Solaire Management Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep appreciation for the consistently outstanding service my father and I have received throughout our nine-year patronage of Solaire, starting from its grand opening. Despite the presence of other accommodations in the vicinity of the Entertainment City, we have always chosen Solaire as our preferred destination. The exceptional service, warm hospitality, and overall ambiance at Solaire have truly made it feel like a second home to us. I would like to extend my special thanks to the supervisor and staff of the Dragon Bar, namely Lovelyn and Edwardo. Every visit to the bar has been marked by their unwavering kindness, friendliness, and welcoming smiles. Their dedication to delivering superb customer service is the reason we continually return to the Dragon Bar. Similarly, I would like to express my gratitude towards Angel, a member of the Casino Food and Beverage team. Her attentive service during our gaming experiences, frequently checking if we require food or beverages, has truly enhanced our overall experience at Solaire. Her dedication to delivering high-quality service is remarkable. I am pleased to share my positive experiences and trust that you will pass on my compliments to these exemplary staff members. I look forward to many more memorable experiences at Solaire. Thank you for your attention and for continuously providing a superior hospitality experience. Thank you Best Regards, Shawn Kim

Great attention to detail. We didn't even request for it but they noted that my Aunt's birthday was coming up and they prepared a little cake and greeting for her. Room was spacious with great view. Early check in and free late check out. Super appreciated that. Also did a survey for them after my stay and mentioned about their policy regarding having to wait some days for my deposit to be refunded from my bank, I was surprised that someone emailed me about it. It wasn't an issue any longer as I was already refunded by then but it means they take their guest satisfaction quite seriously as they read my survey.

Another great experience at a hotel. We had a good time. The room is bigger then usual hotels. The pool is awesome, my family loved it! Great service was provided and the hotel's staff are courteous, pleasant, and accommodating. Many thanks to Chuck, Jason, and Venus.

Kudos to Solaire customer service who put my children and sister to have a great time into a memorable experience. They feel rich for one day lol. Thank you for so much giving into a great accommodation. I did reservation through email so check-in is fast and easy upon stepping into Solaire. In the front desk, the staff asked for a deposit (according to room policy that deposit range from 5,000 to 10,000) in case of charges incurred during check-in. If no charges incurred, they will refund upon check out. Better to bring extra money. Our staycation was last April 25-26, 2023 but want to express my gratitude to Solaire management and decided to share the wonderful experience. The room we occupied in sky studio at sky tower was very stunning. Room are big and bathroom are also excellent. Very clean with a nice view. I like their complete vanity kit, complimentary coffee, tea, goodies and bottled water. Bed is very soft and comfortable. The cute small round chocolate cake, a little count of balloons, notes of birthday greetings from Solaire staff are also bring an appreciation to my children especially to the celebrant. Thank you for the effort. Swimming pool are beautiful and have a relaxing ambiance especially for the night swimming. Pool is not so cold but warm. The depth of a pool is kid-friendly for my teenage daughters. Restaurant and bar available at the poolside. The place is very nice for shopping too, so many luxury brand of Dior, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Bulgari, Fendi, YSL, Versace, Givenchy, Tiffany and co., Cartier, and among others. The restaurant is very world-class. There are so many choices of Japanese, Korean, American, Chinese and Filipino food buffet restaurant. There are also foodcourt for a budget person but the food still have classy and yummy. All are incredibly delicious. Their security measure is very protective and safe during stay in Solaire. Minor children is not allowed near the casino, when we accidentally walk nearby looking for a restaurant. The security told us that there’s another way going to restaurants than to casino area. Solaire is a great staycation that everything inside was fabulous. The amazing place is ideal for family, friends, couples and even for a solo. My teenage daughters want to come back again. From first-time hotel guest Dory Escano at Sky tower room 1113.

I’ve been to different hotels all over the world. I and my husband have never been treated the way they did. We booked thru Agoda, as always. We tried checking in at solaire at around 8:30pm. We were surprised, after the front desk checked our booking (with agoda booking confirmation), we were told by the receptionist/front desk(Aileen) that they can no longer accommodate us for 2 nights because they are fully booked. I cleared it out to her and asked if she meant that she wanted us to go home because no more available rooms for us. She said Yes twice(yes, Mam, yes mam) w/o any doubt and hesitation. I freaked out and said, it was a total B*lls**t. we have a 1 yr old baby with us. We have a reservation and it is fully paid. We were really tired expecting that our room is ready so we can rest after the long exhausting day, specially our 1 yr old toddler. I noticed a guy coming from the casino and other arriving guests. To my surprised, a guy from the casino just went at the other side of the front desk, checking in. They did not say “we are fully booked”, they accepted and processed the booking. We fully understood, their priority are the ones playing in the casino and foreigners. I feel like we’re being humiliated, indirectly. They didn’t offer any rooms or just mentioned they have bigger rooms as we are willing to pay for any additional fees. They are nothing compared to Conrad and Okada or in any nearby 5 star hotel in that area. The staff and even the manager in solaire were not properly trained. They blamed Agoda and explained that it was Agoda’s fault. After calling Agoda’s customer service, we learned from them that our booking is confirmed and how their system works. I’ve been using Agoda for years and earned VIP platinum over the years. They have a responsive and world class customer service. This was our first that a hotel would say they can no longer accommodate a guest bec they are fully booked and we did not make the reservation directly to them but with the agency (referring to Agoda). The manager (Mackey?), asked for my mobile number and I refused to give him. Why would they need my contact no.? They are not worth of my time. We left the hotel cursing them and told to my self we will never book to solaire ever again. To those considering this hotel, stay at Conrad or Okada, instead. Conrad is the best in that area with a world class treatment and approach to every guests.

Honestly, I have no idea why anyone would stay here over the Okada. When I checked in there were only 2 people in front of me, but somehow I ended up waiting 20 minutes despite there being over 6 agents at the front desk. I booked a non-smoking room, but of course the room and hallways reeked of cigarettes. As someone who has spent some time in casinos I am not exaggerating when I say that there was no functional difference between this room and a smoking room. I always try the spa facilities when I go to these types of places, and although the spa staff was kind and enthusiastic, it was pretty unremarkable. The food was average (ate at the Korean restaurant and breakfast buffet). The staff is friendly enough, but you can tell they aren't as polished or personable as the staff in the Okada. The final kicker was that Solaire was actually more expensive than Okada which is honestly laughable. Unless you're getting your room comped do yourself a favour and stay the the Okada.

We visited this hotel to dine at their buffet and shop at their high end stores which was truly impressive with a row of our favorite signature lines. Upon entering the hotel I was asked to remove my hat and glasses for the camera and allowed to wear my hat on. After dining and shopping at Dior for hours, I was stopped by a security personnel informing me I should turn my hat around to show my face. I asked him why am I being told to do this now and not informed of the rules when I entered. Then as I stood on the side figuring out whether to just leave or go back shopping at Louis Vuitton, I saw two Chinese men with their hats on who walked past the security personnel and he didn’t even stop them to inform them of this rule. I am a rule follower growing up in Singapore but what I don’t appreciate is being targeted and soloed out. This is unfair practice. We decided to leave instead of going back and buying the rest of the item we were buying at Louis Vuitton and Fendi.

Me & my hubby used to go to solaire casino just to play at slot machine. We never go to other nearby entertainment place. It's simply because of the very accommodating staff with special mention to one of your stunners ROSE ÀNNE. She is approachable to the players, responding at once to our request for drinks/food. Her performance is highly commendable.
