Great little motel! I wish I had known that we would be across the highway though. We did not use the pool because we didn't want to cross the highway. It was a good, clean room with great AC but the bathroom is absolutely TOO small! Also, need more pillows in the room.

In Room 37: Hair was on 5 of 6 pillows, as well as on sheets. Asked for new sheets to discover a yellow stain the size of a large zucchini on the new sheets. Pony tail holder on the floor. A clump of hair at least 8 inches in length was on the shower wall. The tub had a hole with a white piece of tape on it. There was a a pile of dust on the wooden part of the soiled chairs. The window next to the clothes hangers near the bathroom sink did not have a lock on it; thus someone could possibly be breaking in and utilizing the room; however Regional Manager Larita did not want to hear any of this. We were originally told by two Employees that we would get a full refund but when we called back, Regional Manager said she would give us 25% back. We waited two weeks to see the refund on our credit card, but when I called back and reminded Regional Manager of the issue, she hung up the phone on me (and I was intentionally overly nice because there is as no reason to be ugly as I knew the next step was to provide this review and a review with the Better Business Bureau). On positive note, looks like trying to renovate.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT AND IF YOU DO BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS!!!! MY friends and I stayed here last year for the 24 hour race. We were only in town for a night so I grabbed a room here, mainly because they were all that was left, and it was reasonably priced. When we got to the hotel the check-in took awhile because the girl was new - totally understandable. We went to our room and right away had to have the staff come back because the tub was filled with water and both comforters on the beds had dog hair on them. The girl from the front came and fixed the bathroom, she even left the plunger in case it happen again. Then a guy, who was cleaning rooms while smoking,(we commented on this to each other) he is related to the owner, came with clean comforters, and took our comforters to the laundry that was right across from us. Mind you he is smikyall while doing this.In the end we still ended up taking the blanket off the beds and using only the comforters because of dog hair. We went on about or night, came back, hung out and went to bed. The next day we checked out and came back to the valley. Fast forward to now, I am looking through my credit cards and I see a charge for $175.00. So I call the hotel and the front desk girl informs me that I was charged a $25 pet deposit and $150 for smoking in the room....1 - are you serious?!?!? we had no pets, there is no way to hide that and they should know because we had them clean the room because of hair that was still in the room. 2 - NONE of us are smokers!!! We have no type of smoking or vaping stuff - SO HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?!? I can only assume that this hotel is in the practice FRAUDULANT charges in order to compensate for any of their short comings. Reading through comments cleanliness is not their strong point. I have notified my credit card company of their practices and explained the Sierra Inn to them and they will be looking further into these matters, thankfully. Ultimately do yourself a favor and try not to stay here of at all possible. If you do you will be charged for leftover animal hair and most likely their workers smoking in or around the rooms.

Stayed weekend of April 22nd. IN 2 QUEENS deluxe which is in separate building. Our room looks remodeled. Before walking into your room u have to walk tp our room we had to walk through the smoking area for the building and we were unable to have our window open since the smoking area is right in front of the building. Not everyone wants to smell cigarette smoke. Upon walk through of the room everything looked fine until we went into the bathroom the housekeepers clearly didn't clean the shower. 1st the last guests soap was still in the tub and also their hair was all over the shower wall. We also check beds for bed bugs but we noticed both beds sheets were inside out so in our heads we were like oh god please tell us they didn't just flip them over I can understand one but both being that way. ( I DID BEING THIS UP RIGHT AWAY AND WAS TOLD I WILL LET MGMT KNOW AND NOTHING CAME FROM IT) Please tell me you wash the sheets between guests cause clearly you don't clean the shower. Of there's motorcycles be prepared to wake up our neighbors didn't care about other guests and how close the parking was and keep them idling at 6am on Sunday. Our front curtains didn't fit the windows which all they had to do was buy 1 more curtain. The grab and go breakfast is more like a hikers grab bag but there was fresh coffee just wish there was real creamer. This is a nice local Inn. PROS....THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FRONT DESK IS VERY FRIENDLY. IF YOU PAY BY DEBT THEY WILL TAKE $100 DEPOSIT WHICH IS FINE.

We called to reserve a room and asked if they allow pets. They said they did but once we got there, they told us it was $25 by pet per night, which was not told to us when we booked the room. So we told them to never mind, and they still charged us for the night even though we did not stat there.

It's not the Ritz Carlton, however, if you need just a place to lay your head for a night or 2, this is the place. Yeah, it could use a little updating, but it's comfortable! Pass on the grab and go breakfast. It's clean and the staff is friendly.

first off the $99.00 a night room I had to up grade for $10.00 more night to get one without rooms above , then when we got to the room the floor needed to be mopped had spots all over , the breakfast was something called grab and go , which was basically a childs snack bag, it had apple , orange, trail bar, fruit bar and a child fruit gummy , then the tv went out in the living room thankfully we had another tv in the bedroom to watch our program on . they did give a credit , still it almost ruined our get away,

We have family in Prescott and were looking for clean and comfortable dog friendly accommodations at a reasonable price. Sierra Inn wound up being the perfect solution! The pet policy is far better than the other hotels in the area and we were able to get two rooms to accommodate our family of five (plus two fur babies!) for less than what one room would have cost us somewhere else. This quaint motel is just outside downtown Prescott in a wooded area. Multiple little spots to walk the pups! Both rooms were clean and pleasantly renovated with updated everything. I’m a bit of an accommodation snob and my husband is always looking for a great deal. Looks like we found something that works for everyone. We’ll be returning!!!

We booked a room with a kitchenette and 2 queen beds. The bed was mediocre and clean, no complaints. The floor was hardwood; I really like that as I prefer it over carpet. The TV was over the fireplace with cable. The bathroom was a bit tight for the toilet and shower. I do like that the toilet, shower and sink have been updated. I really like the vanity light turns on by touching a button on the mirror. The soap, shampoo and lotion was decent quality. It is a nice touch to include make up remover wipes. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and utensils. The coffee did not taste good, but kept me caffeinated.

We stayed for several weeks at the hotel in one of the rooms with a kitchenette. The staff was great and the rooms were very clean. Good rate too. One evening we did witness 6 Prescott police officers at the motel to arrest a guest with an outstanding warrant. Although exciting to watch it gave us the creeps.
