Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
So I arrive and emailed saying my check in time in plenty of advance. They never answered their telephones that I was given (I had I believe the managers number I'm not sure who he is) or replied to my email and after 40 minutes of waiting a woman named roselyn text me and finally met me. Upon arrival pretty much everything was broken including the toilet which had urine in it!!! the apartment was old, dirty and only 1 place to sleep as the second place to sleep was a very very thin mattress and felt like you were sleeping on the tile floor.(I had to sleep in my female friends bed with her and of course she wasnt happy with that). At the end of the visit I had a plane to catch and I needed my security deposit. No one was around or answering my calls or messages. Except roselyn who said it was her day off. Checkout was 11 I had to leave for my plane at around 9-30 - 10. He then messages me at 1pm! After I told him I had a plane to catch. With much messaging after 4 days he finally sent the deposit through palawan express(similar to western union) which I had to pay 300 pesos out of the 1000 of my security deposit to get transport to collect it. He said on the phone after days when he answered his phone saying "we have many to send yours will be in a line". Meaning he does this to foreigners often.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE WORST PLACE I EVER STAYED I will give pictures of everything here. I repeat DO NOT COME HERE! 2/10 Would be 1/10 but the double mattress is nice I have more photos to add of the place and conversations of them ignoring me. But I can only add 10 photos. Disgusting horrible. Scammers and com artists
