They are accommodating and friendly, we arrived late afternoon and the room was cooled eight to accommodate us. The pool side was lively too. Attendants are polite and helpful too. They food is nice too

Stayed one night. Clean, lovely sleep, very comfortable. Large spacious rooms, TV, views of Kilimanjaro mountain. Lots of outdoor space - kids playground and bar on a patio over looking the pool. Nice space.

We visited Tanzania this time around specifically to climb Kilimanjaro and this hotel was the perfect place to relax before the climb and recover after it. It has got a gym, nice rooms, a pool, very helpful staff, and a beautiful summit bar where you have a view of the mountain. Will come again.
