Hotel looks tight. Small lobby. Only one elevator working. Room also kind of small. Tv fairly sized with local cable channels. Bed comfort just fine. AC automatically changes temperature I can’t explain how. While it provide 2 small bottles of water , it has no coffee and tea pouches. The mini refrigerator was unplugged. Bathroom has good water pressure and temperature control .
Swimming pool in the 6th floor was unmanned.
Room service is like giving delivering food in take away format. It doesn’t accept room charging so better be ready paying in cash.
Breakfast buffet where you have the option of it being included in the rate, is modest and decent. Noticed however some flies roaming around the dessert section.
Location is an asset. Nearby 24-7 convenience stores , it is walking distance to certain malls . Clearly for those on a budget but wanted a decent feel , this hotel has to be it. Noticed that it seems to cater to Chinese tourists. Nice stay for the price I paid.

The hotel looks new. But rooms are kinda tight and facilities are very spartan.

Bring lots of cash and bring your "home" when you check in here. You can't charge
your food to your room. Everything is paid on cash basis. The hotel don't even have enough towels, sheets and pillow cases.

Rooms are only given 1 card key, so ask for another 1 if you have a companion with a diff itinerary.

Supposedly with wifi in all areas but it's too slow.

We got 3 rooms, and all ref were not working. So we had to call engineering. It turned all refs are not plugged and no one bothered to turn it on when were led to the room.

With indoor pool but no one is there to take your orders and no onstandby lifeguard, considering that the hotel was fully booked at that time due to long weekend.

We also didn't see any phone there to communicate our needs or to ask help during emergency. We had to use our mobile phones to call their trunk line to order food and drinks. Moreso, if you ask for towel for swimming, they will charge you P200.

Supposed, each room should have 2 bottled water per day. Here, only the 1st set of water is provided. You have to pay for your water for the next succeeding days.

Hotel is also undermanned. The people in reception are also the phone operator, concierge, bell boy and check in personnel.

Most of the staff were courteous, but they all seem to be running like headless kitchen. Looks like no one is supervising them. The guys who helped get our luggage from the car was not in proper uniform. 1 foot in black shoes, 1 foot in slippers, with folded trousers.

During check out, the hotel was insisting that we kept 1 towel with us, even if left everything in the room. Since we were in a hurry and to avoid inconvenience, my brother just offered to pay for it, but we were stunned when we were told that the cost of an old white towel, not even customized, is P1,000! So make sure to stay behind while they are checking out your rooms- inconvenient though.

The hotel's location is good. But it's not being managed well, and the upselling has already gone overboard.

No fuss hotel, very clean hotel, very convenient, there is a restaurant in the lobby, there are 2 - 24/7 convenient stores in the vicinity. It is near the airport, Ayala Manila Bay Mall, Ikea, MOA, SMX, etc. The rooms are spacious.

Be careful sa room policies Nila !!! Always check if may damages before gamitin Ang mga Linens!! Very old na ng mga bed sheets ,pillow cases and blankets to the point na parang tissue that can rip off easily . They charge 700/ one pillow cases cause may punit daw and according sa hotel policy is we have to pay sa damages !!! I booked a room with 2 beds kasi no choice na sa room
Option so I didn't use the other bed and I am sure that hndi nagamit yung kabilang bed with broken Pillow case . From 700 they gave a discount to 500 nlang daw and since I am very tired to argue I accept it but I told them I need to get the broken pillow case .I thought ok na ako but pag bigay ng pillow case bumalik ulit yung inis ko super super super old na ng pillow case to the point na mapupunit tlaga sya kahit d mo hilahin.I showed it to the front desk na nag assist sa akin and I told them call the manager and finally dinispute Ang 500 because they saw na I am not lying and super luma na tlaga ng mga tela!! SHAME!!!! It's not about the money but don't put the blame sa guest if at the first place poor nmm ng quality ng mga gamit sa hotel!! hotel location perfect !!Pero grabeh Ang experience sa lumang pillow case 🤮🤮Kadiri to be honest!!!

From the moment we walked in Charlene S was a superstar. She was very courteous and addressed all of our concerns in a timely manner. All the other staff should learn hospitality from Charlene. She truly is an asset for the hotel. Very happy to be staying here!
