I spent three days in this hotel and I was flabbergasted by the strenuous fight to keep the standard up to its fame. Due to the tough situation in the country water and electricity is generally an issue but not in this hotel that has a huge electric generator. Any minor flaws is tolerable and compensated by an outstanding welcoming staff always smiling and attentive. So thumbs up for this five stars hotel in Maracaibo where you will feel pampered and happy to stay!

I stayed many times in this hotel and recently have been surprised by how improved is the Hotel. The most notorious side of this improvement is the people. They added new staff and trained the old one to deliver a good service to the customer. I was pleasant that at my room everything worked fine, have good staffing of towels and amenities. I used room service and they were precise and fast with my order. Also used the bar and the restaurant both well staffed and good food. If you are on a bussines travel this is the place to stay. I would add there is a lot of security around considering Venezuela a dangerous place.

The Crowne Plaza Maruma, is a 5 🌟 hotel of the city. It has comfortable room. You can enjoy the wonderful pool. For couple is fantastic the restaurant, bar and disco. For business has a complete office for conference. Is one the best hotel of the city
