We have a great . All facilities are clean especially the pool and the room is so relaxing . the staffs are so friendly and we forgot to give a tip 🤣 The service is also excellent.While preparing for our check out time , we're sending the pictures to our friend so they can try also the great service we experienced. 🥰 For those who are smokers expect the smoking area is outside the building ✌️ staycation

The sets of food served were superb! Everything was mouth watering as they were truly excellently prepared! Thanks to Chefs Cris Malate and Kristoffer! The service team was remarkably efficient! Great job to Adrian, Jed, Jessa, Crisel and Oj! They ensure that each of our guest is served well! Thanks too to Joseph, DC and Allen who made sure that we have the best staycation experience! First time to stay here and the staff made sure that i’d keep coming back! :) Everyone was helpful, made sure all our requests were attended to. They are very courteous, greeted us with warmth everytime they see us. This hotel is truly a gem in the city!

Very good service from hed, crisel, wana, russel,chef bigboy, chelsy, melody. Very recommended. Try their clubhouse sandwich and steak. Really really good. Their coffee is good as well. Hotel is great

Great experience! I asked for a simple cake for my friend’s birthday and they delivered! Before that they provided exquisite service by being attentive to our needs! Shout out to queenie, jomari, adrian and the kitchen staff who produced the best pulutan ever chef juan, agatha and von! Please keep it up coz i’ll keep coming back! :)

We just recently held our wedding in one of the event hall of The Excersior Hotel and all I can say is that this is one of the best decision of our lives. All of the staffs are very accommodating and very attentive to all of our needs. Everyone just have a smile on their faces and you will just feel instantly welcome. I also want to say thanks to Miss Micole for the wonderful service that she had given us. She had given us a lot of suggestions and ideas about our wedding. I felt that our wedding is organized because of her. This is beyond our expectation and we are truly grateful for her kind actions. Not to mention, my family also had an after party at their newly opened sports bar and they all said that her services are really remarkable as she also was very accommodating to them. Special thanks also to Chef Juan for preparing our breakfast as early as 4:30am as we have an early flight to Boracay on that day. They are also the one who offered this service, so we went to the airport with a superb takeaway breakfast from The Excelsior. Not to forget, all the rooms are spacious and clean. Went there last night and must say their Fish and chips is really good! Too tasty 🥰 Personally recommended for Fish and chips lover. We also tried their beef striplion steak as recommended by Ms. JESSA Sobrang saraaaaaaaap 🤩 Thank you chef Cris, chef rex. Buffet Gourmand is one of the best in terms of service. Food taste is excellent. Servers Jessa, Jed, Russel and Lai exceeded our expectations with their politeness. Chef Rex, Cris and Bigboy made sure that our food is served with quality.

We visited the excelsior hotel for a quick drink and surprisingly they have a promo for this month. We enjoyed our food and drinks and the servers Ms. Jessa, Sir jed, Sir elmer were very accommodating. Kudos to the hotel and will surely come back.
