We booked it because we had 7 hours between flights and thought we could sleep there a little bit. It looked ok but karaoke bar right outside the hotel did not let us sleep. Also staff started cleaning ar 4AM. And they did not clean quietly, they talked veery loudly.
Good thing its so close to terminal 1.
Bathroom was ok

Don’t expect a five star establishment when it only has two stars however the room was comfortable enough and we used it for a day stopover as our flight arrived in early and our connecting flight was leaving late. Taxi from Airport was approx 400 peso. Room had comfy bed , aircon which worked well, TV, Wifi and shower. Shower needed a little help to run he he. Overall not a bad stay considering.

This place takes quite a few hits for being run down and over priced. Well it's value lies in one aspect location, location, and location. If you are not familiar with a typical economy hotel or resort in the Philippines and your standards require a three star hotel western style, then move on. However if you understand that hot water is optional and a bed can me a foam mattress on a plywood base then perhaps you may still consider it. When I pass through Manila I want to move quickly and minimize down time. Manila to me is a hot cookie sheet made of cement baking in the sun with little attraction. Other would disagree and to them I say party on.

The Manila airport hotel is expensive relatively speaking but if you are flying in internationally and then proceeding on with a domestic site that is separated by only a few hours you could do worse. I use it what I arrive late and have an early flight out the next day. I am ok with the standard and believe many reviewers to be too harsh. You can catch an airport shuttle (no charge) to and from the hotel. Be sure to calculate in that cost when comparing other hotel in the area. You can sleep in later because you have no traffic to fight to get too and from the airport.

I use it I will continue to do so. The rooms are relatively clean and the staff is fair. Nothing exceptional but then again I am in and out. if you are staying for any length of time in Manila select another hotel.
There is a KFC right next door and across the parking lot is a small store where you can get some soft drinks and chips etc.

First of all, my husband and I had no choice but to stay in this hotel since we didn't have a car and we really want to stay in a hotel close to the airport. This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. First, the 2 ladies in the front desk during the night we arrived we're sooo rude and disrespectful. When I was talking to them and asking them questions, one of the lady kept on typing on her computer while talking to me! That was not a proper way to talk to your customer. Then, my husband called in the front desk because we want to inform them that there was no remote control in the room then the lady who answered the phone was like "wait.wait. wait". She said that to my husband not even addressing him as "sir". What the heck. The room was so dirty. We asked for a deluxe room queen size bed. One bed in a room since I am with my husband. They gave us a room that was very dirty, and have 2 beds inside. There was poop on the toilet. The curtains are not fitted to the window so when I took off my clothes, I can see outside the window that somebody might see me inside the room. There was only a TV, telephone, 2 beds, and a closet. That's it. And the worst is, when I talked to them on the phone, they told me that the price of the room is only 2, 498. But when we arrived together with my American husband they said it's 3, 898. With 1K deposit. I asked the lady why is the price like that and she said because it was deluxe and a queen size bed. But when we check in to our room, it was not a queen size bed. It was a double bed with an extra bed.I asked the guy who lead us to our room why there's two beds and he said it was the only available room. That was already past 12 midnight so instead of complaining, we just stayed there so we could rest. This hotel was the most terrible hotel ever! We've been to a lot of much cheaper hotels all over the Philippines but the quality and service are better. Please, save yourselves from stress! Keep away from this scam hotel! Zero star for you. Someday I promise you, you will be bankrupt because of your greediness!

I booked online as I was due to fly out at 0720 the next morning and didn’t fancy the drive from Antipolo at 3am. I had originally booked the Holiday Inn Express (formerly Remington) but after booking, they sent a message saying that it was a quarantine hotel and I couldn’t stay there. Thank you, Booking.com; this was not clear on your website. I eventually managed to get the booking cancelled without charge.

I’d stayed at the Manila Airport Hotel several years ago and remember is as old and basic but OK. It’s now the OYO Manila Airport Hotel and it’s no longer OK. On check-in I was asked for a PhP1000 cash deposit; credit cards not accepted! Not a good start, particularly if you’ve just arrived in the Philippines and don’t have local cash.

We were given two packs containing a toothbrush, toothpaste and soap, and shown to the room which was clean but spartan. There was no safe, only one bedside table with no bedside light and a desk. The TV had only local channels and the aerial was perched behind the curtain rail with a cable draped over the desk. Although the curtain was a blackout one, it was about a foot away from the wall so useless. One towel was on the bed. The pillows were small and very thin and my partner asked me to request extra pillows. I phoned reception and asked for another towel and two more pillows. I got the towel but declined to pay the PhP100 demanded for the pillows and they would not budge on that.

I had advised the front desk on arrival that I would be leaving at about 4am but my partner was not flying with me and would check out later. I tried to have a shower before leaving but there was no hot water. The sliding part of the shower screen was missing! When I went through the lobby at 3.15am, the two girls on the desk were asleep on their chairs under a sheet and I didn’t want to wake them. However, the security guard at the exit called them and woke them. I explained that I had an early flight but my partner was still jn the room and would leave later. They seemed satisfied and I was allowed to leave but I later learned that they had phoned the room and woken my partner.

I will not be booking this hotel again!

Manila Airport Hotel was my choice, on three occasions, during a recent visit to the Philippines. On all three occasions, I found the desk staff courteous and efficient, the room attendant gracious and thorough, in outfitting and cleaning my room. The view from the two rooms varied-the first night, my room faced the southwest, looking out over a nearby barangay (neighbourhood) of Paranaque District. The other three nights, my room looked out on a nearby wellness resort. There is a full-service massage, barber shop and wellness room, in the lobby of the hotel, as well as two car rental agencies and a small restaurant-coffee shop.

We stayed here while on our way to and from Mountain Province. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel van took us everywhere we needed to go. The breakfast in the hotel's restaurant was outstanding as well as the other meals. Great Coffee!!!!!

I have stayed at the Manila Airport Hotel many times now. They have given me a windowless room (the last available they stated) and now, 2 nights in a superior room only to be moved to an inferior room for the second night as the room was required for another customer. The room we were then allocated had 2 single beds and an old TV with a noisy air con and broken shower screen to boot. Not to mention, the shower pressure was terrible in that room. Bottled water in that room came with broken seals. My problem they stated, offering me to purchase more bottles if I did not want to drink them. I will strongly think twice about any further stays at this hotel. They do not treat customers in any respectful manner. Yes, the beds are usually comfortable, the air conditioners are always noisy and not a single shower screen in the hotel works correctly. Water delivered upon the first night of a stay, no further complimentary water for any subsequent nights.
I made a request with my booking to please have the pool clean on this visit as it was for 2 nights. Obviously, that was too much to ask for as the pool was typically disgusting…again. Oh, and a 1 hour wait for the airport pickup, and only after a kind security guard at the airport made a call to the hotel. Not good. I am certain there are other hotels in the airport precinct with much better service and reception. It would not be hard to offer a better hotel for a customer with possibly 10 stays there now. A good number to call it quits there and look at others for further stays.

I almost got scared off by all the negative reviews, but we chose this hotel anyway, since it's the one hotel that is absolutely closest to terminal 1.

There is nothing special about this hotel. Our room was relatively big and it was clean. It wasn't new and the tv didn't have any English channels. But it was absolutely good enough.

We only had a few hours in the room so we slept 2 adults and 2 children i the two twin beds. It was exactly what we needed.

There are a few restaurants (including a KFC) and a small supermarket just outside the hotel.

It was quite lively since it was Saturday night, but it didn't disturb me a lot (light sleepers might be disturbed though). You can hear the planes landing and taking off as well.

The shuttle bus took us to the airport at 3 in the morning. It took 5 min.

We didn't try the free breakfast.

Conclusion: it's quite expensive for what you get; but if you're flying from terminal 1 in the morning (and especially if you have some luggage and tired kids), this is a very very good choice.

Do not book this hotel for three days, it is over priced, terrible service and just a shabby hotel. The food in the restaurant is terrible, the breakfast is terrible and not even hot when served. Even though it is close to the airport, I would not book it again.
