This is the worst hotel that i ever been, The hotel that doesn’t protect the privacy of the guest. I’m sleeping at 1am in the morning and the bell boy along side with someone opened the first door and forcing to open the second door by trying to remove the hook. Then when i asked why his opening the door hence he blame me for not locking the second door. The hell that reason, why do i have to locked and secure myself if i know that i paid for my room and expecting the security. That’s too alarming, but when i talked to the person In charge it doesn’t look that new for them. I tried also to address to the management and send to their email but no response seems that they used to have this complaint. I don’t believe that i paid 1.9k for the non privacy hotel. Just to warn for the future guest, NEVER COME HERE! AVOID THIS HOTEL ON YOUR STAYCATION LIST.…
This place has one thing going for it. Definitely inexpensive. It does most of its business in renting by the hour and is not great for those looking at staying long term. The Bad: They dont give out keys and no card lock systems. The doors lock from the inside but the only way to secure your room when you leave is to ask a staff member to lock it and open it again upon your return. There are alot of staff around and they do seem to be aware of who belongs where. No hot water. They say "warm water only". Warm is being generous. Maybe 80F°/27C° at best. Shower head had major leak, reported, no effort to fix so it sprayed water everywhere. No extra towels to serve as a bath mat making exiting the high sided tub a dicey process. Phone in room stopped working. Notified staff. Was still dead 4 days later. Wifi seems to reset/disconnect every couple hours forcing you to log back in regularly. Housekeeping only if you ask. No real attempt otherwise. The good: Inexpensive Clean Staff generally very polite and helpful. Room service food was far better than expected Tub large enough for two, as long as you don't mind your body heat being the primary source of heat. So if you need a place for a little fling, probably fine. Looking for amenities and security... Stay far far away.…
Had a fun stay alone with one of the cozy and affordable hotel near my area to have a quite and relaxing Me Time. Staff are friendly and just one call ahead they are attentive to all what you need from toiletries to foodie
This is a scam hotel, they don’t provide key for your room and when you ask for a key they will say room key is lost. When you went out to buy things they will steal your shoe and washing conditioner.
I stayed here for three days to attend a seminar. The place was cozy, my room was spacious, housekeepers and all of the employees of the hotel were very accommodating and smiling all the time. I've enjoyed their buffet breakfast because of too many choices. Their food was great! I must say, they have a good chef. This is a highly recommended hotel! Ambiance was very nice! Special mention to the tall guy in their resto named Jack. He was very accomadating to all of our needs and serve us with a genuine smile. I really wanna commend him! Great service Jack!
I'm currently staying here just for 1 day to meet college friends. Mosquitoes are my companion. Towels with holes. Poor WiFi. Shocking! putting deposit for the room key? Should be included during stay. Oh well. Thank god, I'm only staying for 1 day.
Very affordable but the toilet is not functioning well and the air condition sound was loud that my 3 year old daughter was not able to sleep well. We requested some food and bottled water but had to wait for more than 15 minutes and called the service line again only to find out that the receptionist forgot to relay our order.
Our visit last year was so great I even asked for a discount card because it's cheaper than other nearby motels. Second visit was even better we got the executive suite at a slightly higher price. So thought I would definetly come back even if the traffic outside was worse than EDSA or Ayala. NOW THE THIRD VISIT this weekend was DISAPPOINTING. The CR was dirty, the jacuzzi was filthy you can still see the watermarks. No floormats. There was no support underneath the mattress only the bed frame itself I almost fell when I sat on the edge. I would definitely not come back again.
The place is good and clean.I love the comfort room since its clean and i like the shower too. We felt relaxed on their place specially the jacuzzi... The food is also ok. I havent tried the massage service.Maybe next time na lang.Im sure we will be coming there back again!
The price is cheap. Quiet. Internet connection is good. Great back up to those that has home based jobs. It's quite comfortable. There's a table and chairs great for working. The lighting is great. Not gloomy unlike other hotels with the same price range. :)
