Not impressed from the 1st visit

Located not so far from the airport & next to shopping malls makes this hotel popular. I stayed 1 night, arrived at Balikpapan around 10 AM. I requested for an early check in at my reservation, but they could not give me one & had to wait until 1 PM. The malls helped me to kill…

Do not expect it to be a 5 star by Western standards. But considering the location, it is one of the better places in town. The restaurant staff is friendly but very slow. If you order room service, double check that they have understood exactly what you've order it be…

Does Grand Jatra have an airport shuttle?

I had an airport shuttle. I booked it through tip advisor, they tried to charge me extra for it when I arrived and had to argue that the receipt clearly showed it was included in the price. Once that was cleared up is was a great hotel but very noisy.

Do you have an airport shuttle?

Yes. Just let the hotel know that you need airport shuttle by book it in advance. FYI: there will be additional charge for airport shuttle if you book the hotel from travel agent :)
