A local from Sedona recommended we have Sunday brunch here. She recommended we make a reservation, which we did right away the Friday before. What a beautiful property! The restaurant is located in a small hotel, with creek running directly behind the property. We were seated at close to the creek, and the sound of that watering flowing while we dined was so peaceful. The food we really good, but sorry I don't totally recall what I had! The locals we had met were actually at the same restaurant! We went to say hello, got yet another recommendation on what to eat, then sat down. Our server, Buck, knows the epitome of customer service. He was friendly, gave advice appropriately, checked on us in a timely manner, and really was a big part of our overall experience being positive. Definitely a go-to for brunch or otherwise.…
We loved staying here! The location is great and staff exceptional. There was a bottle of wine waiting in our room for my birthday. Everyone was knowledgeable and so friendly! The food was terrific. Setting by the creek really special.
I can just go on and on about how amazing L'Auberge is! First time in Sedona, we made reservations for my wife's birthday and we couldn't be happier. The staff (especially Alex Duarte) are wonderful and all I can say is I can't wait to come back!
Almost all staff was excellent. Breakfast experience on both days was not that great. Choice of breakfast seemed limited in comparison to our prior stay and the staff at breakfast service didn’t seem to have the patience/ time, seemed rushed. Having said that dinner service and every other aspect of the stay was amazing. I would stay with them again and would only wish that this breakfast issue Is addressed.
First visited in 2017 and now in 2022 - apparently new ownership (again) as of 2020 or so - terrible room (was varnished that morning) and was forced to smaller room - spotty service, no one steering the ship
We had an amazing stay at this resort. Everything was top notch—the room was amazing, the valet had a car that drove us to dinner every night, the grounds were beautiful. The spa was very small and booked up when we arrived so that was unfortunate and room service execution was a bit sloppy. We were charged $16 for a cup of coffee and our toast came dry. The restaurant was expensive and “meh”—besides the beautifull creek side view there are better choices in Sedona. Other than that I don’t have anything negative to say—we loved L’Auberge and will hopefully be back!
Finn and Blair greeted us with a smile and sense we were important to them in giving our family a full experience at L’Auberge de Sedona! The ambiance sitting by the river at dusk, lighting, food, wine and service left us with a family memory we will be back for again on our next trip to Sedona!
My wife and I wanted to vacation in Sedona, Arizona since we have friends that live around the area and they always tell us how great it is. We finally scheduled a 5 night / 6 day trip without our 3 kids (they got to stay with grandma). We looked at different resorts and almost booked the Enchantment Resort but we loved how great the pictures looked on the website for L'Auberge de Sedona. It was also walking distance from the shopping center and great restaurants. They shuttled us to Brins Mesa for a hike which was amazing and they also shuttled us to Mariposa for our Anniversary dinner. It is also walking distance from Tlaquepaque Arts & Craft Village. We also spent a lot of time at Oak Creek enjoying the calm atmosphere.
The entire staff was amazing, the service was top notch. Dining, both in-room and the restaurant were fantastic. One thing that gets overlooked is how intimate the grounds are. There are spectacular views but felt very cozy with the outstanding landscaping on the grounds.
Words can not express how thankful I am for the staff at L’Auberge. My now husband and I got married earlier this month at The Creekhouse and what a MAGICAL time it was. For any couple looking to get married in Sedona, I would highly recommend choosing L’Auberge. The service is exceptional, food is superb and the venue is absolutely breathtaking. From day one, we always felt well taken care of despite planning everything from across the country. Katie Cortopassi in sales answered all our questions and was always patient and kind. She was able to help us find the package that worked well with our vision. Once we signed the contract we started working with the event manager. I was initially sad thinking we were going to work with someone completely new to us but our event manager Katie Cowan was/is AMAZING. She was always there when we had questions, wanted to talk over the phone to run ideas or even for a checkin call. When we wanted to change how we utilize the venue locations, she was always supportive. After planning for a year, our special day was finally here. Our wish was to hold an intimate wedding, celebrating our love and unity, outdoors with the people we love the most. For our venue we used both The Creekhouse and Spirit Song Terrace. Our guests were blown away by the venue. The creek really sets L’Auberge apart from other venues. It brings in a feeling of peace and tranquility. Going to Spirit Song Terrace you have a beautiful view of the red rocks. When we returned to The Creekhouse for dinner, the bistro lights were on along with candle lights on the red rocks by the sweetheart table. It was very romantic! Captain Joe and his team (Jose, Melena, Aaron, Peter, Jr, Sherri, and Marco) were all fantastic. They were all so kind and professional! If you’re still reading this - you must need more convincing. What sets L’Auberge staff apart from other places is how much they go above and beyond. Katie Cowan was a text away for anything I needed few days prior to the wedding and to the day of (either that be an update if the flowers arrived or to assist my family from our cottage to the venue, etc.). I knew I could trust her and she absolutely delivered! Captain Joe is a sweetheart. Our ring bearer bumped his head right before the ceremony started and Joe was right there helping (getting him an ice pack and can’t forget the water trick!). He even help put my dress bustle down before walking down the isle and back up after the ceremony! His team was incredible. When all our guests left, my husband and I enjoyed our wedding cake & desserts on the Creekhouse deck, just the two of us. The staff was so kind to pack us up some of the leftover cake and desserts to have the next day. These are actions not listed/required in our contract but instead were done because they are exceptional people. Thank you for helping us create one of the best memories of our lives. We will never forget it.…
