The Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Airport is often praised for its value, with guests appreciating the balance of cost and the amenities provided. While the rooms are generally celebrated for their cleanliness and comfort, a small number of guests have raised concerns about noise and a somewhat outdated ambiance. The hotel's amenities, including free meals and airport shuttle service, receive consistent commendation. The convenient location near the airport is a highlight for travelers, though some wish for better local dining options. The service, characterized by a friendly staff, is frequently lauded by guests.

Great value for those traveling in/out of Phoenix airport! Room included dinner with alcoholic drinks and breakfast. Eggs were made on site, unlike most of hotels who provide breakfast. Hotel also offered free shuttle to/from airport. Able to drop off rental car night before departure saving me $$. All staff was friendly and shuttle driver said chain is family owned. Nice.

What a great place to stay with welcoming staff, clean rooms, and wonderful perks that come with the Drury Inn chain. This place did not disappoint. You do hear the airport so it is not entirely quiet and I would love for the windows to get cleaned as they were streaked with dirt, but then again, desert like conditions make that hard to stay on top of. Breakfast was outstanding with so many options so we were well fuelled for our day. The kickback supper night one gave us plenty to eat and three free drinks a person! The outdoor pool was a decent size, plus a hot tub and it has great night time lighting. Hot drinks available at all times, popcorn available for an afternoon snack. Room was clean and some nice artwork on the walls. Like the extra space around the microwave but note that the fridge is definitely mini. We appreciate the commitment to try and limit waste with dispensers for toiletries and dining was mostly reusable plates and cutlery.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

The hotel was mostly clean, the bathroom in my room had what appeared to be mold above the shower and the sink drained poorly. Some minor, superficial damage on wall trim and the sink looking like the right side was being help up from falling by a plank of wood acting as a "leg."

The crux of my issue with the Drury Inn, is that there's a surprising lack of drinking water. The rooms have no water other than tap (which upon asking, the gentleman at the front counter said he wouldn't "recommend drinking the tap water.") A sign on the third floor said "ice and vending," however there was only ice. To actually get to the market, you need to go all the way to the first floor. There you can purchase very overpriced bottled water, about $2 per 16oz bottle.

If you're thinking of staying, it'll be fine if you bring a personal case of water. There were no issues besides this. The staff was all very courteous and invited me to and explained the hotel events that were coming up.

The area in the immediate surrounding is also mostly quiet with no shady looking individuals around.

If you're looking for a fairly affordable, if rather unremarkable hotel, this will likely suffice, but still: Bring your own water.

The Drury Hotel by the airport in Phoenix was a very convenient location. The hotel rate was good for all of the additional meals included. Breakfast was wonderful plentiful and served hot. The rotating dinner menu was nice and the drinks included was a nice bonus. Also beds were comfortable. Only drawback is our room never got vacuumed for the week. We were there and the floors in the bathroom were never cleaned or the toilets. The bar soap was never replaced, and they were down to one elevator, which also needed help with loose molding around the bottom that somebody could trip on.

Very convenient for the proximity to the airport easily accessible by hotel shuttle (which must be booked)-
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The staff is attentive, kind and nice. Interestingly, guests are offered the aperitif with three drinks plus a small buffet from 17 to 19 with here objectively you can dine.
Quality price very good. Definitely recommended.

We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and light evening meal. The location meant walking was not a good option for meals and driving would have been a pain. Staff were friendly.y, personable, professional and seemed genuinely interested. Rooms were fairly standard but those facing the highway were a bit noisy. We had a problem with the air con/heating system (noisy and hard to adjust) but nothing terrible. Complimentary shuttle was great.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during a 3 week road trip around the USA, we started in Minneapolis and ended up in Phoenix, staying in around 12 hotels.
The hotel was convenient for the airport, quiet, had great staff and the “Kick Back” ( which we hadn’t experienced anywhere else) was a superb idea. Everywhere was clean and tidy, the communal areas had plenty of seating, nice small pool , and a bookable shuttle to the airport.

We generally stay at Comfort Inn, but we’re not impressed with the Comfort Inn reviews in the Phoenix area so we selected the Drury Inn even though we had to pay a little bit more.

We are so glad we did!

The Drury hotel was beautiful - glass elevators! The standard rooms were nice and roomier than the comfort inn room.

They offered meatballs, gravy, and mashed potatoes and vegetables in the buffet area- as a light dinner for guests
After a long day driving, we were not excited about going out for fast food, so this was really really welcomed

The breakfast was really great- the food was fresh and the eggs were made from eggs rather than powder —so delicious !!

There was a pancake grill with a staff member cooking pancakes as we ate, and the bread and cold cereal choices were plentiful. Their hot offering was biscuits, sausage and gravy, along with the scrambled eggs. These were delicious. They also had to make your own waffle station .

The Drury cost a little bit more, but was really worth it.

We have been staying at this hotel for over 10 years, every time we travel to Alaska where our kids live. When we pulled off the freeway this trip, I appreciatively told my husband, "This is like coming home. ) Imagine my surprise when we got to the front desk to arrange for our Park and Fly stay and was told we could only leave our car there for 10 days. Our flight reservations were for an 18-day trip. Before, they allowed 10 days per night of reservation. So... for an 18 day trip, we stayed 2 nights. Nope. Not any more said the rather icy clerk. Rules are rules. We had scheduled our arrival from our home (over 300 miles away) so we'd have plenty of time to check in, grab the shuttle and get to the airport. Their announcement left us in a real bind. I asked for mercy this trip... we had to make our flight. I was faced with the cold lack of emotion one might get from a robot. No. After years of loyalty and good relations our needs were worth nothing. A wonderful relationship is over . Message to the folks at Drury Phoenix Airport, Raddison Country Inn and Suites accommodated us with much concern for our time and needs. Their staff was warm and friendly and their prices much lost than yours... so, I guess you could say you did us a favor. We normally spent well over $500 per year with you. I am so sorry that the relationship ends like this.

Hello, Steve. There is an in-house restaurant called The Kitchen & Bar. They open at 5pm daily; so no lunch option. There are several options for lunch within a mile of the hotel, though.

The drinks are served from a table set up only for the happy hour. There are lots of tables throughout the spacious lobby, or you can sit outside in nice weather.

Hello! Our pool is an outdoor pool and is heated. At the current time, we are using our Host System with the pool, so it is first come, first serve. A host will be at the pool to let guests in as occupancy allows. We recommend checking with the front desk closer to your stay dates to get the latest information on any restrictions.
