This hotel is totally amazing. From check in to check out, the entire staff treats you like family. Unmatched hospitality. Upon check-in , Ana took us for a tour of the property and the common areas. She walked us up to the room and showed us where everything was located. Had breakfast at the restaurant. That too was delicious. If your in the area I'd strongly recommend eating dinner at Dahl and DeLuca. Some of the best Italian food I've ever had

Nice place but not 5 star. A quaint inn located In a quiet residential area of Sedona. The grounds, while small, are nicely maintained and create a harmonious atmosphere through the tranquil music that is loop played and the lovely garden. The room was clean, though the carpet looked like it needed vacuuming. Given Covid, they should also dispense with the throw pillows and quilt.
Check- in was awkward since initially the receptionist provided incorrect paperwork (and we noticed the room rate was significantly lower than ours). Apparently, no management Is on the premise from 8 PM, however we went looking for someone to provide a bar of soap at 7:10 PM and the office was locked with a note saying to call the emergency number. We were uncomfortable calling the emergency number for a bar of soap, but it would be nice if somebody was available later into the evening.
The hotel provides complementary varied iced and hot tea and coffee and delicious chocolate chip cookies (although on certain days they didn’t appear). Breakfast was good but fairly pricey.
Overall a nice hotel, but a bit expensive for what they deliver.

Beautiful grounds, peaceful location and a short walk to Thunder Mountain trails. Zuzana and Kristi were helpful and friendly and the inn was a great place to come back to after our adventures. Fireplace room, hot tea and cookies in the evening were a treat. Only one suggestion: recommend they keep the rooms with spa tubs on separate water source since we were told their use prevented us from taking a shower in the evening.

Disappointed with Inn. I often stay at Boutique Hotels and usually they offer something special. Nothing special here, they had a great bed and the check in and check out was great.
Location is far away with not much to look at, the heating system was a joke, the towels smelled like cleaning fluid, no hot water in the shower.
They offered free coffee and fruit and cookies but not enough in my opinion to offset the higher prices.
Would I return or recommend NO

Nice location. Away from traffic and noise. Beautiful grounds. Excellent room with comfortable bed with door leading outside to patio and views. Friendly people to greet you and explain where everything is at. Our room was called “Moondance” and had a fireplace and well equipped bathroom with a “rain shower” I felt like I was in a car wash and yes I did come out clean.

My husband and I stayed here on our babymoon. It's an amazing little inn with a lot of character! I read reviews that the rooms are older but our room (garden pueblo) was very nice and it seemed to be recently updated. The heater and fire place worked well, as did the jets in the two-person tub in the bathroom. Being almost 33 weeks pregnant, I found the king sized-bed to be super comfy with lots of pillows. We didn't eat at the inn, so can't comment on the food, but the limitless macadamia nut chocolate chip cookies were amazing!! Also in the main area was fresh coffee all day, a microwave, and an assortment of hot and iced teas. They also had glassware and plates/bowls if you wanted to warm up any of your own food. We didn't use the outdoor hot tub, but the outside was very nicely laid out and super cute. There were hanging lights on the patio and the tub itself was nicely lit up in a bright blue. My only complaint is being able to hear the footsteps and running water of the guests above us. Anytime they used the shower or sink, we could hear water running and we could also hear the guests walking around. It did wake us up in the middle of the night, unfortunately. Next time, I'd book a room on the second floor. This does speak to how dated the building is, but it wouldn't stop me from coming here again (and I still give it 5 stars).

We stayed in the Sol Vista suite. And while the suite was nice, during our week stay they did not change the sheets once. When we checked out and asked about the sheets, the manager said we should've had them changed at least twice during our stay and he'd talk to the manager about adjusting our bill. Of course, that never happened. We also had to ask repeatedly for paper towels, shower caps, and napkins, the latter of which was never received. At least they had extra toilet paper in the room! Plus, the rooms, while superficially clean, there were many parts of the room where you could visibly see had gone untouched for months. For what you pay, contrasted with the service received, I think you're better going to a Marriott or Hilton property, or at least someplace where the service is better. Be advised, there's no one on site at night. They do leave you with a contact number for the night hours, but based on the service we received during the day, it's a good thing we didn't have to use it.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Casa Sedona Inn. They spared no detail in making us feel comfortable and welcomed. From the Hibiscus tea to the home make cookies, we loved every detail. The grounds were impeccable and the only sound we head was the beautiful music playing and the sound of the many fountains. I can not say enough about this incredible inn.

We spent two magical nights and three perfect days in Sedona. The Casa Sedona Inn is fabulous with a caring owner, engaged staff, and everything you need. We enjoyed a gorgeous room, perfectly furnished, a private deck, and very good views of the red rock landscape. Warm cookies were left out for us all evening and guests are given access to a full pantry of glassware, dishes and utensils for those evening snacks. Overall an excellent experience and we certainly intend to return soon!

We stayed for 4 nights in the Thunder Mountain room and it was perfect for us! The room was large with a fireplace and big stone bottom shower. It also had a private, large deck. The hot tub was right around the corner. We used it once, but never saw anyone else in it. We also had an entrance gate right outside our room to the parking lot. The room had everything we needed including special towels for taking off makeup and some for wiping the dirt off of your hiking shoes after a dusty day of hiking. There was also a Mountain View and little sitting nooks outside our room. In the lobby area there was a small kitchen which had cookies every afternoon and hot and cold water as well as a refrigerator for guests to use. The property, inside and out is simply stunning. It feels like a spa with bird feeders and fairy lights decorating the property, as well as relaxing music playing. It was about a 10 minute drive in to Uptown Sedona or Tlaquepaque and close to many trailheads. There was a spa (A Spa For You) around the corner, within walking distance that was phenomenal. Also, Nick’s Westside was a close little restaurant that we grabbed breakfast at a few times. Mostly you will need your car to go anywhere. The Inn is on a side street tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We ate a breakfast and brunch at the Inn- both great. Highly recommend!

Our room Sunlit dreams did. There was also a larger patio that all guests could use.
Sorry but I am old, fat and lazy and in order to stay that way I steer clear of any form of exercise. Beautiful place to meditate or any thing else though.
There is a yoga centre 5 minutes away as you drive back into Sedona, i personally did not visit.
Good morning. All of our rooms have one bed - either a King or a Queen. Have a wonderful day!
