Go Hotels Manila Airport Road has received a mixed bag of feedback from guests. Many appreciate its proximity to the airport and nearby conveniences, and some guests commend the friendly staff and well-maintained rooms. However, there are consistent concerns about the hotel's service, which some find slow and unreliable, and its atmosphere, which has been suggested to need significant improvements.

Detailed Reviews
Our room needed more cleaning and the water from the shower was overflowing and flooding the floor outside the shower cubicle. We reported this but nothing was really done. On a good note, the hotel is near the Airport terminals which makes it convenient to catch flights.

The hotel is nice, closed to NAIA, staffs are friendly, helpful and responsive. They checked me in to the room which has a dirty linen, and when i called the Reception, they send someone immediately to replaced it.
Hotel is being used as a quarantine hotel and they’re also accepting non-quarantine guests. No restaurant inside, therefore, you better eat outside of the hotel and buy something to take it with you. They also offered delivery foods which you have to download the apps.
The only downside is they charged you 100P if you lost your key card, also in the bathroom when taking a shower the water is coming out of the shower door which ends up flooding inside of your room.
This is my 2nd time to stay here and i do recommended it if you are looking for a very affordable accommodation to stay at especially when you have an early flight.

Value for money, convenient location, near park and fly and airport, parking is not free though. Near 7/11 and jolibee. Hope the cafe/diner operate back. Secured rooms limit visitors , elevators accessible only by guests through room key

Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed with. Room is dirty, water is leaking from the bathroom even though the door was close and no hair conditioner. We asked someone to check the aircon coz it’s not cooling well and it’s on the maximum temperature already but the guy who checked it said that it wasn’t set up well. We waited for almost 45 minutes but the temperature was still the same. Before we leave, 1 room attendant was on the corridor so we asked him to check the aircon again, mop the floor coz it’s wet due to water leak from the bathroom and for him to provide us bathmat. When we came back, there were shoe marks on the floor and no bathmat. We didn’t call someone to clean it coz we’re tired from a 9 hrs flight and 2 hrs travel within manila area to process some documents.
We checked in at around 11am, the receptionist was not that welcoming. She informed me about the early check-in charge of 650pesos which i understand is their policy, i asked for discount amount because we’re going to check-out at 12mn. I worked in hotel as receptionist as well specifically in One of Marriott brand and i know that we can be flexible on that matter. But i don’t want to argue so i paid for that amount which i find unworthy because of the attitude of the staffs and the room set up during my stay. After check-in, no one assisted with our bags. It was 2 trolleys and 4 hand carry bags. When we checked out, again no one assisted us with our bags. The receptionist and security just looked at us while we’re having a hard time carrying how many pieces of luggages. I chose this hotel coz it’s nearby the Airport and the pictures in agoda website is good coz it looks clean. As what the saying goes “Looks can be deceiving”.
The staffs are not into their guest’s satisfaction. They’re not flexible at all. I don’t recommend this hotel. It will just ruin your mood same what happened to us. The amount that We paid compare to the service that we received is unworthy.

I have stayed in Go Hotels before for work. It's okay just to have a bed to sleep in at night with air conditioner and hot water.
This time I have to stay for 10 days because of the mandatory quarantine upon returning from my trip. Yes it is a budget hotel but I don't think it's worth it. Room smells old and filthy. Water is leaking from the shower, floor is dirty, window is dirty too. The only thing provided is a small bar of soap and tiny bottle of shampoo. No kettle for coffee, you literally have to ask for everything. Bath towel is old and rough. You can hear the TV and other guests chatting from another room.
Only good thing about it is that the staff are nice.
If you need to stay for a couple of nights better pay a little bit more for a much decent hotel.

Average room size just for overnight stay. The surroundings are noisy. We can hear the traffic noise we'll into the night. It's maybe the walls and windows are not insulated or double glazed. We could hear the next room guest noise and their bitter arguments. The hotel is close to the airport and the Bus Terminal which is why we chose this hotel. Prepare yourselves to use paper cups for the drink dispenser outside you room and don't lock yourself self out when you get some. Ear plugs recommended.

I booked the hotel using FB Messeger only. Location is 20 mins away from Terminal 3, staff were accomodating even the security personel. Dont expect too much since the room is below Php 2k. Sink in the toilet is clogged and did not report them since i will be staying for hours only. Overall, if you are looking for a budget hotel, this is the place to go.

The room was not clean and the window couldn’t close so all the street noise kept me awake for the 5 hrs I had to sleep before my flight out of Manila. I called the reception and told them the window didn’t close and highlighted the street noise and cleanliness issues and the reaction was to send someone up…. To do what? Replace the window frames? Do a deep clean at 11pm when I arrived?
Not only was I not offered a refund but the staff behaved proudly of how they managed to do less than the minimum. This was a stopover stay at a hotel close to the airport, I would have been better off sleeping at the airport with my briefcase as a pillow.
Don’t stay here, for goodness sake.

You've very strong shower, the blanket is very warm, aircon is just enough, very accessible to vehicles, shopping malls and airport just 10mins. The cost per night is very affordable, I've no regrets staying with your hotel, the staff is very accommodating, I'll definitely return and stay in the same area.
My only negative comments is the door oftentimes very hard to open somewhat to be repaired, I had a hard time opening due to card malfunctioning or the battery of the automatic lock was low batt. Nevertheless, the staff came over at once to fixed the issue. All in all, very good pa rin.

Pros:
Near the airport
Frontdesk staff are accommodating
Extended 1hour checkout free but we only used 30mins
Internet is good but the checking terms is confusing
Good airconditioning
With bidet
Cons:
Cockroaches welcomed us in our bedside table
Parking in front requires 105pesos fee since our van won’t fit in their parking
No breakfast included
Elevator looks old and dirty
No slippers, the floor is dusty
Not much shampoo and soap, tissue is limited.
No toothbrush and toothpaste
No free water
Toilet is separate from shower area, i usually poop before taking a bath.
Shower water took time to warm
No miniref
The comforter, bedsheet and pillow case seems not new, there were stain on it so i put my shawl to cover the top to sleep.
Aircon has water leak
No security guards
Overall: It’s just good for a night if you are on budget if you are not sensitive and choosy. But I’d rather go to other motor hotel than this. It lack maintenance.

Go hotel is about 8 minute ride from airport clean hotel reasonable great staff. No iron hairdryer ,coffee pot
But quick ride to anywhere by grab staff very helpful access to everything I recommend
The only email address I have for this hotel is: confirmation@gohotels.ph but I am guessing it might be a general email
Hi, jobertvc, please be informed that we do not have a fixed rate. You may call us at (02) 8188080 to directly speak to the branch you wish to stay in! :)
Rates vary I would Pre pay with a note about late airport arrival. They are pretty good about that...
I've been to a few Go Hotels. Check in starts at 2pm (sometimes they let you check in an hour earlier), and check out is at 11am, but you can check out at 2pm if you pay a fee which is about 500 pesos I believe. I don't think they allow check out at 4pm, you will have to call the hotel directly for such info.
