One of the best resorts I've ever stayed. The customer service, food, amenities, location, and attention detail were superb. Jade Bar was a fun place to have cocktails. Elements restaurant has great food and great sunsets. The spa services were top notch.

From the beginning of our process working with booking my wedding, the catering and reservation teams through the entire resort experience with every team member we encountered, my now husband and I felt more cared for and were treated so well, we'd come back in a heartbeat. Everyone was professional, prompt, helpful and truly cared about their jobs and our experience. I researched a lot of resorts in the area, many were great, but we couldn't have imagined how exceptional the experience would be. I would highly recommend the suites, although the property has become incredibly expensive in the past year. Tips are appreciated, not expected, and everyone was so grateful for tips and again so happy to attend to every need and detail of our experience while we were there. The property is kept impeccably clean, the property is beautiful, and the views can't be beat. We have stayed at many exceptional resorts around the world. Who would have know that one would be only 2 and a half hours away in the U.S. that was more exceptional than all of them. Thank you to EVERYONE at Sanctuary at Camelback Mountain Resort and Spa. There was not a single moment of our stay where I wished something was different. Every single member of staff, every activity, every meal, literally every detail was impeccable at delivering a relaxing and luxurious environment. This could possibly be the best vacation I’ve ever experienced.
