You will pay extra for everything !! I was there for 3 months and was told that i had to pay to use the pool...I had to go to the airport to catch a flight to Cebu so i let the front desk know that i needed a taxi the next day and when it came time to leave the front desk told me that there were no taxis available but i could rent a special car, i had no choice and it cost me 4 times more than a taxi would and the driver got mad when i wouldnt tip him.The same driver threatened me several times when i came back from Cebu and made many racial slurs. At one point he told me that he was going to cut my throat in front of a Chateau Elysee security gard and the gard just laughed so i went to the head administration officer and that was a waste of time. I think they all get kickbacks from that high price taxi driver.I have many more bad storys but my advice is DONT GO THERE !!!!!....one last thing, if you stay more than a month good luck getting your deposit back !!

I would like to warn you guys with this property!!! DON'T GO TO THIS PROPERTY!!! I booked this place on booking.com and when we get there, it is totally a disaster!! The building was smelling, old and does not look like at all from the picture!!! When we contacted the host, he said that they actually have that room but it booked out... This is unacceptable.. We were paying for the same price, we were having a look at the same advertisement.. But turned out it was terrible. Now, when contacting booking.com, host was trying to not refunding me.. DON'T GO TO THIS PROPERTY!!!

We liked everything there. Condo unit was really nice and clean. We were provided every facilities there. Even the owner brought a new rice cooker for us upon just a request. The air conditioner was super cold. We really enjoyed here and we recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. The most important thing was that every time we would contact the owner, she would answer us very fast unlike other places we didn't at all get any response. We will come back and stay here again if we come to Manila. But one thing to remember that there are no Jeepneys in this area, so you have to ride tricycles or book a Grab taxi.

Originally booked for 3 nights but extended for another 2. We got a really good feeling about the place as soon as we seen it, you feel very safe in the complex. The room is perfect, air con, very clean, has a fridge. You have to pay extra for the pool, its worth it though. Only available to use Monday - Thursday for guests which was a bit annoying! But they did let us sit on the loungers round the pool. On our last 2 days the WiFi stopped working in our room, Rhyza was helpful and went out her way to try and sort it out for us. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be close to the airport. Really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say was a negative was one of the reception ladies wasn’t helpful or friendly at all, but the younger girl was so helpful and always smiling.

this was my 2nd time sa chateau elysee. medyo disappointed lang nung last staycation ko (dec 2018). wala sila microwave sana inupdate nila ung sa tripadvisor. maliit ung ref so if plan mo magstay ng matagal mahihirapan ka magstore ng food. di pa nila inayos lahat so time to time kelangan pa tawagin ung caretaker nung room which is kinda stressful. wala din wifi.
