The staff was so friendly and attentive. All requests were addressed quickly and with ease. A clean and cozy room. The hotel offerings each day were interesting and enlightening: sound bowl meditation and chakra grounding, for example. Delicious breakfast too!
We only stayed for one night, but I wish we had more time. the rooms were large and clean. The campus was great. They even offered daily activities. W traveled with a dog and the room was tiled and on the first floor. They offered an area for dogs to relieve themselves that had grass--important in the hot desert. They offered treats and put the dog's name on a welcome sign. We definitely did not feel like second class citizens with the dog, nor was our room lesser because of our choice. The breakfast was delicious.
I would recommend staying here if you are going to Sedona. The location is great, everything you need is close by. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
This property has it all! It was perfectly located to access uptown shopping and hiking trails. The staff is very personable and helpful. It is very clean and has several amenities not offered elsewhere. Hot or cold breakfast every day. Classes at night free for guests ranging from meditation to singing bowls
This Inn was stellar from the rooms to the service to the free breakfast buffet ! Great family trip with my daughters and grandchildren. We all enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere in the spacious room with a great view of the Red Rocks. My daughters did yoga by the fireplace in the room. It had actually snowed the day before and it made the scenery beautiful. We even could bring my daughters dog to enjoy the trip. Wish we had time to stay another day. Thank you 😊
Very quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff. Some extras like guitarist in the evening 3x/week and other events. Free breakfast just average (maybe), we only had it the first morning. A little drive to shopping. Easy starting place for seeing the surrounding sights.
This was a great place to stay on our recent trip to Sedona! Centrally located to great hikes and restaurants, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the pool and hot tub were clean and the room was spacious (with heat and AC). It was a nice perk to stay at a place with breakfast as it allowed us to get on the trails earlier (which is key in Sedona as it gets busy early)! We will be back!
The room was very nicely appointed and quite large. It was a nice "home" to return to after each outing. Staff were quite friendly and helpful in planning our daily adventures. Breakfast was really good, lots of choices. Quiet environment.
Wonderful stay. Large room, kind staff, great breakfast, pet friendly, events daily (guitar music, hot chocolate, talks, etc). Location was fantastic for west Sedona hikes. Had a nice little fenced in park which was great to walk the dog before hiking. Highly recommend
This is an older hotel that appears to be family owned. Check in was efficient and the girl at the front desk was very friendly. However the room was pretty small and there wasn’t enough space to accommodate two large pieces of luggage and a smaller carry on. Space was very tight. Moreover the walls were a dark brownish color which made the room appear even smaller. The bathroom had dark brown granite on the tub wall. Overall it looked very dated. The front door leaked a bit so the room felt cold and the flimsy, old and thin blankets were inadequate for this time of the year. The hotel really needs a major refurb. The breakfast was pretty good and the family pet park was nice too. But the price we paid was too much for a three star hotel.
