Stayed there for 12 hrs. just to get a good rest before my flight.I actually booked at Salem their other hotel but grab driver dropped me at this hotel instead. The reseptionist was very helpful, called the other hotel and fixed the problem right away.Room is clean and everything is ok.Staffs are also helpful and nice.Manong security guard helped me with my baggage.Didn’t asked for a tip but I willingly gave him since I still had some php with me.
Stayed here while stranded in Manila. They were very accommodating, they picked us up at 2am and I only called and booked with in the hour. The room was clean although a little tight. It is very close to the airport and they would drop you off for free. The best part of this place is the people working there. They’re very nice and always willing to help. I highly recommend this place for a budget stay.
The hotel was nice. Room is very cheap if booked at traveloka with voucher. (less than 1000php). The bathroom was shared but I think it is still okay given its booking price. Rooms and toilets are clean Only downside is the noisy visitors & hotel staff which I can hear from the room. Overall it was a nice experience.
Stayed here November 2016 as a group of six, we had three bedrooms and shared a bathroom. One night on the way to Palawan and another one on the way back to Europe. The hotel is very close to the airport, you can walk it really, but as we were flying out from Terminal 2 we decided to get a taxi, as it's just that further our, staff are more than happy to book it for you, just ask. We managed to get a great night' sleep. On both occasions we were placed at the back of the building, so didn't find it noisy at all. The place is clean, cheap and cheerful with friendly staff, exactly what you would expect from a budget hotel, definitely value for money! Would recommend it if you're only staying overnight to catch a flight.
Within walking distance from T1 of Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila (approx. 10-15 minutes), it is situated in a reconstructed cargo hall and offers cheap and simple accommodation especially if you need to spend a night before early morning flight. Rooms are very small, with plastic walls and have no Windows. There is simply nothing except for a bed, a small table a small chair, not even a place where to hang one´s clothes. Bathrooms and toilets are shared, one for every 5 rooms, so it might get busy in the evening when most guests arrive. Bathrooms are also very basic, just the shower, no place to hang clothes too. But it is fairly clean. There is no breakfast available, but there is a drinking water tank and the reception staff is friendly. Easy to reach from T1, but from other terminals, a taxi or a jeepney journey is required. Many jeepneys run along the main road next to the hostel and if you want to go to the city center, there is LRT station about 10 mins ride by jeepney. All in all a very cheap and very simple option for those that want to stay close to the airport, absolutely no luxury.…
We stayed here for one night as it was close to the airport. The room was clean enough but the air con unit was so noisy. That plus the planes meant we didn't sleep much at all. I'll try another place next time.
This hotel served it purpose on my behalf. It is close to the airport and has a few shops close by to grab some food/drinks. Rooms are very basic but clean and comfortable. Air con worked, a little noisy yes but you get what you pay for. Staff were all very nice, particularly Kevin who was helpful for our stay. I would return for a nights stop over before/after flying.
I checked in Aug 25 to attend a friend's wedding at St Andrew and work from the hotel after the reception. This hotel is near St Andrew Cathedral and Duty free. I had a wonderful 24-hr stay at this mini hotel, all of the staff are friendly and very accommodating. Facility is secure, clean, and comfy. Cons: Poor internet connection due to heavy rain
I never heard of this hotel before. I was staying at the Salem location. The one thing I noticed, I saw many people at the front desk each time I walked by. My current hotel was about 500 PHP more so I checked in. The first thing I noticed was the enthusiasm of the front desk staff. Always a "can-do" attitude. At that NAIA location, the attitudes of the staff were consistent. The hotel was clean, and the rooms accommodating. There is free internet and the bandwidth is strong enough to play video. The bathrooms are cleaned frequently throughout the day. I never felt squeamish to use any of their facilities. There are a variety of rooms to choose from especially for families. There aren't any private bathrooms. The bathroom and shower is across the hall. When you first hear that, you may think negatively about that. Let me assure you, I lived in this brand of hotel for a total of seven days. I was inconvenianced once and I simply went to another bathroom. Everytime I wanted to shower I could. The DG Budget Hotel is located close to restaurants, a grocery store and a quick cab ride to the airport. If you have a layover, its the best value for your money. It is also located next to the duty free store. Just down stairs, there are three restaurants: La Copa Bar & Restaurant, King Crab House, and The Yummy Buffet. There is also a Seven-Eleven, McDonald's dersert shop and a grilled chicken and pork shop just up the street. Across is a Jollie Bee. Finally the facility is usually very quiet so you won't be waken by wayward travelers thoughout the night like in some hotels. You cannot beat the value of such a great hotel like the DG Budget Hotel. I was pleased and will definitly stay here again. - John…
I had a room at the backside (facing the airport) but it was not noisy. The room was small, but it had TV and aircon. The shower and toilet on the floor was shared, so it was not really clean. It´s a good place to stay for a night near the airport. The hotelboy was very helpful to find us a taxi.
