Detailed Reviews
Near shops and market, about 2 minutes walk. Location is hard to locate by taxi drivers; even with usage of GPS. These were the most complaints from other tourists I met at the reception. Friendly staff; they were helpful in booking transport. For the price I would expect a basic necessity such as kettle.

L ' hôtel est sale, il n y a pas d eau chaude . Le coin est très bruyant et odeur nauséabonde. Présence de cafards. La réception ferme contrairement à ce qui est mentionné sur les sites de réservation

the only good thing about this place is the room.. however the aircon is practically on the floor..you freeze to death if you sleep with it on coz its right near the bed.. the location is the worst.. you cannot get anywhere by walking. and the construction on the road is at a standstill all the time. not only that, my room was 814 and the basketball courts are right outside my window.. constant noise.. and screaming loud videoke all day and half the night all weekend.. when the videoke is not playing, the kids are screaming on the basketball courts.. i guess this building allows dogs coz there was a dog barking all the time downstairs.. maybe the other side of the building is quieter, but i will not stay at this place again if they paid me to.

We stayed here as we had a flight to Tokyo the following day. The staff were really helpful and gave us takeaway menus which we could order to the room. It’s close to the airport but check which terminal as it’s closest to terminal 1 and the traffic can be really bad getting to the airport. The surrounding area looked a bit ropey but that’s expected when staying in Manila. There’s a few shops a 5-10 minute walk away. Perfect for an overnight stay and the staff are great! Just check how far it is away from your terminal and beware of the traffic!
