The simple but rel. big Standard Rooms are located in a line of bungalows (partly in front of the small swimmingpool). This area is located next to a wall separating the hotel from the street. A bit anoying and disturbing the time you want to relax by sitting on the little terrace in front of your room, when busses parking in front or on the other side of the street, in front of another hotel, und when they let run the engine for almost half an hour, after arrival or before departure (ear plugs essential!), These Standard rooms are designed for a relatively short stay. Power for hot water is not yet linked to the key card, so you have to remember to let it swiched on at the reception. In the bathroom one should be well organized afer having a shower, since one walks a while in the not yet dissapeard water. The beds are soft, but the pillows are a bit strong. The superior rooms are located behind the hotel main building in two floor buildings and they are well decorated and quiet, where one could stand it to stay (with a higher travel budget) a few days longer. Breakfast (Continental with freshly prepared eggs and also asian disches. Unfortunately these dishes didn’t kept warm. For the coffee one has to accept suggar and creamer in little bags. The staff is very friendly, helpful but doesn’t speak well English.

The hotel is under renovation, the reception is a working site. The breakfast is served under dusty stairs and you have to seat outside, one day we have to eat under the pouring rain and cold. The living room area is not possible to use because the furniture were dusty and in piles. The room and hallway smells like sewage and human waste. TV only has 5 channels in local language and only 1 news channel in English but it worked 05’minutes. They came to solve it but then didn’t work anymore. Power constantly going off. Internet was really slow, It was almost impossible to send a message. All the buses from Bagan leaves late afternoon. The hotel was empty and asked for a late check out and charged us 3 usd per hour and after 4 pm full day, considering all the inconveniences, we asked for the manager, several times, to talk about this and after that I saw the lady from reception explaining to him and he just laughed and he didn't even come to talk to us. Don’t rent e bikes here. They hire them from the guy in the corner and overcharge you; Same with bus tickets. We asked for a bus and they told us in the morning it was 18.000k and at night when we were to confirm, they told us a higher price (for the same bus company) Evening staff is RUDE. Dollar rate exchange is 1600, so they make the invoice in USD and when you pay in local currency you loose money. Also I have to claim the invoice because they wanted to avoid taxes. When we were leaving We asked for a bathroom to wash our hands and they didn’t allowed us to use one.

To begin with, we’ve been traveling for 9 months all over the world and we never complain at hotels and never ask for discounts. This has been our hotel number 83 in this trip. The hotel is under renovation, son the reception is a working site. The breakfast is served under dusty stairs and you have to seat outside (as it happened to us, we have to eat under the pouring rain and cold). There are cables all over the stairs, the living room area is not possible to use because it’s full of piles of dirty and dusty furniture. The room and hallway smells like sewage and human waste. All the buses from Bagan leaves late afternoon. The hotel was empty and asked for a late check out and charged us 3 usd per hour and after 4 pm full day. Internet was really slow (speedtest gave us less than 1mb!) It was almost impossible to send a message. TV only has 5 channels in local language and only 1 news channel in English but it worked 05’minutes. They came to solve it but then didn’t work anymore. Power constantly going off. Don’t rent e bikes here. They hire them from the guy in the corner and overcharge you; same with bus tickets. I asked for the manager to talk about this and after that I saw the lady from reception talking to him and laughing each other and didn’t care about my request. They were talking next to us and we could here some words referring to our request. The manager didn’t even care about it or talked to us. Evening staff is RUDE. Dollar rate exchange is 1600, so they make the invoice in USD and when you pay in local currency you loose money. Also I have to claim the invoice because they wanted to avoid taxes. Also, be aware of safety... there are plenty of gas tanks literally next to the rooms.. this should be illegal!!! We asked for a bus and they told us in the morning it was 18.000k and at night when we were to confirm, they told us another price (he wanted to steal our money) and when I said it was 18.000 they told us to book somewhere else. When we were leaving We asked for a bathroom to wash our hands and they didn’t allowed us to use one. If you are willing to pay 40USD for this...come and waste your money. We are not fancy, neither complicated people; But this us the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed. Don’t get tricked by the pictures in booking. I will rate as 0 or 1 but it’s not possible. Message to the property, please abstain of answering or apologize because you didn’t care when I wanted to talk to you.

Great little hotel which feels like it's in the middle of nowhere, but it's a 5 mins walk to town with a host of restaurants. Room was really large and spotless and I found the bed comfortable, but I do like a firmish bed. The staff were great and really helpful if they could be. Overall; a good time.

I had a quite bad expérience at this hôtel... First, my arrival was not prepared at all. They looked surprised that I was here, I had to explain that I booked for 3 nights, not 1, with a double-bed room. When then finally found my reservation, of course no room available for me, so they showed me a small room with separated beds, without telling me, to see if I would complain. So I kindly showed them again my reservation again, and after telling me there was no room available, there is suddenly a room for me that they kept for another customer... (This other customer must have had a bad surprise!) The equipment is terrible, sink and shower are clogged, shower is super old and leaking from the duck tape they used to "repair". The towels smells so bad a chemical product, I didn't want to use them... I have a mixed feeling about the staff, some were super kind, others looked really bored. And I really don't like when I ask something, they tell me "yes sure no problem", and they give me the exact this I asked not to have... Like for the room, this time was for an ebike. I had a very good one the first day, the second day it was terrible, ran out of battery in 4 hours (I realized they knew it would happen, the guy told me "call this number if there is a battery problem", I ignored thinking it was unlikely to happen...). So I came back to ask another bike, I asked for the good one I had the day before, they kindky say yeah sure, and they give me the same bad one... Plus it was really overpriced, I recommend taking bike directly to the many shops around. I found weird that they asked me to pay everything in advance, not possible to pay a beer at checkout, first time I see that in Myanmar. Plus, no credit card here to pay the checkout!!! Really not convenient, almost all hotels accept credit card now in Myanmar... And they don't warn you about it in advance, so be sure you have some cash If you are in a hurry. Wifi barely working, I had to use 4g all the time. Water heat unstable, cold hot cold hot... First time I cannot book JJexpress in the hotel, they proposed other companies insisting it was the same, but when I asked pictures it was obviously not. Breakfast really poor. I am sure there is better places around, i recommend not staying here.

The environment looks like bungalow with large room. Staff are helpful to arrange tour and transportation, see the car rental price list in my photo. Simple buffet breakfast served in the garden. Only a few restaurants nearby, or walk about 600 m to town centre. Most of the roads and streets are dark at night. Hotel did not accept credit cards.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. The rooms were big and somehow nicely equipped. The ceiling is very high, so it was diffucult to install our mosquito net (but it worked). Things that bothered me were the not so clean bathroom and some insects in the wall (I don´t know if termites or something else), which made knobbing sounds the whole night and you could see the wholes in the panels. Anyway, the service was friendly, you can hire e-scooters for a reasonable price, laundry is a little bit expensive and the breakfast is ok.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Happen to have my birthday. I got a birthday cake and all hotel staff surprised me with my friends and sang happy birthday. The helped us throughout our stay with anything we needed. Very clean rooms. The electric bikes that you can rent from them is definitely a plus. They offer a really nice breakfast at the yard of the hotel.
