The site: Well kept grounds but with many of the amenities available, guest are restricted to only two persons, per suite at the 2 of the four man made beaches available. Gym is not for guest use. There are two laundry facilities available on the sub-level which is accessible from the outside. Prices are very cheap. There are convenience stores on site including a small 7-11. You must surrender a photo ID before checking in and pick up at the end of your stay. The visitor card must be carried around to gain access to the grounds and your building. There are security at the grounds entrance and building. In the Maui building, there are only two elevators working out of the three. Staff seem to be okay. ***Site under a flight path of the International Airport***

Suite: (17th floor) Small 2 bedroom suite. Bathroom facilities were adequate and small but it does work well. Flooring was poorly laid down. Walls needed painting. There were ants and tiny cockroaches in the suite. Lots of ants though. Had to constantly kill them and don't leave food on the counter. My room had a gecko running free in the room. Air Conditioning worked very well and balcony was nice. Suite was fully furnished with TV in the living room. Garbage removal was in a tiny room by the elevators.

Around the area, right next door to the freeway but not too noisy. 10-15 min walk to SM Mall Bicutan. Tricky walking to the nearby street for other stores. Not much else.
Near Jeepney stop.

Overall: It's okay but I will seek other places to stay next time. Gotta get rid of the bugs. Suites are privately owned and needs better maintenance. Lots of rules to the place, please read them! Most of the amenities aren't for guests.

Arrived at the resort on Friday 24th Feb, we had booked a 2 room apartment within one of the several accommodation blocks.
The check in seemed to be painless but parking our vehicle turned out to be a hassle. We had to drive around the resort many times before finding a parking space. Then found out we would have to pay 700 pesos just to park for 2 nights! Not ideal.
Our room was on the 17th floor and we had an excellent view of Manila Bay and the highway below. The apartment seemed clean and tidy and was plenty big enough for the 6 of us. We discovered very quickly that the wifi and tv didn’t work and also the cooker was broken. Not ideal with 2 teenagers in the party!
We all went down to the pool in the afternoon, it was fantastic , the wave machine was superb. Only downside there was not nearly enough sun beds or chairs at the “ beach”. The pool bar was good value for money and the food very good.
In the evening we tried the Paris Club, food was very good and plentiful.
On the Saturday we used the pool again first thing in the morning then spent the afternoon at the SM mall beside the resort. Many food places which was good. The evening was spent again in Paris. Great opportunities to take holiday pictures.
Departing on the Sunday was effortless. Would I recommend the resort? Yes I would but 2 nights is ample time enough.

It has a beautiful place both interior and exterior(beach), but it is overcrowded. I won't suggest to buy any condo-residence in this place. I wonder why the owners open there place, the exclusivity was ruined. In overall, it was okay nothing spectacular.

Don't forget to visit the roof deck.

Did not refund the security deposit after check out. Has had no communication since, emails and phone numbers have bounced and stop working. Paid a relatively large percentage for the security deposit based on the room rate ahead of checking in at the 7-11 via a QR code. Left the room in perfect shape upon checkout and provided all the necessary paper work to have the refund processed. The whole process it general was very convoluted in booking checking in and checking out.

Our staycation was really good. Rooms were really well maintained. Staffs especially the beautiful receptionist is really attentive. Unfortunately it was raining heavy during our stay so the kids didn't have the time to enjoy the pool, instead we just had a family time by watching downloaded movies in the console that was included in the accomodation package, so it really saved our family time together. Parking space is really accessible and vicinity is really safe and secured. Thanks Cara and Karl for sharing the wonderful experience in your place.

Overall experience is great. Highly recommended and will definitely come back!

Booked a unit for 1 1\2 nights stay in the miami building of this azure group in paranaque manila. Was told to bring photo id for all guests to stay. Ok no problem were travelling so have passports. On entry show passports. Told in order to obtain visitors passes for property they will hold all id documents until you give passes back. Yes thats correct they take 5 passports as security to get passes to enter the property so i can get to the unit. For me it is unacceptable for property managers(complete strangers ) from my perspective to take passports from travellers. Take photo copies but not original passports. Fellow travellers be warned ....

This really is a paradise weekend - if you like standing in line, trash, noise, screaming kids, 10 people in a room meant for 2 or 4, etc etc. Unfortunately this "luxury" condo has become overcrowded with short-staycation users. Don't expect to be able to use the pool unless you like to swim standing up.......
Difficult believe that this activity is properly licensed and legal.....

When it comes to place, if you're a type of person you want to relax this is not for you... Yeah maganda yung landscape ng pool for selfie selfie and for instagram only pero before ka makapagswimming you need to fall in line for the registration.. Worst experienced ever, soooobrang haba ng pila.. We started 6:45am then 8:40am na kami nakapag register (maybe because peak season? Hope so), makati yung wave pool and madumi yung beach pool nila... mas better pa sana matulog na lang sa room but unfortuntely our room (room1204-St.Tropez a.k.a Francia Room) is disappointing also (swertihan lang din siguro sa room) magaspang ung bed and sobrang nipis ng pillows and ung cabinet nakalocked di pinagamit samin kaya nagkalat ung mga gamit namin, incomplete kitchen utensils as they promised kaya namili pa kami sa labas ng mga kulang.. This place is pang aura lang di ako nag enjoy at narelax, sobrang hindi namin na enjoy yung pool... Well charged to experienced...

Booked a room @ Siglo that states it's for 4 people only to find out after checking in that it only has 1 bed. They also wanted additional P1,340 for cleaning fee and tax. The wave pool is used by visitors from all the surrounding buildings and also daytours. I did not enjoy the pool at all it was way too packed.
