I had to book 6 nights quarantine. - Hotel allows deliveries without any hassles, unlike other hotels such as red planet...staff quickly bring items to the room. - There is a 7/11 closeby and staff can get items if needed. - Reservations staff emailed answers to questions such as ‘does each room have a window that opens’ quickly and clearly. - Bed is clean and comfortable, there were a couple of small rips in the duvet cover, however this is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. - Overall cleanliness was good - Staff particularly at front desk were very helpful concerning liasing with PADLAB for the swab results. - Aircon was responsive and cool, no issues in room 524 - Price was set at 1900 php a night approx due to pandemic so no gouging. - Rooms slightly worn in places so a maintenance program to refresh will keep the hotel on top. Staffs are so accommodating and immediately respond to my enquiries and request. Thanks to Ms. Grace and Sir Melvin for the kind assistance during my reservation and rebooking. Hotel facilities are good, and price is so affordable. Happy customer here, it's highly recommended.
Upon entering the room do not expect that hotel feel which is fresh and cozy, My bed got Torn bed sheet ,tv remote control not working , no chair for working table , can hear tv sounds from the other room , no kettle for hot water. bottled water, towels, shampoo and soap were provided. Internet is at low speed.
Pros: - Decent hotel, good option for short stay. - Provides shuttle bus to the airport. - Staffs are very polite and helpful. Cons/needs improvement: - Shower didn’t have heater. I had to take a bath in icy cold water early in the morning. - The ac’s remote control isn’t working. I needed to call f.o to have it fixed. - Ugly towels. It looks too old, i have mistaken it for a floor rug. - Basic amenities are not provided such as slippers, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. - No kettle provided. If you want to drink coffee or tea, there is a small cafe at the lobby that sells it. * My room upon entering smelled of cigarette, I was confused because it is supposedly non smoking room. I just had lysol with me so I kinda fixed it.
Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed with. Room is dirty, water is leaking from the bathroom even though the door was close and no hair conditioner. We asked someone to check the aircon coz it’s not cooling well and it’s on the maximum temperature already but the guy who checked it said that it wasn’t set up well. We waited for almost 45 minutes but the temperature was still the same. Before we leave, 1 room attendant was on the corridor so we asked him to check the aircon again, mop the floor coz it’s wet due to water leak from the bathroom and for him to provide us bathmat. When we came back, there were shoe marks on the floor and no bathmat. We didn’t call someone to clean it coz we’re tired from a 9 hrs flight and 2 hrs travel within manila area to process some documents. We checked in at around 11am, the receptionist was not that welcoming. She informed me about the early check-in charge of 650pesos which i understand is their policy, i asked for discount amount because we’re going to check-out at 12mn. I worked in hotel as receptionist as well specifically in One of Marriott brand and i know that we can be flexible on that matter. But i don’t want to argue so i paid for that amount which i find unworthy because of the attitude of the staffs and the room set up during my stay. After check-in, no one assisted with our bags. It was 2 trolleys and 4 hand carry bags. When we checked out, again no one assisted us with our bags. The receptionist and security just looked at us while we’re having a hard time carrying how many pieces of luggages. I chose this hotel coz it’s nearby the Airport and the pictures in agoda website is good coz it looks clean. As what the saying goes “Looks can be deceiving”. The staffs are not into their guest’s satisfaction. They’re not flexible at all. I don’t recommend this hotel. It will just ruin your mood same what happened to us.
