Hotel's Favorite
Being in downtown was very convenient considering traffic issues. It met all of our needs. Coffee in room as well as in lobby along w treat bars and dried fruit. Water bottles are given in your room and a filtered water station is in the lobby. This is a small older property with renovations. Everything was clean and in good order, housekeeping was always available. BUT the VIEWS are unobstructed and in every room. Sitting on our patio watching the stones changing color was incomparable. Check in was on time and friendly. I would stay here again. I am used to high end resorts and found it very relaxed

We had an issue with the A/C in our room and the hotel was VERY SLOW to remedy the situation. We had to insist on a new room, which they did not offer - just $100 off our bill. They did end up moving us to a new room, but we spent one hot night, and 2 very warm days in the room.

The views are great, the room is basic, clean, nothing fancy, with free parking right near the room. There is a Keurig in the room and a cappuccino machine in the lobby. It's a great location for being in the center of town, but beware of heavy traffic through town.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Georgia was especially helpful with the situation with some loud neighbors. The views from the hotel are spectacular and the property is very clean and friendly. All our requests were taken care of quickly.

Clean rooms with views of mountains. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Recommend the pink jeep tours. Walking through town. taking the drive on highway 89. unbelievable views. Dinner at any of Lisa Dahls restaurants is a plus. (She has 6 in town) Very good.

Don't be fooled by the pictures online. It's nothing like they say it is. Walls are paper thin. The room I was given was completely outdated. Basic yellowish shower tub with title floors. Old furniture. There was a weird frosted window in the room. Save your money and stay at the Marriott. You'll get more and pay WAY less.

Great location with amazing views. Beds were uncomfortable. My party and I were not able to sleep. Kept finding bugs in bathroom/living room area. Bathroom floor not clean. Found crumbs on sofa bed. Dead insects near fireplace.

We enjoyed our stay at Orchards Inn, prime location and walking distance to everything. Room with balcony view was amazing. Only downside was rooms did not have a microwave to heat our leftovers from dinner.

While the location and views are ideal, the property needs an update. The lobby is drab and unwelcoming. The tracks on closet doors and out to balcony barely work. Need replacing. Bathrooms and cupboards need updating, as well. Rooms were relatively clean, linens were fine and the fireplace in our room was a nice touch.
