sleep on the bed. The shower handles are also complicated to use. One good thing is there's a bidet in the bathroom. It's such a waste for a place who has a nice feel outside, I hope I feel the same way inside.

Checked-in last May 31 on an overnight trip to Tagaytay ... and checked out morning of the next day ... Thank God ...

The place itself would have been tolerable ... Lots of walking paths with scattered nooks and crannies for those who'd like a sliver of privacy in a public setting ... Nice Pool if you can qualify it as such, Trees everywhere for the tree-huggers ... The jackfruit and mango trees were in full fruiting ... WATCH OUT for falling mangoes especially along the footpaths and entrances to your accomodations ... After almost being hit by falling mangoes twice, I decided it would not be a good idea to be taking walks ... They'll sell you jackfruit at PhP45.00/kg though ... I found out it was PhP85.00/kg at the fruit stalls along the highway ...

We were given Earth Cluster #5 which was supposed to be their highest rated room at over PhP7,000.00/night but it didn't have a bathtub ... My sister-in-law got a lower rated room at Water Cluster and it had a bathtub, albeit a small one ... Problem with our room was: The wash basin was leaking ... Initially, we thought it was clogged because it wouldn't drain despite repeated plunges on the drain handle ... After my daughter used it, stinky water began to overflow from the floor under the wash basin ... When the Maintenance Man arrived, he seemed to know exactly what was wrong as soon as he heard our complaints ... He opens the doors under the wash basin and takes out a FULL pail of putrid water, dumps it into the toilet and flushes it ... Takes out his keys and pries off the chromed drain plug and the water drains through ... After replacing the pail under the sink, he closes the doors, turns to me and smiles,"Okay na, Sir?" ... What ELSE could I say ? ...

We had pre-ordered breakfast for 6 upon check-in and had expected our table to be ready when we went to the restaurant ... The only table that COULD accomodate a party of six was already taken by two older women chatting ... Our table had NOT been prepared and took them almost half an hour before they hurriedly set one up by pulling two tables together ... And so, we were seated ! ... THEN, it took more than 45 minutes before we were FINALLY served ... Lesson here? ... When you pre-order your breakfast, you better ALSO tell them WHAT TIME you intend to HAVE breakfast ... Unless you don't mind waiting almost an hour and a half for a breakfast you had ordered the day before ... (By the way, home-cooked breakfast was WAAAYYY better, and our maid CAN'T even cook !!)

Initially, I had been contemplating whether to stay an extra day seeing that I didn't have much going on that Monday ... After breakfast, I tried sitting on the couch of one of two gazebos outside our room ... After easing into the cushions, I noticed that the tablecloth had mold growing over almost half the visible surface area ... I brushed off some dried leaves off the cushion beside me and was greeted with a dust cloud ... I got off the couch and called the attention of one of the hotel personnel passing by ... She took one look and said she would have someone attend to it "right away"... (I guess it wasn't her department ?)

It was only a little past 9:00 AM but I didn't wait ... I went straight to my wife and told her we WERE going to check out RIGHT AWAY ... and we did !!!

^ And you can just request an extra bed to be placed inside the room. This can fit 2 more large adults.
