Good for just staying the night. The price is affordable, good for travellers saving their budget. We went there July 2019. The location of the hotel is accessible and there are fast food and super market near.
I just needed a budget hotel for a few hours of sleep in Las Pinas. I found this new and small hotel inside a small village. The room is just right for a solo or couple traveling. Room includes queen size orthopedic bed, split type inverter aircon, wall fan, 50 in flat screen tv, 2 side tables, lamp shade, clothes cabinet, table with 2 chairs, sink, ref with beverages, microwave oven, oven toster, airpot, plates, glasses, cups and utensils. Bathroom was hot and cold shower, 2 towels, shampoo and body wash dispenser and upon checking in you will be given the usual toiletries + 2 pcs of fres candies :) If you're a light sleeper, the place might be hard for a good night's sleep. The owner's dog and from the neighbors can be heard barking at night. The walls are thin so you can hear people talking at the other rooms. If you have car, it might also cause some hassle coz they only have 2 parking slots in front of their gate. They would offer you to park your car at the church area if you want. The property is also at the dead end of a street so coming in and out with a car is quite challenging coz the streets are small and cars are parked outside the houses. Downside: When I opened the A/C unit, you can see dirt accumulated at the sides of the swinging flap, the hanging empty platform beside the TV was dirty as well and some of the appliances are dusty too. I told the staff abt this before I left the hotel and they will attend to it immediately. If I need to stay in LP again, I would probably choose this again :)…
We’re supposed to stay at Las Piñas but just few hours before we check-in, a personnel called and informed me that my booking was moved/transferred to another location (Parañaque). I told them to just return the amount credits in my account (coz I already paid thru credit card) so that I could still use it but apparently, their system doesn’t allow that kind of settlement. Instead, they told me that they’ll do a refund. Unfortunately, up to this day, no refund is happening. Will it happen anytime soon? I... Don’t... Know... I believe RedDoorz is a nice budget accommodation there is but it’s just sad that this inconvenience happened to me.
We've stayed here on several occasions. It's our Go To hotel when coming to Las Pinas, Manila. The rooms are very clean and modern with a big screen TV with SKY TV and very strong WiFi. The refrigerator is large enough for an extended stay. The staff is very friendly and will deliver beer to your room upon request. Otherwise, there are several Sari Sari stores in the Emapalico Subdivision. Location is great with restaurants walking distance away.
