Toni checked us in, she was helpful and explained everything we needed to know. I appreciate the way she elevated the check in experience after such a long exhausting day. We felt very welcomed as Elite members and appreciated for our business. The hotel is in a fantastic locati

The service was quick and the employee ran to grab my car instead of walking like some of the other places I’ve been to. Rene was extremely helpful with loading my bags when I was ready to leave. Much appreciated.

Nice, clean hotel in the downtown area. Across the street from city plaza restaurants and entertainment. Expensive parking option, but to be expected downtown. Breakfast included was more than satisfactory. Front staff was very helpful on check-in & check out

I am coming to Phoenix this coming week, and staying at the hotel. The question is the cheapest way to get to the hotel. Another question has an answer - $2 by Valley Metro Light Rail. The question is how often does it go (during the daytime) between the airport and the nearest rail station to the hotel? Where is the nearest rail station to the hotel?
I think Uber was around $11 during non rush hour.

How far is the hotel from the Talking Stick Arena and the airport?
The arena is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. you can see it from you room. This is a great downtown hotel to stay in. Nearly brand new and still has that new car smell :-)

"Ask for a high floor room, ours looked out on the mountains"
"Close to the sports arena's"
"Rooms on the east side give a nice view, especially at night. Stay off the 20th floor, the HVAC on the roof causes noise and vibrations."
