The hotel is close to the airport and has a frequent and reliable shuttle service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner are excellent. However, we would like to make a special mention of Tiesha, the receptionist. She is not only highly trained and educated, but also genuinely cares about the guests. Whether it be questions about the room, transfers, excursions: Tiesha always has an extremely competent and friendly answer. She is receptionist, hostess and concierge all in one. And she is an extremely lovely and dedicated person who we hope the hotel management will appreciate and promote. In countless travels around the world, we have seldom met anyone in a hotel who takes as much care of the guests as Tiesha does.

Hotel's Favorite
This is a great hotel to stay. Our room was very spacious, it had a living room, bedroom and bathroom. The bed was comfortable with very little noise from the street. Our room was on the south side of the hotel, I know the west side and north side were on two main streets. The landscaping was beautiful with palm trees manicured grass and beautiful flowers. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was in their restaurant. I will say when we left the airport my GPS sent us through a shady part of the city. I was nervous about the area then after a couple streets, the area was much better. Parking is a problem if you come in late. The only thing I did not like is the bathroom sink is in the bedroom not in the bathroom. Overall I would stay again.

Bro don’t stay here, smh. It’s an older hotel, first room smelled like smoke the second smelled weird. The A/C is locked to a certain point 67 but only gets low as 71 degrees. Don’t stay here. There are other hotels that are close by that are better.

Excellent rooms. Very clean, with ample space. Different areas to enter the hotel premises, with a card key of course. Elevators nice and clean and front office services is very excellent, so nice and so attentive. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

The room was spacious, the door opened in to a living area with a sofa, chair and tv. The bedroom was large with a separate bathroom. The wash basin unit was in the bedroom which we found a little strange. Our bathroom was dreadful, the shower was rubbish, the plug which you pull up on the tap to make the shower work only came half way so the bath filled up with water as we showered. The flush on the toilet was delicate, you had to use the main body of it and not the handle. Staff were nice hence 3 stars but for this well known brand this room let you down.

Older hotel but nice. Room was clean, beds very comfortable and grounds nice with large pool. Staff needs to improve on the following: Upon check in, large sign says “permit required” with daily rate. After I was all checked in I had to ask for parking permit. Had I not asked, I wouldn’t have received one. Upon departure I noticed that most cars weren’t displaying a permit which makes me wonder if that’s why parking was hard to come by. Maybe non guests are using parking lot. Breakfast. Do they offer it? No idea as I wasn’t given any information on breakfast, dinner or any thing offered at hotel. I had to ask what time pool closed and where ice machine was as no information was provided. I was checked in, given keys and that was it. Were they busy when I checked in? Nope. I was the only person line so no excuse not to provide some useful information. Hopefully staff is trained to do more than the bare minimum. …

Waited 1 1/2 hrs for the shuttle from The airport to the hotel in 112° . Nicest gal at check in Rosey! Woke up the first morning to awful, horrible coffee in my room, this single Keureg has never been cleaned blek!! Stepped out of my room into 6" of water. Monsoon filled the patio took off my shoes and waded through. Coffee in restaurant was great. A/C in meeting room was not efficient. Pool was great

This is the second time I used this hotel in the last 6 weeks. I love this place. Everything is so clean -- the beds are SOOO comfortable. Staff can get a little snappy but i understand they are busy (but try to work on that part) Other than that-- breakfast is hot and delicious, the rooms are clean and quiet and I enjoy being in this location. Very safe and close to the airport (with Shuttle)

Check in was busy with a queue and one of the two service agents did not seem focused at all and too busy joking around and laughing loudly. Of course this was the agent that checked us in. We were asked which floor we preferred and I responded – whichever has a quieter room. After intently studying the monitor she found us the “perfect” room. I really do think she put us in the noisiest room in the entire hotel. The room was right on the corner of McDowell and N44th! An extremely busy and loud intersection that never stops. I don’t think I’ve ever been so furious, flabbergasted and annoyed all at once. And no I did not go back and complain. It was late and the room was so far away from the lobby. Pros – Close to airport and plentiful parking with no gates making for easy exit in morning. Pub type restaurant on property Cons – Cigarette butts all over parking lot, filthy elevator with red liquid to step over. Aforementioned room assignment To make matters worse, I received a form email from IHG Rewards a week later congratulating me on my “FREE” room redemption with points. The room was not free, it was half points and half cash. This made me chuckle. I have been very loyal to the Holiday Inn brand but this was a real test. Proceed with caution……

A comfortable hotel with great beds. The restaurant, a burger place with excellent burgers, offers a buffet breakfast. They offer a shuttle service but you can park your car while gone for an extra fee through a parking service.
