Stayed here several years ago. Particularly liked the garden and to be able to sit on the patio by the garden. Casa Joaquin hasn't changed since my last visit. It still offers excellent and friendly service. The breakfast served on the patio was really good. Rooms are good size with attached bathroom. However they haven't been updated for many years. Defiantly a 1970-80s look. Sharon and Florida looked after us well and arranged transport to and from the airport. Wi Fi weak away from front desk area. Good value for money.

It was a joy to stay at Casa Joaquin. Ate Sharron is so kind and all the ates make sure that you are always taken care of to their utmost best. The rooms are clean and spacious. And the BnB is located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood that has security and no traffic. It was lovely to stay here.

The Ate's here are amazing. They go out of there way to serve and host you. We had a day where we had to leave at 4:30am! And we told them not to do breakfast for us because of the early departure. Ate Sharon woke up and made us a small breakfast anyway. They are some of the nicest people I have met.

In relation to work in Paranaque, Manila, I stayed at Casa Joaquin a few times. It is by far the best place I have stayed in Manila. Ate Sharon and ate Daisy are really sweet and accommodating making it a place, where you can relax and feel at home, while escaping the hassle of Manila.

The place is so beautiful and quiet. You can see it is well maintained. The room is clean as well as the CR (I'm really particular on this). It's something you'll look forward to especially here in the metro where everyone seems to be in a hurry. If you want a quick getaway without spending too much on your fare, I highly recommend this place. Let me add, they also have an excellent customer service. Their receptionist waited for us and made sure we won't be lost on our way to their place she even volunteered to prepare our dinner since we arrived there at around 9pm already.

This wonderful little guest house is only about 30 minutes from the airport, (traffic permitting). Very nice rooms, and attentive staff, so helpful. The taxi pick up form the airport was as smooth as silk, so a big thank you to Albert. Will definitely stay there again.

This is definitely one of my favorite places in manila. The staff are very friendly and patient, flexible to accommodate me whatever time i arrive. Breakfast is prepared in a very homey fashion, no frills but made with simplicity and sincerity. The place is located in a residential area, so its relatively quiet, except for the sound of the planes that take off from the airport. Rooms are clean and beddings are crisp and white. I come back to this hotel often. Highly recommended.

The pick-up service worked very well, even though I arrived in the middle of the night. The rooms of the B&B are large with nice air-condition, including a bathroom ensuite with a hot, strong shower. Sharon took care of everything while I visited, no matter what extra wishes I had. I also enjoyed a very nice dinner at the B&B before I left (order it a couple of days ahead). I didn't have any PHP, but paying with VISA was not a problem at all. There is a shopping mall close to the place. I would definitely stay again.
