Stayed one night while waiting for Covid test results. Very good rate, clean ablutions (alas no hot water on the men’s side). Overall, very good value for money. Ann, extremely helpful. Take mozzie cream. Great bar by the pool area. Basic restaurant menus but tasty.

I stayed here in November with 7 friends. I would recommend this property. I booked our stay and activities with Audi Camp completely via email and by using information on their website. They were very responsive and helpful over email and responded to my many questions before arrival.

Their restaurant/bar had good food, including the best hamburger I’ve ever had. Seriously.

We stayed in the "house" accommodation on the property for 3 nights and also spent 2 nights camping in the Okavango (mokoro trip), which Audi Camp arranged. The house seemed a little rustic/basic since the rooms all faced outside and we had to walk outside to get to the one bathroom at the end of the house. However, we spent very little time in our rooms, so this was fine. Their bedded and en suite tents looked nice - those were already booked months in advance, but if I could reserve one of those next time, it would be my first choice. They also have camping facilities. The campers' shower/bathroom facilities were great and we used those when our one bathroom was occupied.

Audi Camp did an excellent job arranging our mokoro trip into the Okavango. We went with the fully-catered option and they sent a cook with us, along with all of the amenities, like tables/chairs. Our cook was amazing. We still talk about his food. Audi Camp also arranged a one-day game viewing trip into the Moremi reserve. The driver/guide spotted animals for us that we would never have found, including 2 leopards!

A few other notes – I had pre-arranged for them to pick us up from the airport, but they weren’t there when we arrived. After we called, they did come collect us. So it’s a good idea to arrive at the airport with their phone number handy. Audi Camp takes credit cards, however we needed cash for tips (guide/polers/etc.). There is an ATM across the street from the airport, but nothing near the property. If you are driving yourself to Audi Camp, get very detailed directions – it did not seem easy to spot from the road.

While I have not stated elsewhere in Maun I have to believe this is one of the best organised camps in the area. We stayed in the bedded tents, very comfortable. Showers in the bathroom block were very hot and all facilities were clean and well maintained. The highlights are the bar and restaurant, great places to unwind. Must also compliment the well organised activities - we did the one day mokoro trip (ok) and the 3 day Moremi game reserve trip (excellent). Highly recommend Audi as a base for your time in the Delta/Moremi.

We visited the restaurant on the recommendation (!) of our B&B. The service was unfriendly and the food was terrible, genuinely awful. We worked out the vibe as soon as we arrived but felt bad as we had booked a table, so soldiered on. We tried to order the simplest food - toasted sandwiches and chips. The wors roll came in the stalest bread ever, a knife couldn't cut through it. The fries were coated in oil. We left more than half the plates. The children's play area was terrifying and the view of the river is obscured by concrete sheet walls and razor wire. Awful. Maybe the worst place we've been on the continent. So glad we weren't sleeping there!

PROS: Beautiful facilities, located away from the “town” of Maun. Felt safe. Nice river views and swimming pool (though cold in the winter). Great breakfast. Friendly staff. The raised tented camp was beautiful, very comfortable; it was a bit cold with the winter June wind coming from under the planks. It seems like they really take pride in their facilities.
CONS: Shared camp bathroom needed attention.

Very very nice stage.
We had to do shopping for 8 days independently in Moremie and we wanted to be in a certain comfort beforehand. Won!
The tented chalet A1, ideally located, not far from the beautiful swimming pool and the excellent restaurant (we tasted a local specialty of minced beef, delicious).
You can recharge before 8 days of camping.

my husband and I were planning to stay and night and ended up staying 3 nights. The owners were fantastic, helpful and friendly, he did mention they had recently renovated. I found it to be one of the best places we stayed in our months travel. The campsite was clean and well kept with amble shade, the abultions were clean and the setting round the restaurant, bar and pool was fantastic with such a perfect flow. Overall well maintained with nice finishes.

This is really the place to camp when you are in Maun. The best ablutions, hospitality, service and campsite. Lovely pool, bar, dinner served. Just take extra mozzie cream. We felt so at home. Thank you Ann for trying to assist with our permits

Very covid safe, friendly staff and lovely setting. Would definitely go back! The bar and pool area is a great place to relax and have a beer after a long drive. Everything was very clean and covid secure.

I stayed a few nights with AUDI CAMP and went on a three day MOKORO safari into the OKAVANGO DELTA with them ......it was absolutely SPECTACULAR.

About 5 km north of MAUN this extremely well run place caters for campers as well as people who dont have 4x4's to make it into the DELTA or MOREMI on their own steam. I drove to MAUN in my VW Polo from SA and parked it here while I went on a unbelievable amazing trip with AUDI CAMP's excursions into the delta. You get your own guide and chef!! My Chef was KB and he was amazing!!!

In camp there are BEDDED TENTS with or without bathrooms and a well run Bar and restaurant.

I'll definately come back for longer.

I reviewed the Audi camp after my visit there in August this year. Highly recommended. Staff helpful. Mokoro tour was great. Camp clean and bar well stocked. Make sure you get onto the Audi official website. I got bogged down with Madbookings and they are nothing to do with Audi. Enjoy!
