Beautiful natural setting along the river. Cabins are are a great fit with the contour of the woods and landscape. Felt like we were glamping in luxury! Great service and views! We had a group of Javalinas visit us in the afternoon. Fantastic stay!

Traveled to L'Auberge for my birthday celebration. Loved the ambiance, the staff are very friendly. We were welcod nicely at arrival. Valet took care of our car and bags. The lady at the reception was very sweet and the rooms were very clean and to expectation. The facility has one restaurant on site with really great well prepared and presented meals, I think additional eating options for those staying longer would offer choices and add to the experience. My only two issues with the place are that for such a high end resort you have to pay to park daily and the fact that you have to eat at the same place every night and if you want choices you have to leave the resort. That's why I only gave four starts instead of five.

The property was bought several years ago and maybe it has been sold again. It definitely isn't the L'Auberge it use to be with the quality of attention and service. The grounds by the restaurant and creek use to be gorgeous now they are lacking in appeal. I have probably stayed there about 20 times and got married there in the past. The best part of the property still and now is the creekside location. I will be looking for a different place to stay in the future.

Elise S, Thank you for sharing your candid feedback about your recent stay with us. It's disheartening to hear that your stay with us fell short of our own high expectations for your visit. We truly value our repeat guests, especially those -- such as yourself -- who have a deep personal connection to the resort. I invite you to reach out to our guest services team should you wish to discuss your stay in greater detail. They can be reached at 928.282.1661 and look forward to taking your call. It is a beautiful setting but the inn charges many fees on top of your room rate (parking, resort fee, tips) and if you use the AMEX package, for the first time ever, the breakfast credit was not sufficient to cover breakfast. Its a shame that this beautiful place seems highly commercial....

Rugaroo, Thank you for sharing your candid feedback regarding your recent stay at L'Auberge de Sedona. While I am so pleased to hear that you found the setting and property grounds beautiful, it is disappointing nevertheless to read that other aspects of your visit detracted from your overall experience. I am so sorry to hear that our daily resort fee felt excessive. This fee not only includes all gratuities for our guest services staff, such as housekeeping, valet, concierge, and so many others, but it is also inclusive of all of our unique guest activities, property and in-room amenities, transportation services, and more. Our resort fee is intended to improve the quality of our guest's stay by providing a truly "cashless" experience while visiting the resort, so I regret to hear that our best intentions missed the mark. We also deeply value our Fine Hotels & Resorts Guests, so thank you so much for booking through American Express. Our FH&R guests enjoy a daily $60 breakfast credit and we strive to conscientiously price our menu items with this in mind. It's worth noting, however, that per the contract terms with American Express, this credit does not extend to tax or gratuity on breakfast service and so, regretfully, is not included. Our goal is to provide all of our guests with a world-class experience and feedback such as yours aids us in that effort, so thank you for your feedback and please know that your comments do not fall on deaf ears. I invite you to reach out to our guest services team should you like to discuss your experience further. They can be reached at 928.282.1661 and look forward to taking your call. We hope to speak to you soon.

We had a lovely time, and are looking forward to coming back again. Our room was so well decorated. The staff left us a bottle of "bubbly" for our honeymoon. The turn down service was not expected so was such a treat. Everyone there is very friendly and we had a great time.

The staff at L’Auberge are truly one of the best I’ve experienced. As a senior Event Planner, who produces conferences, events and retreats across Canada and the US this was truly an exceptional experience. Specifically Captain Joe, Diego, Aaron and Angie in the Banquets dept were life savers! Professional, welcoming and accommodating in real time they flipped the room seamlessly once a day and ensured the food was set up quietly and efficiently. They were an absolute joy to work with. Next was Mason who helped me navigate the restaurant with the group lunch seating, and the final day when we had a quick need for a room switch and laundering all of a guests items, he was right in the ball. Pre-planning, during and post, Jessica was almost a member of our team :) Her responsiveness was top notch and her dedication to a smooth program was so appreciated. This experience was a breath of fresh air! :)

Love this resort! It's expensive but worth it. I stayed in a spa cabin and loved the outdoor cedar shower. The jetted tub didn't work, which was a bummer since the jetted tub was one of the main reasons I booked a cabin. But that was the ony disappointment. I received a delicious bottle of red wine and a chocolate heart in my room (I stayed on Valentine's Day). The bed was extremely comfortable. The massage I got from Amy at the L'Apothecary Spa was the best massage I have ever received!

nikinad2024, Thank you so much for sharing your recent experience at L'Auberge de Sedona! I am so happy to hear that you found your room comfortable and your special Valentine's Day amenity delectable! I will also pass along your kind words to Amy at our L'Apothecary Spa, as it's so wonderful to recognize staff who make a lasting impression. That said, I regret to hear that your deep soaking jetted tub wasn't in working order, as this certainly isn't typical. Please reach out to our guest services team at 928.282.1661 if you would like to discuss further. Regardless, we look forward to seeing you again the next time your travels bring you back to Sedona! Excellent place to be "Pampered". Great get away for a very relaxing experience. Cabins with wood burning fireplace is a "Must". Breakfast meals could be improved, but not an issue that would keep us from staying again and again.
