I would first and foremost love to begin by saying that the staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. This review is not in regards to the staff whatsoever, they did an amazing job. However, my family had booked an AirBnB apartment within this Azure complex. Apparently, the rooms did not match the pictures that were provided on the AirBnB booking site. It was misleading since we were supposed to be provided bedding for at least seven people. We were provided bedding for only six, two full beds and a twin which was not as advertised. We were then offered another room which was to make more space for our eight-person party. The apartment that we were offered needed to be quickly cleaned. This procedure took about 20 minutes. When arrived, there were what looked like either coffee or pee drips in the bathroom sink, mostly-used dish paste, unwashed bedding, and only one working AC unit located in the bedroom that provided minimal comfort. We were not provided with any soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, or towels. It truthfully seemed like someone had rapidly fled the room before our arrival. On top of all of the above, the residence’s location is in no way ideal. It is in the heart of major traffic jams, fires, and litter. The residence’s rules are also oddly strict considering my family and I experienced below the bare minimum in regards to integrity of the rooms. Thank you, staff for your hospitality. Homey and relaxing, extra safe. Took a long stay since I have a project in manila and I can say this is one of the best place to stay, easy access to Makati and MOA where most of my meetings are, quick exit to skyway and slex too, SM bicutan and public market just few 200meters walk. Best is I can cook

Run, do not stay here. Your movement is restricted and most importantly, visitors/ family and friends are not permitted in the apartment/unit. Passports are requested upon check in AND confiscated. Don’t let the Paris Hilton smile fool you. This is a gestapo apartment unit.

Considering that after a month of travel we had nothing but the best hospitality and service throughout the Philippines this place was a surprise to us. The address given by booking.com was false and it lead me to a military base/housing (not sure). The address read as 13 West Point road whereas I believe it is KM 13 West Point road. I have no clue but ended up finding it after a long and costly taxi ride a 3 am. Once I finally reached the destination the staff was extremely rude and not helpful. I could possibly give them a pass as they were sleeping behind the front desk since it was the middle of the night however the same disrespectful service was given the second day and I am an outgoing polite and joly person. I was also given an access card that was cracked and when I returned it I was charged 500 pesos because it was damaged. The crack had gotten a bit larger and they refused to acknowledge that I was given a damaged card to start with. Overall it was mind blowing how horrible the overall experience was and please do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.…

Awful, people eating around the pool and snack bags floating about wtf and I am not talking about kids. Also lap pool only for unit owners which is clear up front so if you want to swim and not just splash about then you can pretty much forget it

Regardless of nice apartment and pool area the check in and check out procedure combined with overacting security staff the only answer for us is "Never again". It takes more than one hour to check in due to a ridiculous unefficient system with useless staff, nearly the same time to check out. The buildings are nice and well maintained, the pool area (also protected by a extensive check in procedure) is breathtaking. This will not balance the really bad experience with the staff there

JP from the Maui building is an absolute tool. Very rude and unhelpful. The staff at the siglo suites were much more knowledgeable but this was the worst experience I have had in the Philippines. Nobody has bothered to help us at all. Do not try and stay here, it appears to be beautiful but it’s very misleading.

We had a great time in this place... We surprised my sister with a bridal shower. Our cousins and I didn't know how to bring her in Azure without her knowing about the surprise so I brought our whole family. We rented 5 units. Each unit differs as they have different owners. 5 units situated in 4 different floors, quite difficult to reach the others but became helpful for the surprise. All is well maintained and clean. Wish we had more energy to enjoy the beautiful wave pool. To summarize, we had a great time in Azure. Thank you.

We booked thru Booking.com ahead of time. We got there and met with this lady which asked us to pay For the room even thou we paid already online. I checked online and saw that the payment did not go thru yet so i figured its ok to pay her. She took the money(cash all i had) and when i asked for receipt she said two min she will get me. Never came back never answered the phone cold showers. The next day i found out i was charged double for the room. Tried to call her many time but she is gone!!! Bad business and a bad way to start the vacation.

The look of the building was supper but no room service no breakfast its far from the city no restaurants near by only 24/7 shop is their in the building. The pools are not working when we travel. If you don't have a car don't chose this place bcoz u have to pay a lot for travel. One restaurants is their at the corner its very expensive and don't have selection of food. We have been shifted two times due to water problem and clash booking. We are not able to see the host and she/he woun't reply ur msges / not even provide their phone number. The number given in Airbnb is fake and not connecting. We are totally unhappy with this property. I personally recommend every one to don't take this property.
