While I didn't stay here personally, I can speak to the kindness and generosity of their customer service. I called the front desk to ask if I could send a bottle of wine to some guests I knew staying there, and someone at the front desk (Albert I think?) was so incredibly helpful. He not only helped me with my request, but he did so in a VERY generous manner and delivered not only a bottle of sparkling wine but also some chocolates and local souvenirs within a half hour. When I make it back to Sedona, I'll be staying here!

We were passing through Sedona and wanted a 'nicer' place to stay. Given the $250+ rates - I thought this resort property would meet our needs. While the property was OK, it definitely was dated and had some issues. I understand Sedona is high-cost (others were $400+), but I still would expect more at this rate. Room carpet kinda dirty, room paint needed a refresh, a small jacuzzi tub was a nice touch, but only room for 1. The bright spot was the front desk staff! They were friendly, helpful and open to feedback. I'd give them a 5.

I had high hopes for this hotel but unfortunately it was a major let down. I'll start with the pros: -king rooms have a whirlpool bath -dog friendly -staff wearing masks Cons -no maid service unless requested. This is not mentioned anywhere. We requested Sunday morning and it wasn't done so we didn't have fresh towels, trash emptied or replenishment of toiletries. We had to call the front desk for towels and the lady said she'd be by in the next minutes, we waited and she didn't show up. So we walked over to the front desk and asked for towels and linens. We had to change our own sheets. I thought this was a vacation. Since the trash wasn't emptied due to no maid service, we left the trash outside of the door the next day. -the room was old and run down. Stains on walls and beat up furniture. The stains on the ceiling were gross. The screen door was broken. The cabinet at the bathroom vanity was broken. Carpet look really old and dirty. Peeling paint in the bathroom. -the handle on our door was loose and we had to slam the door really hard every time we left to make sure it was closed and locked. I'm sure we woke up everyone around us. -don't stay on the ground level, you can hear everything on the floor above. -the "private patio" provided was not private, no partitions to separate from patio next to us. We paid $260/night for the above. Not worth it, stay somewhere nicer, uptown Sedona looked like the place to be.

Very nice staff. Manager and reservation / front desk Avee made my birthday trip to Sedona a wonderful experience. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel. There was so much to Se and do in Sedona. The room was easily accessible and conveniently located.

The location of the hotel is nice if you want to be in the quieter part of Sedona. The rooms are fine - the pool is small. Our issue was being in a room on the bottom floor the people above us were SO LOUD until about midnight/1am. We asked to move rooms but there wasn’t availability - however they did give us a discount and they were very sorry about it. The staff were very nice and friendly - if you’re staying here request an upstairs bedroom!
