Detailed Reviews
My daughter and I stayed here last Dec 2016.
Nice/ clean room. Quite big for just the two of us. It has 3 pure white cushy beds (2 queen 1 single).
I had a restful sleep.. although my daughter who has a third eye got scared when she saw a black shadow walking back and forth inside our room so she kept on waking me up. It went away eventually.
Anyway, the staff were nice.. but I can say they're not that attentive.
Bathroom:
Only small criticism of the bathroom.
They forgot to replace the floor towel which was already soaking wet that time.
I also had to ask for our toiletries which they also forgot.
No room slippers
Outdoor pool:
Looks like it's not being maintained. There's floating dried leaves and the water is not flowing.
Breakfast:
View - great! Nature's view.
Food - tastes good!
Service - Well, my daughter's order was served right away while mine took almost an hour. Reason? They forgot about it. I guess they thought they served it already. Sad. :( I made a follow up twice before It was served.
Location:
Quite far. It took us 45 minutes to reach the hotel from Ayala Serin (via public transport)
CP signal inside the room: poor :(
Overall experience:
Still relaxing. Quite laidback. The place is not yet crowded.

Date Of Stay: Jan. 28-29, 2017
Room Type: Taal Suite
Likes:
- Right next to Zoori/Residence Inn and near Breakfast at Antonio's.
-Great view from the restaurant, balcony and from our room.
-Taal Suite is the most expensive room but it only costs Php7,000 with breakfast for 2 persons and Php9,000 with breakfast for 4 persons. It also had 180 degrees view.
-Friendly and helpful staff. Replies on my email were fast too.
-Comfortable bed and enough pillows for my daughter and I.
-Their food is great specially their Bulalo. I can safely say it tastes better than the overrated Leslie's.
Dislikes:
-Few parking slots.
-It was raining and very windy that night, it sounded like someone was trying to break into our room.
-Could clearly hear other guests chitchatting outside our room. And dogs barking next door.
-Few channels.
-Wifi only in the lobby.
-Hot shower took forever to warm up.
-Floor was permanently dusty. They do not provide disposable slippers.
-They have complimentary coffee but they probably forgot to to put a stirrer/spoon in the room. Imagine stirring your coffee with your pinky.
-Pool was dirty but it was cold anyway.

Stayed here because the wedding was at hill creek, which was 5 minutes away. Nothing too fancy. No frills hotel. Breakfast was served ala carte. At that time, we were one of the 2 guests that checked in the day before. Seems that the location is quite far from the city itself. I find the bed quite hard which made me difficult to sleep.
Decent but ordinary. And oh internet was bad. No wifi signal. No 3g signal

We stayed last December 13 - 15, 2017 as my dear friends had their wedding reception here in Splash Suites and most of the entourage stayed here as well. As their wedding coordinator, service is a big plus. Here under are my comments and recommendations.
1. Function room - Splash Suites has a huge advantage in wedding receptions and location wise, they are just 10 - 15 minutes away from Chapel on the hill and Calaruega. Their set up was really nice, they exceed my expectation in wedding set up and they really add on some stuff in stage and table set up.
2. Room Accommodation - Taal suites for the bride has a great view. Really nice for aerial shots. Deluxe rooms for the guests are big enough. Rooms are clean and well ventilated. I suggest that slippers should be set up already in the room and at least provide 2 keys per room.
3. Food - The food in wedding reception was awesome. Really tastes good. Again they took note all our request from our food tasting. During daily breakfast, tapa and tocino were so good! I love it. By the way, thank you for our request to have our first group breakfast in swimming pool.
4. Staff - I would like to commend all the staff for executing all our request promptly and professionally. From room service, on or before wedding preparations and check out, all was clear. You made all possible for our convenience and satisfaction. All service crew, housekeeping staff, admin staff and front desk, thank you for assisting us very well. Special commendation to Joyce of front desk for being so attentive and professional to all our request. Thank you also to Ms. Cynthia for leading us what's best for the wedding preparations. By the way, I hope you could do something on your pool, it's nice but it's not warm.
Nevertheless, our stay was really good and relaxing after the event.
Regards to everyone. Will definitely recommend for those who wants to have destination weddings.
Br,
Aika D.

The view is so worth it! It's so nice to be in when there is less people. You can savor the atmosphere in it's entirety. It can definitely be rated as romantic if you're staying with your significant other. Thank you!☺

We booked this hotel for 1 night as we needed to stay at a place in tagaytay before we headed to Tali. It was a good place for large groups as they had really big rooms and big beds. You also have access to a good view and free breakfast as well.
