This was our first time staying at this Wyndham property in Sedona, as guests of family members. The two bedroom condo was huge with more than enough room for us. We had an issue with water from the master shower leaking onto the bathroom tile, it looks like they removed a shower door and put up a curtain in it’s place. We were staying upstairs which had a partial view of the beautiful red rocks and the gorgeous trees on the property. It snowed all day on Friday and we loved watching the snow fall from our master suite and living room. The snow was beautiful but it did make it a bit challenging going up and down the stairs with a bad knee. Unfortunately there is no indoor staircase or elevator so it was difficult to navigate the stairs when both the stairs and railing had snow and ice on them. Fortunately for us, they put salt down right before check out which helped a bit. It’s really too bad the stairs can’t be covered. The condo is conveniently located in town with all kinds of restaurants surrounding it. It was a nice stay.

We were guests of Club Wyndham owners, and have been to many of their properties. The staff at this location were top-notch, offering some great local tips without being over the top with the sales pitch. The location is super-central to Sedona, with everything minutes away. We used this as our home base and made day trips to the Grand Canyon and Page. It was also nice to spend the day around Sedona and do some local trails and attractions. Great shopping and some nice restaurants nearby. There's a grocery store with a Starbucks across the street, along with a McDonalds in the parking lot and a donut shop in the same center. The restaurant on the corner from Wyndham has great food and a low-key vibe. We enjoyed our stay here, although we stayed so busy that we weren't able to take advantage of all of the amenities nor were in the room much.

This unit was perfect for what we needed. It has all the amenities one would expect with Wyndham — two bedroom suites with kitchen, dining , and living areas. The balcony was a nice bonus. But I would have rated it excellent, had we been given a balcony where you can actually see the mountains. The view was blocked by trees and we were placed on the first level. The check in process was excellent and staff were helpful, friendly, and gave great restaurant recommendations. The location is excellent and you can walk or drive easily to different establishments. There is a Safeway across the street for those looking for grocery store.

We were given a handicapped accessible room because they no other rooms left. Again, disappointed that the view to the mountains was obstructed.

We did not experience good customer service at this accomodation. When we initially got in our room and wanted to watch a movie, nothing worked. Unaware it had been unplugged - and unsure why. There was aluminum foil over the vent in the bathroom as per picture. Unsure why but the temperature control in the room was either warm or cold. We were asked to go to a presentation about being able to use our points more effectively and told we would get a voucher for 50% off and an adventure at a discounted price. We had to cancel the adventure as they did not want someone with a backinjury and I had just been rear ended. My husband wanted to play golf but was told we needed no voucher, then went to golf and they said we did. I called or spoke to different people a total of 7 times but no voucher arrived at the golf facility. The golf resort were nice enough to give us a discount "Friend of a member" which was similar to the Wyndham. When we went back in to ask what had happened about the voucher, essentially was told "oh, you don't need it, you got the discount." Well, if that is true why didn't the multitude of people that we spoke to, tell us that without going through so much stress with all the calls. At the presentation if you don't buy at $105,000 then the presenter's attitude changed even though he initially said he didn't care whether we bought or not. The whole experience was horrible and the presenter stated that Wyndham really wants high customer service for their owners, but that is not what we experienced. The girl who checked us in, was helpful and fixed our VCR. One of the female concierge's also returned our call and attempted to follow up. The room was tiny for a 1 bedroom, kitchen extremely tiny with few items in the cabinets. I would not recommend wyndham. I don't think it is worth going to the presentation as the expectation is that you will buy! Certainly not worth the stress of so many call's to get a discount on golf!

We have been waiting for this trip for 6 months. My wife suffers from Muscular Dystrophy so we always checkin early and ask to be placed near a pool or with a great view because some days are down days and we don’t leave the room if she does not feel well.
Well we were told we checked the wrong box so we don’t get a balcony, we don’t get a kitchen, we don’t get a view, and we have a pretty good hike to the pool. Butt they did smile at us while they were telling us .
The room is what I would call an efficiency , it has a tiny kitchenette3ft x6ft with a tiny stove and a tiny refrigerator. It is so small we dont even have a trash can ,we are using the kitchen sink until I go but trash bags.
The concierge Was nice but would not stop with the timeshare hustle. I informed her we were already owners and WOW she turned up the heat. She must have tried to get us to do the timeshare hustle 5 times in 10 minutes . Finally she reached me and frustrated I walked away.
So this is a nice looking place but most rooms do not fit into the resort category . The pool is ok but small . The location is amazing but mont rooms look at the parking lot, I know ours does.but there is no baloney so only if I look out the tiny window that has neighbors walking by it .
Also it looks like there are only a few grills so we are stuck trying to make our ribeye steaks on our tiny stove .
In the property’s defense the tiny little room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Don’t get fooled like I did stay somewhere else. The hot tub/ spa was broke down almost our entire stay. When we asked about it we were told to call management and handed a business card. HAHA well I guess they didn’t think I would call but I called from right there and the front desk answered . I asked for the Mannager and the employee walked about 10 ft and opened a door right behind him and got the mannager. SHE WAS RIGHT THERE! When I complained about the hot tub being out for days I was told I was out of control . From there things just got worse.
All that being said , It is a well placed hotel that calls it self a resort in a great town. The employees are all brainwashed to just take all your money and your not to expect them to provide what you paid for.

checkin was slow with time share story to go with it. Room was dirty, rugs old and solied, view was great but add the other issues it was a 2. Rooms were budget, jacuzzi barely big enough for 2 medium sized, unimpressed by customer support to fix garbage disposal still full from last tenants...made for a less than appealing stay

Appreciated that the pool and hot tub was still heated, even in January. The staff were always sanitizing the pool chairs, etc. they were accommodating and quick in responding to needs (getting an extra blanket for the unit). Check-in was quick and easy.

We reserved a two bedroom, four days/three nights over Fathers Day. Check in was a breeze, and the staff was friendly and professional. The problem I had was our unit. Ours was located on the second floor.

The stove had burnt marks all over one of the burners, plus the bottom drawer was broken. All of the cabinet knobs in the kitchen felt and looked cheap. In addition, a few of them were loose. The television in the main room is too small for a room of that size. The patio door would stick when closing, requiring two hands. In addition, the lock was broken. The door to the washer/dryer storage area would not close properly, as the door was off of the guide tracks and would not stay on.

We've stayed here several times before, and I don't recall it ever looking like this. We've stayed at the Canterbury in San Francisco, Oceanside, Flagstaff, and Orlando, and this by far was the worse Wyndham room we have had.

I don't see myself staying at this location again, unless they seriously improve upon their general maintenance and housekeeping. They also need to update their televisions and get rid of the DVD-Player and offer streaming services. By far our family's favorite place is the Canterbury and Oceanside Wyndham's. This just became our least favorite place to visit.

Sedona is not a big city so easily you are within 6 miles of where you most likely will want to be. First of all, the condo was just perfect for what we needed. Washer, dryer and included detergent came in very handy. Bed/linens were all very comfortable. I normally stay in 4* hotels and this matched perfectly with what I was expecting. We got room 1213 which did not have a great view but we got them on our hikes. If you got a 2nd floor you'd have them. Covid times, the pool is open without a reservation but you do need to book the hot tub (per room only) in advance. I would recommend! There is a Safeway/Kroger right across the intersection that is walkable. Very safe too for solo morning runs as a female.

We have Wyndham Time Shares at other locations. We had banked some points into RCI and used those points to book the Wyndham Sedona for two weeks. My wife and I had the A side of a A/B lockoff unit which was adequate in size for the 2 of us. The first morning we were awakened by loud talking which sounded like the people were in the condo with us. We sood realized it was the cleaning staff talking in the B side of the unit as they cleaned. Soon guests checked in to that unit and much to our annoyance we could hear every word they said even in normal conversation. We have stayed in similar units and have never heard anything from a neighbor unless they were extremely noisy. Most units like this have a double stud wall that makes them essentially sound proof. I am not sure the wall between these units is even standard sheet rock. At any rate we could hear their dish washer, clothes dryer, washing machine, conversations, and television. I will not book here again just based on the noise. I don't blame the neighbors, I blame the shoddy construction of the units.
The one positive thing I can say is Wyndham Sedona is located in a great location. Grocery store and routine shopping just a couple of blocks away. In the middle of Sedona so close to many restuarants, hiking trails, and shopping.

Club Wyndham Resorts have always been 10am. They are different than a hotel in that they have multiple rooms to clean and a kitchen with dishes, etc.
