The hotel looks new. But rooms are kinda tight and facilities are very spartan. 8 Bring lots of cash and bring your "home" when you check in here. You can't charge your food to your room. Everything is paid on cash basis. The hotel don't even have enough towels, sheets and pillow cases. Rooms are only given 1 card key, so ask for another 1 if you have a companion with a diff itinerary. Supposedly with wifi in all areas but it's too slow. We got 3 rooms, and all ref were not working. So we had to call engineering. It turned all refs are not plugged and no one bothered to turn it on when were led to the room. With indoor pool but no one is there to take your orders and no onstandby lifeguard, considering that the hotel was fully booked at that time due to long weekend. We also didn't see any phone there to communicate our needs or to ask help during emergency. We had to use our mobile phones to call their trunk line to order food and drinks. Moreso, if you ask for towel for swimming, they will charge you P200. Supposed, each room should have 2 bottled water per day. Here, only the 1st set of water is provided. You have to pay for your water for the next succeeding days. Hotel is also undermanned. The people in reception are also the phone operator, concierge, bell boy and check in personnel. Most of the staff were courteous, but they all seem to be running like headless kitchen. Looks like no one is supervising them. The guys who helped get our luggage from the car was not in proper uniform. 1 foot in black shoes, 1 foot in slippers, with folded trousers. During check out, the hotel was insisting that we kept 1 towel with us, even if left everything in the room. Since we were in a hurry and to avoid inconvenience, my brother just offered to pay for it, but we were stunned when we were told that the cost of an old white towel, not even customized, is P1,000! So make sure to stay behind while they are checking out your rooms- inconvenient though. The hotel's location is good. But it's not being managed well, and the upselling has already gone overboard.…
