I was in this hotel last week and I absolutely enjoyed the room, the service, the breakfast, the location and the excellent sleep quality. Price to quality ratio is very high. The receptionist was extremely friendly with recommendations and suggestions. The room included car parking and the valet service was top notch. The hotel is a few steps from all the main attractions in Salta and yet the room was very quiet (a good night sleep is one of the top factors for a good stay and I am very particular with noise...) Overall it might not be a super luxurious hotel but considering the rates this is an excellent choice and if I had the opportunity to visit this beautiful region again I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Alejandro. The staff were lovely and made sure my partner (gluten and lactose intolerant) had plenty to eat. The restaurant was great for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was standard but nice enough. The room was big and had a lovely view of Salta. The gym was really, really well equipped. I didn't get a massage but they were a really good price! Only slight gripe is that the water in the taps took a really long time to get hot and the water in the shower went absolutely everywhere. But that is a minor gripe!

We checked in around lunch time and was promptly given a nice superior room overlooking the plaza. We just stayed one night before moving trip through the Salta Region. Location: *****. Just several blocks from the Plaza de Julio and the main cathedral (which should not be missed). Room (#917): **** Very clean, good size, if not a bit dated. The alternative view is that it represents the indigenous culture, which may not be to everyone’s taste. Bathroom was good size, with both a tub and separate shower. One of my pet peeves about traveling in South America is that there is not a single English speaking channel on the TV; at least CNN or BBC would be nice. Food: **** We had a quick lunch before we went out exploring, which was fine. Breakfast the get morning was good with both hot (eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc.) and cold selections. Overall: **** Good value for the money, if not a bit dated.

Great location, very well equiped and mantained. Suculent breakfast and very rich and tasty offerings at the hotel restaurant. Rooms are very nice, the gym at the hotel is very well equipped and offers good studio classes.

Centrally lokated, suite in top floor spacious but a bit dated, friendly service. Main objektion: terrible breakfast, old stuff, mostly untasty. Fresh OJ only ad an extra, no fried eggs, fruits slushy etc. Lower floors not recommended, exhaust fumes in town are terrible. Climate very strenuous, lobby ice cold, lot if people with flu.

Saludos cordiales
