Nestled in a serene beachfront location, Calista Luxury Resort receives acclaim for its splendid setting and tranquil surroundings. The spacious and immaculate rooms are a highlight for many guests, although some consider the decor a touch outdated. Evening entertainment and opulent amenities add to the luxury experience, though opinions on the atmosphere are mixed, with a few guests finding it noisy. While the service is generally regarded as top-notch, a handful of travelers have encountered slow service. Guests appreciate the resort's cleanliness but advise being mindful of extra charges that can detract from the perceived value.

Amazing Calista - the hotel, staff, food ( everything was fantastic and very high standards)

We stayed in a family room - room 4407. The cleaning team in our room kept the room immaculate . Never had to ask for anything as everything was done for us returning to the room. Mini bar was always stocked up daily.

The food - there’s something for everyone at any time of the day. The food is very high standard - probably one of the best hotels for food that we have stayed in. Drinks were very high standard - wine, champagne & cocktails.

The beach was lovely and waiter staff were outstanding ; ordered drinks and they were very quick. Always happy and polite the staff at charm beach club - thank you !

Entertainment was brilliant - we loved the blue bar and charm beach club. Drinks very good and very polite staff. Good music and good entertainment - lots of effort by the hotel staff to maintain high standards.

We will be back Calista. Thank you !

Have just come back from a week here. Due to COVID we had to re arrange an original trip to Gran Canaria and we were not disappointed with our last minute decision.

We arrived late and were immediately welcomed and offered a drink. The buffet is open late so we could have eaten but chose not to.

Room was big and airy and plenty of storage. Rooms were cleaned daily and were always spotless.

Food was good, buffet does have lots of choice but can be a bit samey. We ate in 3 of the a la cartes - sankura(Asian) timo (Italian) and la carne (South American). All were good and plenty of choice. Sankura was the best by far, all are worth paying the €15pp supplement.

Plenty of options for bars, the bar on the pier was gorgeous to be sat in the sea and here the waves. Big shout out to the blue bar, during the day they worked tirelessly to keep you hydrated while you relaxed by the pool.

Pool was fab and plenty of sunbeds which were so comfy.

In this current climate the hotel were great at being COVID safe, all staff wore masks, hand sanitizer stations everywhere and disposable gloves that had to be used in buffet restaurant. Sunbeds were well distanced so you did not feel uncomfortable.

My one criticism would be in the buffet restaurant, whilst they had staff to serve you the food, this was not possible in all cases with many guests pushing through the barriers and not queuing orderly. The restaurant needed to be more organised as there were lots of people milling around and at times I felt uncomfortable with the close proximity to other guests. Perhaps it should have been mandatory for all to wear face masks when getting food, it did seem a bit odd this was not the case.

Overall it was a great place, I felt safe most of the time and they made a great effort to make sure guests were comfortable in this current situation.

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for preferring our hotel and sharing your positive impressions with other TripAdvisor visitors. Our team works hard to make sure our guests are comfortable and receiving our best service. We are very glad to see that the room and location were to your liking and that our Covid practices offered a level of confidence while traveling in these strange new times. Unfortunately, although warnings are made to our guests due to Covid 19, we have many guests who do not follow the rules. However, we, as the Calista team, have taken all our precautions. . The room was large, very clean and had plenty of storage space. There was a large balcony with a table and chairs and a day bed. The bathroom was large and fully stocked with toiletries, toothpaste, toothbrushs, even condoms! these were replenished everyday. The bed was large and comfortable, the ony problem was the quilt only just fitted, so we were fighting for cover each night. On the first morning we walked into breakfast and were shocked to see nobody apart from staff were wearing masks while wandering around the resort. The hotel did have social distancing policies in place but these were not adhered to and several times while queuing for food we were rudely pushed out of the way or in front of by other guests (not British guests) We found this quite off putting and as a result have decided to self isolate on our return home. That aside, eveything else was great. The choice of food was varied and very nice. we were a little put out that we had to pay at the a la carte restaurants. 15 euros each per visit. We have never had to pay at an all inclusive resort before, we've usually been allowed one visit per restaurant per stay. We booked one meal at the Japanese and although the food was ok we much preferred the buffet restaurant.

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for preferring our hotel and sharing your positive impressions with other TripAdvisor visitors. Our team works hard to make sure our guests are comfortable and receiving our best service. We have forwarded your remarks to the corresponding departments. A la carte restaurant preparations are made depending on the number of people, so we charge 15 euros per person for the service costs. The reason for our practice is to reduce food waste. We appreciate your nice review and look forward to greeting you once again in the nearest future. . We came to the Calista during the pandemic after a cancellation to Jamaica and I must say the hotel did not disappoint, it was fantastic. Visited with my partner, two chidren (10 & 2), the in laws and another couple.
The rooms were lovely, the bed was comfy and it was cleaned to a high standard on a daily basis.
The whole atmosphere within the hotel was very relaxed, you never had to queue for anything (except omelettes in the morning) . We ate at the a la carte restaurants most nights which are an added extra, one night you get free with your stay. Do think it was slightly pticey but the food was on another level, especially enjoyed the italian and the tepenyaki which we visited both 3x during our stay. The buffet evening meal was okay, different choices but no where near as nice as the a la cartes.
The drinks weren't watered down and i made my way through the cocktail menu which had a good selection, you can also request a drink even if not on the menu. You do have to pay for certain brands of spirits which i feel again for an all inclusive 5* they should all be included in the price.
The pier was beautiful and we tended to spend a couple of hours in the afternoon relaxing and having a couple of cocktails.
Now lets talk entertainment... By far the best we have seen with acrobate shows, dance shows, music shows, couldnt fault this one this they again go above and beyond with every show which we always thoroughly enjoyed.
The staff were great, although most of them don't speak very good english so could sometimes be hardwork.
The only con about the hotel for me was the on site shop which sell stuff for the pool, cost around £25 for a bucket, spade and afew other bits, extortionate but they can get away with it as no where else to walk to. Pack your own inflatables and toys it will save you alot of money!!
The staff themselves couldnt do enough my only gripe was with some of the russian holiday makers at the hotel who would happily push in the breakfast queues and then when they get to the front order food for around 6 people, found alot of them to be extremely rude and ignorant.
Overall I cant fault the hotel, it was beyond amazing and worth every penny, my eldest son loved the water slides and my youngest son enjoyed riding around the resort on the train which goes around twice every day.
Neither of my children used the kids club as all the other children were foreign, not many english people.
This was 100% the best holiday we have been on. Even though Turkey was added to the travel list whilst we were there and we had to quarantine for 2 weeks on our return it was worth every minute. We will be returning as we loved it so much... If your on the fence about whether to visit then i suggest you get it booked, you wont regret it :)

We have just stayed at the Calista and found it almost perfect. The rooms are large and well equipped with hair dryer, ironing board and iron. Bathroom has separate shower and bath tubs plus robes. Mini bar and wine in room. Room was kept very clean by our helpful cleaner and towels replaced regularly. the pool areas supply towels and there is attended pool services being waited on by attentive staff. All worked really hard but special shout to Mislina who always had a smile on her face and to Emir on his rollerblades. Lots of other areas to eat but main restaurant is full of wide selection of high quality food. There are several ala carte restaurants and you are allowed to book two evenings although we only used the Italian which was excellent. our bar of choice was the Black bar where Tugce was incredibly attentive and efficient.
Only some minor faults. Hotel is quite a bit of a distance from Belek, 10 euros in taxi, although never short of things to do so not much need to go in. Final issue was the on site market. We had to use it as had forgotten some travel essentials, Whilst i expect to pay over the odds, being charged £9 for a tin of deodorant was over the top. We went without a phone charger too when the man there tried to charge 16 euros for a fake one.
Take all you need to avoid this shop and you'll have a superb time.

Amazing hotel. We just couldn’t fault it. On arrival we were greeted warmly and offered champagne and strawberries, which after a long journey were so refreshing. The rooms were fabulous and towels changed twice a day with our room tidied and your fridge replenished with drinks and snacks. . We found wine, baklava, fruit and nuts as a welcome in the room. All the areas in the hotel, the spa and all the facilities were spotlessly clean and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. I must say the a la Carte restaurants were superb and definitely worth a visit. The private beach was so clean and tidy and the beach bars/snack bars served great food. What we noted as a huge plus was that no-one was allowed to stake out the sun beds at the crack of dawn putting towels on them. This always infuriates us! Whatever time of day, there were always sun beds free around the huge pool areas and also on the beach. Overall it was sheer luxury from start to finish. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

My husband and I stayed here in January for a 3 night break and I must say that this was the most amazing hotel I have stayed in during my time working in Turkey. I work for travel companies and have visit many hotels during my career but the running of this hotel is spot on. They have thought about everything and make you want for nothing. The all inclusive concept offers imported drinks, excellent food with the offer of snack bar ala carte (may be different during the summer months), amazing patisserie offering the best cakes, cookies, coffee shop standard coffee, etc. I was surprised to find branded activia yogurts in the restaurant and little milkshakes in cartons for children (we have a toddler and found this hotel would be brilliant to bring her to). Also in the spa they have provided swimming nappies for you to help yourself to. All of these little extra touches make you realise they really have thought of everything here.
The hotel is immaculate and very clean. The minute someone leaves a table it is cleaned and disinfected. I went to the gym one day and the same procedure was applied here also. After guests use the machines they are wiped down and sanitised.
All of the staff are kind, friendly and attentive and can’t do enough for you. There was some lovely girls working in the lobby bar who looked after us during our stay and was always happy and seemed to actually enjoy being there.

We have stayed in a few other 5 star hotels and although they may offer similar things we found that the way the hotel was run plus the extra of having great staff made the Calista our favourite place to stay.
We are planning on another trip to Antalya next month with our daughter so we will definitely be looking at returning very soon!
Thank you for making our little break away one of the best.

One of a kind resort. One of the most delightful hotels I haver ever been to. "Faboulus' will be the best word to describe our stay at Calista. From the moment you enter the resort you feel the difference. Absolutely amazing.
The most important thing for us was to be safe during pandemic. Noticing the resort got 'Safe Tourism' certificate for hygene measures during pandemic, we were finally comfortable staying in a hotel after a long time. After staying here, I can assure you that this is the best place you can stay and enjoy your time with your family in a safe way. Everything is sparkling clean and the staff is constantly disinfecting everything.

The food is fabulous! Offers some of the best food I have ever had..I especially fell in love with generous seafood selection. Service was the best of any hotel I have been to or heard of. Everyone was beyond friendly and aim to please. The staff was highly professional, helped with anything that we wanted and beyond, always went extra mile when we ask something..They were there to help at any moment and have made us feel so welcome and looked after.
There was nothing I didn’t like about Calista. The pool / beach area is geniusly designed  with plenty of lounge chairs.
Cannot praise highly enough.
Everything is perfect here, flawless. I would give million stars if I could for this fantastic hotel...

We will definitely be back..

I have just returned from 16 nights at Calista Luxury Resort. I booked it after reading excellent reviews on trip advisor. It certainly lives up to the reviews. The bedroom I booked did not have a separate shower, they put me in a different room with a shower at no extra cost and no problem . The food in the restaurant is excellent, something for most disconcerting of diners. The loungers around the numerous pools are all large with cushions and covers which are changed evert day. The pools are cleaned every evening with a large vacuum cleaner device and are spotless as are everything else around the place. the highlight of the hotel is the large pier which is stocked with numerous lounges and tables bar snack ect and is well worth paying the extra to get on there. The toilets with the beach toilet block the beach toilet are unbelievable they are more in keeping with what you'd find in a west end club than a Mediterranean beach see to believed. all in all a wonderful hotel and it offers better value for money than other 5 star hotels i have stayed at in antalya.

Resort was not as expected, especially the rooms were small, old and not well maintained. The rooms we had were overlooking the back side of the resort, next to a very noisy generator. We asked to change the rooms but they claimed that the resort was fully booked. Also room cleaning was very basic, mini bars and used cups were not changed until we request that. Lighting in the room and in the bathroom was not enough. Bathroom very very small. Definitely not to the standard of a 5 star hotel.
Services in the resorts were also overpriced.
The water in the pools was extremely hot, that you can barely swim in the very hot weather of the city.
I have to mention that the food was excellent, and the night shows were good. Also my daughterds liked the gym, but my priority will be for a nice, clean and well maintained room.
In general this resort is very expensive for what it is and I would not recommend it to anyone coming to Antalya.

Dear Guest, First of all thank you for spending your holiday with us and for contacting us back. Our hotel continues to provide luxury service for 15 years. In general, we receive positive feedback from our guests, sometimes there can be negative feedback as everywhere else, but we turn such comments to opportunity to improve ourselves. Our standard rooms 52m2 and is wide enough for a family for 4 person. Every year there is renovation in our hotel and we are upset to hear that you found it old. We as a hotel try our best to meet the expectations of the guests, sometimes it is very hard because of the high season but our guests know that we try our best. Everyday housekeeping cleans the rooms twice, until there is any request of not doing it or cleaning once. Mini bars are filled everyday as well. The water in the pools get warm because of the hot weather. If you had told us about any problem that occurred during your holiday while at the hotel, we would have tried to find a way to solve the problem. In this way, there would be common ground for both you and us. Thank you for highlighing the food and shows. We have already shared your concerns with our Management, so they can prevent similar occasions in the future. Should you decide to revisit us again next time, we will be very glad to welcome you back to Calista Luxury Resort. Hi. Sorry. I’ve seen your question a bit late. Yes, there are some cats but not stray. There use to be a cat’s house on the property last years - havent noticed it this year. You get to see the cats in the evening. Some years ago my kid got scratched and I asked about their whereabouts. The hotel told me the cats are pets of their own, not from the street. As I might recall (it was like 8 years ago) they are even vaccinated… not sure.
