Detailed Reviews
We picked this hotel as it was was the closest hotel we can get newr airport and the phtos on their website was pretty good! But we we arrived we were very disappointed because the cabin that we booked near pool was disgusting, the cabin room had a terrible bed frame it wasnt level its broken!unpleasant smell, insects crawling!and the pool was dirty the yard was disgusting the wooden floor need fixing nails were out its dangerous for kids!was the worst accomodation weve ever seen!!beside our cabin was an empty room cabin with cats evrywhere and smells poo!so we did asked the receptionist if we could move to another room which is shes very helpful and agreed to move us in the building instead,it was clean room but the bed and the pillows were terrible not comfortable!Over all it was a very rundown hotel not worth the money we paid for!!!order foord at their kitchen my changed wasnt given after few hours when i called them and reminded!!the next one was my changed wasnt returned till we booked out!!then our sevice pick and drop off we were charged as well..that was the first hotel we encountered that we need to pay the pick up service lots of hotels in philippines and Australia they have free shuttle service.we couldnt walk as we have big luggage’s and toddlers.not worth the money we paid for !!!!

We arrived early and for an extra 600 pho we were able to check in. However the card machine was not working and so we had to walk back to the airport to use the ATM .We were handed two small bottles of drinking water. We booked a pool side villa. The pool was not clean and you couldn’t see the bottom. The surrounding area was filthy and the stench of something dead hung around. We learned it was rats left to die in the sewerage outlet. Nothing felt clean and so we unpacked as little as possible. There were no chairs to enable you to sit outside the villa. The TV was very poor, can’t class it as Cable ! No kettle, no mugs, cups or glasses. Worse was to come…we went to bed early as my husband was feeling unwell but got woken at 04.45am by four rats running around inside. My husband went to the bathroom and one ran out, there was one hiding behind a coffee table and the others were in and out of vents in the wall or the holes they had made. I complained and asked for a refund and also warned the young lady I would be reporting this but she shook her head and mumbled sorry. Agreed it is close to the airport but in our minds it’s not fit for human habitation!!

Not a really good place to start your time in the Philippines. Girl from behind the desk was not nice at all. Guy walked me to my room that was nice, put the airco on but i couldn’t get it off.. that was were the curtain was good for🙈 For today i picked a different place (girl in the “morning” was nice to me so :))

I arrived at Manila airport from Glasgow via Dubai and Singapore ,although you do go through some security checks it was easy enough. Got picked up outside by my brothers friend who took me to The Charter House hotel in Makati , arrived back at Manila airport three days later to fly to Boracay again the airport had some security to go through but I was on my way in no time . After five days in Boracay found myself back at Manila airport only to have the same ease as before then I spent five days in Makati and then back to Manila airport , this time to go home . So that was four times going through Manila airport and there was no problem at all .The young girl at the desk filled out out my passenger locator form on my phone for me very nice people the Philippines.

This hotel is located close to Nonoy International Airport. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are very clean. Hotel facilities are also excellent. The hotel is a complex with offices and restaurants. We can walk to the airport from the hotel.

Very friendly staff. Quick and easy check in service. The terminal we were in did not have many things or shops but time went quickly. Airport was very clean. Had a lovely meal also, very tasty and good before a 12 hour flight. Over all a good airport.

Deluxe double room, dirty and not comfortable, not worth the price (43€) but we had no other choice.
Hair in the bathroom, bed held together by wooden boards and greasy window glass.
Close to terminal 1 although we then had to take transport to get to terminal 4.

Very ordinary and old hotel. If you are in transit and just want a good night's sleep - stay elsewhere. The rooms have plywood ceilings so you hear people talking and babies crying - CLEARLY.
I booked in advance and when I arrived the incompetent staff had allocated my room to someone with a similar name. They wanted me to accept a room with single beds, even though I had paid for a double bed.
When I insisted on my booking the receptionist displayed a bitter, sour attitude.
Also, a week in advance, I ordered a shuttle pick up - never arrived, even after many texts.
AVOID this hotel - there are many closer to NAIA.
