We booked one night through Expedia, when we arrived there was no booking although I had a confirmation email. Miraculously when we went to check out, there was a booking form all filled out for us to sign. We were given room 33. Clean, but extremely rundown. This hotel is in dire need of an upgrade. The door didn't shut properly, though did lock. The shower was tiny. The aircon leaked water all down the curtains and flooded the floor. Service was ho hum. All in all not a great experience. Definitely will not return.

This hotel has so much potential with its location but sadly it seems to be a hookup hotel for sex workers. We had a night of listening to the same woman "acting" out her sexual moans with different men arriving and leaving. When my husband confronted staff about it and asked them to please deal with the situation they just laughed it off. Absolutely disguisting.

Staff are uninterested, bordering on rude. Only positives are that the rooms are clean , safety seemed okay and it’s very close to the airport. There are better places elsewhere at a similar price and taxies are reasonably priced to get you to the airport.

Cheap accommodation, so don't expect too much. Also, rather eat somewhere else, had the T-Bone for dinner and it was disappointing at best. I asked for a pizza but there was no cheese? Breakfast will be enough to fill you up but also very basic. Just stay here for the price and proximity to the airport, no other reason to stay here.

amazing little hotel, near airport, extremely clean, nice quiet comfortable room, price reasonable with wi fi and breakfast and airport pick up, would definitely return and recommend. room with both bath and shower for whatever your preference, great tv, bed comfortable, great for when passing through maun and need a place to stay overnight

This hotel is average and a little strange. After booking a room and looking at it, we left the building to get our luggage out of the car, and the front desk clerk told us to leave our key there. We did not do that, and we got our luggage and put it in our room and left quickly so as not to be asked for our key again. The next morning we went for our complimentary breakfast and were told it was only for one of us. We were booked as a couple. How odd. They charged us an additional 90 pula ($9) for it when we checked out. Would not recommend except if you need to stay to catch an early flight.

The check in is a very smooth and easy process, we paid P570 for a room for a night for 2 people. For that you get a clean comfortable room with A/C and wifi and it is all within walking distance of the airport and town. The room has DSTV aswell. Perfect for an overnight stay.

Main thing, the place is clean. The water is hot and flowing well, drain is working. quite noisy at night. Restaurant as such is "Korean/Chinese very basic". I suppose it is OK if you arrive late and leave very early. Not really my cup of (chinese) tea.

This hotel would get a positive review, if only rooms, accomodation, convenience, friendliness and service is taken into account. Everything is there to make this a good value for money. Only this is the second time I stay and again, staff (or other people in the reception area) manage to play loud music at night, having a party?, talking loudly etc...maybe it is when the management leaves, and maybe it is coincidence, but it makes the difference between a good night rest after a long travel and a frustration.

The Airport Hotel is typical of all neglected hotel establishments in Africa - it has a decent amount of trade because of it's location near the airport but is really not a very pleasant place to be. Staff were indifferent and the hotel environment is not very appealing with non-existent wifi and a 'terminal' restaurant/bar. Having said that, the rooms were quite clean and we felt safe enough staying there. It is acceptable for a quick convenient overnight stay but no longer than that! There are much better places available.
