Let me start by saying what a 5 ⭐️ service all through our stay. We arrived from the United Kingdom and were required to do a mandatory hotel quarantine upon our arrival to the Philippines. We chose to stay @ Kingsford Hotel and it was a brilliant decision. The hotel arranged an airport taxi for us and it was hardly a 10minute drive from the airport to the hotel, which was a plus since we need quick access to the airport for our domestic flight after quarantining. The check-in was swift. All through our time from getting in the taxi from the airport until we stepped in our rooms, we were met with kind, welcoming smiles and attitudes. A few of the staff that we interacted with were Sheila, front desk duty manager who was always willing to help and resolve any of our queries immediately and without hesitation, we also want to mention housekeeping staff Jomari who was very accommodating to our requests. Kudos to the GM Mr. Joe Fijardo and all the staff for finding ways and going out of their way to make their guests happy even in such difficult times. All Covid precautions were very well set, managed and were also guest friendly. There was a separate area within the hotel for swab testing. Also a shout out to the Chef for the yummy meals we were served 3 times a day. My family and I would definitely recommend Kingsford Hotel to not only quarantining passengers but also for leisure guests. Our room was beautiful, food was good, but it’s the 5 star service that made us feel at home and made our 10day stay (felt like a staycation instead of a quarantine) a memorable one.

First of all the hotel location of the hotel is nice and the view from Manila Bay. the ambiance is very comfy and pleasing to the eyes. I don't have access to the main lobby cuz its temporary for all the quarantine guest for check-in and out. and they also strictly practicing the New protocol for safety related to COVID-19 and the security has a good approach for you the reason for you to feel safe. Good Job!

Supervisor Sandra, Celema and Baste from Housekeeping provided a seamless service, the room was very cleaned, and the bed presentation is great and look comfy and the room smell is refreshing. kudos HK team.

Roy from pool area is very accommodating as well and very informative about the hotel.

we also enjoyed our lunch in Kingsford Cafe, Mau who provided a service to us from the start till we finished is marvelous. she created a warm welcome introduction and provided our orders. kudos to the kitchen Team who prepared our foods its perfectly done. and also Enzo who serve my Iced Coffee is also fantastic! Mau and Enzo Good Job!

Tom from Front desk who checking in to us is very welcoming and Jolie is accommodating as well provided a seamless check in and check out experience.

over all experienced was really fantastic. we glad to experience to Check In in Kingsford before we leave and go back to UK for work.

Kudos Kingsford Hotel Manila! we definitely go back again.

A great and satisfactory experienced. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing specially DHON for being productive and meets the costumers expectations in a timely manner he delivers what has been promised and makes an extra effort to keep costumers accurately informed. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly reccommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

We arrived here tonight after an extremely long day of travelling. We checked in just before 10pm (2 rooms) just to be informed that there are no more rooms with 2 beds even though this is what we booked online. Breakfast is not included even though this is not a cheap hotel considering others in the area.

We were then advised that they cannot accept “credit debit” cards as a deposit as their system actually charges a debit account and does not just “hold” your deposit so we were asked to head over to an ATM and withdraw cash only for the deposit. Too bad for anyone not travelling with a credit card.

Upon entering our room we noticed a hole where a fridge is meant to be and no kettle in the room.

After trying to call front desk, housekeeping and room service for almost half an hour, finally someone answered who said they will have someone check the room. Getting a kettle to the room was an absolute nightmare!!! There is still no update on why we have no fridge in the room and all you get from reception is “I’ll have someone come and check”. The maintenance man came in and asked me to use the FAUCET to make a coffee!!!

I got so tired of waiting for a kettle to make a hot cuppa that I called room service as we have an IN ROOM MENU that states 10PM-6AM daily. After yet another 15 minutes trying to get a hold of room service or front desk, we were advised that room service closes at 10PM and this in house menu that is advertised in our our room and very clearly displayed in print is “not open for processing yet”.

We have not spent 1 night in this hotel yet and I am already looking for other places to stay due to the terrible service here. We also have a blue flashing light in the room where the smoke alarm looks to need batteries. TV remote also does not work and there is no hot water. Just cool water.

I would like to commend the check in and even check out process and the responsiveness of the receptionist/s (Ms. Joli and Mr. Nolan) they were very accomodating and friendly and they even granted immediately our request to transfer to a room with a virw of the pool and facing okada during our first stay (01/23/2023) and thay also gave me the same view the last time (02/09/2023) we checked in. I would like also to commend the room service for being responsive to our request and the staff at the pool and at the sauna and steam bath they were friendly and accomodating. The sauna and steam bath is superb. What I would like to suggest is, if possible to put a water dispenser near the wet room and if possible to replace the shower curtain in the room with a glass enclosure.
Overall, our stay in kingsford was superb and relaxing. Thank you and God Bless us all!

I stayed at their suite room for 2 nights. The room is clean and spacious, the interior is also impressive and the amenities are excellent -they have more than what is needed (i.e. shaving kit, which other hotels don't have).

However, my concern throughout my stay are the following:

1. The shower drain; it flooded the entire bathroom because it's taking a while to suck the water.

2. The breakfast spread; it's so LIMITED, there are very few selection, and there is no variety. I always stay at hotels because of work and they need some serious improvement in this area, because compared to other hotels, they're really far behind.

3. The staffs; frontdesk, f&b, housekeeping, most of them are impolite and unapproachable.
• Housekeeping staffs will just pass through the halls and would not bother to greet guests.
• F&B staffs are unattentive to guest needs. Also, they need to undergo training programs because I don't think they know what they're doing. I had my dinner at their restaurant once and there are no table napkins on the table, my main course was also served first and my salad arrived last. 😅
• Frontdesk staffs are frowning and are unapproachable.

But, I would like to commend ✨Hannah✨ from Housekeeping. I was able to communicate with her only through phone calls and she was really pleasant and was able to provide my requests in a timely manner.

I'm very observant and I'm very particular with the hotels I'm staying in, thus, I give thorough reviews for improvement. I hope this helps.

Currently on quarantine in this hotel,

Food = 5/10, free meal was like small kid is eating, 2 small slice of meat or 1 small slice of fish fillet and a little bunch of rice,
So you need to request another meal that cost 175pesos also same on water. Food taste good but very few,

Bathroom = 1stday smell like $hit, floor very dirty,
I don't know if the clean it before we arrived.

Service = yeah we are not same to other costumers that have money but we are still a guest just serve as with passion on your job.
Yeah we are OFW but please serve as like other normal guest.
We also don't like to be on quarantine but this is the protocol.

Linen = bed linen, towels are very good as in new.
Wifi = very good fast you have own router under the vanity desk.

I arrived in kingsford hotel last 6th of April 2022. When i entered the lobby the secutrity personnel in charge was so accomodating and very kind by assisting me on my baggages and directing me to the front reception. This is when i met Ms. Aira catangay whos in charge at that moment. She walk me thru the process of checking inn. Shes been very hospitable and very nice while shes givinh me all thw info that i need. Kudos to you Ms. Catangay. I went to my room with full of excitement as i noticed that the ambiance of thw lobby and the surroundings met all my expectations. Not to mention the room that ms catangay gave me, she actually gave me privilage of choosing the room and everything that comes with it. Again thank you.
To summarize the overall and personal overview of kibgsford, this hotel deserves its stars not to mention the service and the amenities. I will mostlikely be back in here and will be promoting to my friends baxk in australia.

1st of all I would like to thanks to Felix from F.O., Raffy from H.K., Tere, Enzo, Mike, & Jana from Room service. because of them I enjoy my stay at the hotel even more because I feel that they really prioritize my request and they are very hard working at work. their meals are really delicious, if I'll rate the meals in 1-10 I'll choose 11. The Quality of this hotel is subfar considering the price of other hotels we stayed in the same price range includes, Tryp hotel, novotel, joy~nostalg, summit hotel provide much better quality rooms and amenities.

Breakfast and dinner was very dissapointing, selections was very limited, service in dining area are not good but front desk and room service was great.

Their rooms is small they cant even fit a closet, they still use shower curtains, they do not have the regular items such as bath robes, they only give 1 bath towel you have request for an additional, laundry bag has to be requested, their lobby has a waiting area that looks like you will line up to get an official documents,

It's unfortunate because they have such a good location but the quality of the hotel doesn't match. But knowing other Megaworld hotels and other developments its not surprising.
