Extremeli Suites is very close to Mall of Asia, making it very convenient to tourists who are very much into shopping.Rooms are clean, linens are of good quality and the bathroom is of good standard.

The only thing that needs improvement is the sound-proofing of rooms. All movements and voices of guests passing through the hallways of guest rooms are magnified and can be very disturbing at night.

A multi storeyed building which was closer to the airport, still takes approximately 20 mins for a 4 km distance.

Rooms are bit congested, when you take an extra bed, it almost fills the space. Service was very good.

They have a restaurant which closes by 10 pm. You have Mc Donald and other stuff nearby which is open till late night.

I am not sure whether we have access to swimming pool and the open area as there are residents who share the adjacent blocks.

We stay there one night during transfer to the islands. The only problem I saw was that taxi drivers at the airport did not know for sure where the hotel is. So in the end I had picture of the map where the hotel was and we found it.

Hotel is clean, staff is really great. You can see that hotel is not really busy at the moment, but I am sure it will be in the future.

Traveling with two adults and 2 small children, I wanted a place with a family-style room. My reservation for a Jr Suite B showed double bed and sofa bed, but the sofa was just a plain sofa. The front desk did not have available bedding to bring into the room, so they provided a few additional pillows and blankets. I didn't fuss over it because it OK for the kids to sleep on. I thought the location was fine. The taxi driver had no idea how to get there even with a map I printed out for him. Be prepared to tell the drivers where to turn or end up driving around in circles. The taxi from the airport was about 150 pesos. Taxi to Intermuros was < 200 Pesos. The Light Rail station is about a 15 min walk from the hotel, but not worth messing with because taxis are pretty inexpensive. The kitchenette was a great (full sized fridge with freezer and microwave oven). No utensils or dishes provided. We didn't have a problem with noise as some other reviewers did. Maybe because we were on the 18th floor. My little ones loved the pool because it was open until late and had a part that was very shallow that they could splash around in by themselves. We didn't think much of MOA, but with little ones, we did like being close to the City of Dreams Casino which had a great play area (Dream Play) where we spent 1/2 a day. I agree with other posts about breakfast. Limited options, smallish portions, and drinks other than coffee will cost extra.

Overnight stay with the family after a long delayed trip and as reported before, this condo/hotel is merely known by Manila taxi drivers, as he needed 2 phone calls to find the place. (don't indicate the near Dfa-office as reference, because there are 2 on different locations). Check in went smoothly and we got 2 large and clean rooms, but noticed a strange kind of smell. We were tired and wanted to get to sleep.
Around 2 AM we heard a group of young Chinese guests gathering at their rooms, which continued until 5.30 AM, with loudly card playing and screaming, without any consideration for other guests. "The Chinese nouveau riche strikes again"
We found out that this hotel is owned by Chinese and the majority of their guests are gamblers who frequent the nearby Solaire and COD casinos.
Next day we went down for breakfast and had to deal with an incompetent waiter, who said that half of the breakfast options were not available, because they ran out of ham & cheese. Then the fact that you could ONLY choose coffee for free with breakfast, tea was an optional with extra charge. Unique experience, I never had in hotels around the globe. Who can explain me the difficulty to make a pot of tea to serve your guests. For a 'normal traveller' this hotel is once in a lifetime experience,
because at their price level, there are many better options in Paranaque.
I booked here, because our sons liked to play basketball and they had a nice court, but a Basketball was NOT available. Maybe a suggestion to the management to buy one, as you can not expect guests to travel with a basketball, which explodes, once loaded on an airplane. Guest minded thinking, Capito ??

Dear Valued Guests, Thank you for staying at Extremeli Suites. We sincecrely apologized for all the inconvenience you have experienced. As for the noise of some Chinese guests, we have already talked to the group and reminded them to observe the privacy of other guests. For the basket ball, we do have one at the Front Desk. We likewise have talked to the Figaro outlet to have a pot of tea available should the guests want to order one. Again, thank you and we do certainly hope we can be of service to you in the future.

I stayed here overnight between flights as an alternative to staying in the city. It's a new development, primarily made up of several residential towers but with this one tower also used as a hotel. It's in a bit of a no-man's land and the surrounding area isn't near any nightlife or activity. But it's only a 10-15 minute walk to Mall of Asia, and there's also a little shopping complex with a McDonald's, pizza restaurant, etc just down the street if you need it. The room was clean, modern, although a bit spartan (no bedside light, for example), and the staff were friendly. There's also very nice pool area in the middle courtyard that guests can use. If you want to be near the mall and don't want to be in Makati or Malate or the city proper, this may be a good option for a stay over. However, taxi drivers likely won't know where it is so you'll have to show them on map. Also, can be very difficult to find a meter tax when you go anywhere. Upon my departure I had to walk down the road to the nearest main road to flag one down (with the help of a nice doorman).
