I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! Everything was superb. Room and bathrooms are updated. Very nice. Grounds are small but they have anything you could need… Pool, hot tub, fire pit, cornhole, outdoor seating. The staff was friendly. I even saw someone touching up paint so it is well cared for. This hotel is right in the middle of “Uptown Sedona” walkable restaurants & shops. The view from the rooms is spectacular! Loved it and will return.

Delightful little hotel/motel in the heart of Sedona. And a sweet check in person to boot. Renovated rooms with great views within walking distance to everything in downtown Sedona (nor secluded). Perfect for us. Last the shower was great- has this cool drain and shower head - it sounds and feels like a strong rain shower. Lovely.

We stayed in King bed room with mountain view. The room was spacious, quite, clean and amenities were nice. The view was breathtaking!! We had our breakfast on the sun deck surrounded by beautiful Sedona Mountains, and it was priceless. We'll definitely be back soon.

We love staying at the Matterhorn in Sedona. In addition to the perfect location (amazing views and walking distance to everything), all the rooms have recently been renovated. On a 10 day road trip around the Grand Circle, this was my husband's and my favorite hotel. We've stayed twice now, in 2021 and 2022. The pool is smaller, but we didn't have a chance to swim. We love the smaller feel of the property and the staff is so nice!

Very enjoyable stay at Matterhorn for two nights. Retro style motel that is fully renovated. Our room was huge with lots of space to place things and spread out. Our balcony had a view of the main street for people watching and nice views of red rocks as well. We were on the second floor which required carrying luggage upstairs, but worth it for the views. Parking was the only wildcard, as it was not always available at the motel. There are city auxiliary lots nearby but those were also full on a busy weekend. Somehow we found a spot on the street and moved the car closer later on. We did see muffins and coffee in the lobby at check out, but were never informed about this so kind of a miss on that detail. The location is ideal for walking uptown Sedona main street with easy access to restaurants, ice cream, bars, shopping, etc.…

We were happy about everything. Rooms were a nice size with a nice, private patio. Most importantly, it was clean. Amenities were more than sufficient. We liked all the staff. Pool area was well kept. They had muffins, coffee and tea, yogurt and fruit in the morning. There were almost no places nearby for breakfast so this offering, although small was appreciated. The views from our room were beautiful. This isn’t a fancy hotel and we have stayed at plenty of those but for the price and what we received, this was certainly good value for the money and we would recommend staying here to anyone going to Sedona.

Stayed at the Matterhorn with my husband on our trip to Sedona. We loved the location, the room, our patio, the view, the pool, the staff, everything was great. This is a hidden gem in Sedona. Our room was spacious with a coffee maker, microwave and mini-fridge. We had a covered patio and a walkout patio where we could sit and have a view of Uptown. The bed was placed so that we could see the view from our bed. Parking was fine, there was only one time we didn't get a space and we just parked in one of the lots a short walk away and made sure to display our pass. We loved that we could walk to so many places and that there was a coffee shop right next door. The walls are a little thin but it's a quiet hotel overall with quiet hours starting at 10:00 p.m. We would gladly stay here again.…

My husband and I were doing a last minute get away and we thought sadona would be fun, we were coming from Phoenix. So we starting looking online for a hotel snd the mattahorn came up. We were very impressed with the price range. We got the room with a king side bed and a Mountain view upstairs. It was exactly what we found on your website. The bed is very comfortable and the room was so clean and so cozy. It was really convient to be able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. It is definitely your money's worth to stay here.

We loved our stay at Matterhorn. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Overall, the rooms are nice and updated. The view from the room was amazing! We watched the colors change on the rocks during sunset from the patio outside our room.

Great hotel, with a comfortable bed, large rooms, an amazing view from the second floor, and very friendly/helpful staff. There aren't a ton of amenities, but it's a lovely and comfortable place to stay, and also very clean. It is very quiet in the evening/early morning, but the walls are thin, and if you're sensitive to sound that could be a factor.
