We stayed three nights and it was top. It was quiet and still in the central part of Luderitz. We could cook in our room or eat in one of very good restaurant which are on walking distance. It has a nice little garden to sit (if it is not too cold). The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed comfortable. There is no private parking place at the guesthouse and our car had to stay on the street. We were informed that through to its isolation car theft is rare in Luderitz, however theft from cars is.more common. We took everything from our car and parked the car in front of the bank next door. The bank is guarded day and night. The guard was willing to watch our car. Nothing happened to our new four wheel drive and I tipped the guard. I can highly recommend this guesthouse.

We stayed in the Grosse Bucht room which is more like a small apartment with fully equipped kitchen, seating area and separate bedroom. The bathroom is huge because it is wheelchair friendly. The rooms are built around a nice little courtyard where you can eat your dinner if you decide to cook up yourself. Wifi is available in the room. Linda, the hostess, gives you a warm welcome and is also more than willing to give restaurant recommendations etc. Parking is on the street but there is camera surveillance and a security guard from the bank next door keeping an eye. All in all very good price-quality ratio.
