We arrived at this hotel and was greeted by a very organised team of porters. The reception team were incredibly warm and professional. The actual checkin took a little longer than expected but was good. We were given a lovely big spacious room on the 21st floor with a small kitchen area. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner in hotel and food was very nice. There are lots of choices at breakfast and plenty of fresh fruit which seemed to be lacking at the other hotels we stayed on our holiday to the Philippines.

We were happy with the general location which is a little further away from the centre but worth It. There is a shopping mall five minutes away which is very handy. We tried a few places to eat locally but our best meals were in the hotel. The waiting staff in the restaurant are very attentive. One night, we ate in the hotel a jazz band was playing - we had great entertainment and tasty food which made it a memorable evening. We would definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel room that I stayed in is very spacious and nicely laid out that includes a work desk, areas for living, dining, and kitchen with counter. The “homey” feel will surely provide any guest a pleasant rest from a lengthy travel, long day at work, or a short staycation break. The west side rooms present a wonderful view of the city and the Laguna Lake.

The hotel has a beautiful and elegant lobby, as well as nicely decorated common areas, that is complemented with its very cordial staff.

The location of the hotel is also a feature that I like, since there is a nice mall across the street for your shopping needs or alternative food cravings.

Lastly, the hotel staff is very pleasant, courteous, and accommodating. I was not only welcomed by the Front Desk personnel, but the hotel General Manager which made me feel welcomed and appreciated.

I highly recommend the Vivere hotel if you are planning for a trip to Manila, either on business travel or personal stay.

Special thanks to Ms. Kathy and Ms. Nicky from the Front Desk and the hotel General Manager, Ms. Elvie (mobile number +639178430912).

My daughter and I decided to try Vivere Hotel for the first time by booking an overnight stay in one of their deluxe rooms. We arrived at 2 pm and got a pleasant surprise when we were informed that they were upgrading us to a one bedroom suite. Other than that, we were allowed an early check in before 3 pm.. The suite was more than what we expected. It was like a condominium unit with a kitchenette, dining area, work station, living area, bathroom and a bedroom. Its windows opened to an attractive view by night of the lighted Alabang commercial district. We went up on the 31st floor for our welcome drinks and the breeze by the pool proved to be relaxing and refreshing. Service of the hotel personnel from check-in to check-out was exceptional. The only downside was the Burger for Big Boys sandwich that we ordered in the evening. The burger was big alright but it was dry and the taste was wanting. Its price was also on the high end. Breakfast buffet proved to be satisfying in quality and quantity. Over all, it was a delightful stay.

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms, although dated, still are above some but the local competition is growing fast. The hotel is a wedding venue and therefore overrun at times so book early. The Nest rooftop bar has good staff with excellent service, the one issue, that friends and visitors have, is the Joey's Mood trio who are devastatingly loud. Background music should be in the background. No conversation can compete with the excessive noise. We generally eat outside and quieter hotels and venues. They have been there 20 years so controlling the blaring saxophone seems impossible. Revenue lost from the Nest due to this must be thousands of Pesos each night. I know we spent 10,000 on meals and drinks elsewhere and we are not alone and we eat out 3 - 4 times a week. The residents 7 days a week. Complaints have been made but no change in a year. Nice hotel, avoid the nest at night but during the day it has great views.

This is the WORST hotel ever!!!
Room service starts at 4pm. You can’t even dine-in at the hotel’s (one and only) restaurant for lunch or dinner without an advance booking. They prioritize people booked (only) in the restaurant than hotel guests.

There were no available seats during breakfast (It was full). They will call you if there will be seats available. If you’re really hungry, you have no other choice than hold tight for your hungry stomach. Additionally, there were little foods available in the buffet breakfast, they will keep on saying the chef is still cooking.

In the room, they don’t refill consumable items such as coffee, tea, shampoo, body wash, tissue, water etc. You have to ask for all of these consumable/refillable items everyday.

And this is funny to say, there is no wifi/internet in the rooms if you were in the 1 or 2 BR (total dead spot). The hotel rooms were not fully renovated but it is painted (poorly painted).

Do not book here if you do not want any hustle or inconveniences. The hotel price is cheap and so as the service.

I booked our staycation just a couple of days before Christmas and glad we didn't have any trouble. When we arrived at the hotel, to our surprise there's a cake awaiting for my husbands belated birthday treat. The hotel staff are accommodating and the set up in the hotel lobby is exquisite. You'll notice a few marks of the hotel operating for years but it's just a minor thing. The room was spacious but the bed is quite small for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) but we still manage to squeeze in. Breakfast was loaded with wide variety of choices: traditional american breakfast to pinoy breakfast, Fruits, cereals.... your choice. We enjoyed our breakfast with the good view of Alabang...Lastly, my kids are always after a quick dip in the pool. It's not that spacious but still my kids had fun and thats what matters.

OVERALL: We recommend VIVERE!!!

Another New Year 2020 celebration brought in at the Vivere Hotel’s Presidential Suite in Manila, Philippines. Like in previous years attending the Vivere’s New Year event my family and our friends were made to feel special and loved by the hotel staff.

We encourage anyone who is interested in this type of class and care to book your next vacation or day/weekend stay at a hotel where even average citizens are treated like royalty and respected and cared for.

Respectfully and Sincerely,

Dr. Kevin & Karen Baltzley

We booked our parents for their 30th wedding anniversary, a package in Vivere Hotel and dinner in ‘The Nest.
Prior to their arrival, my sister and I settled everything. We have given instructions to our parents on what will they do and what will they expect... the taught of their celebration will be fun, relaxing and hassle free. Unfortunately after their dinner, restaurant made them paid for what they ate and on their way out, my parent heard someone from their table, saying..
( Ay Butaw ) means ( No Tip ).

I am sad. That night they sent a message for what had happened, I immediately called them after work. Though they were still giving me positives and they are still smiling, trying not to completely ruin their night.

I called ‘Vivere Hotel, trying to get an explanation on what happened then the lady put the call on hold, unknowingly she transferred me to another person.

Then again, re-state what happened and to get an explanation why it occured.
So I was passed to a Supervisor,
again.. explain...
Call was put on hold for minutes, got back to me and stated..
‘Sir, sorry. Hindi po kase na-endorse samin yung payment kase Holiday po ngayon, ( Feb. 25 ).

Transaction was not endorse because it’s Holiday?

I’m tired... Thank You Vivere Hotel / The Nest.

I checked in late and after giving my payment the front desk clerk put me on hold for 10 -15 minutes before handing me the room key.
Upon entering my room I called 3x for an additional bath robe and it wasn’t delivered at all.
I don’t know why Around 9 a.m. housekeeping knocking on the door to checked the fridge if I consumed any products inside but only service water was only present upon checking in.
And lastly Before I checked in I asked if the internet connection is fast the F.O. Told me yes, but inside the room it is so weak I can’t even play mobile games and watch fb videos.
Well I enjoyed the place so much, the vibe it’s like a palace in a city.
I enjoyed “the nest” the service, the food all excellent!

We checked in for a two night stay to celebrate my son's 13th birthday. Checking in was seamless and quick. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The pillows and beds are SO comfortable that in the end, we spent most of the two days just in the room. :-)

The staff are extremely friendly. They greet you as if you are checked in for a month! We had to wait for my husband outside the hotel the first night as we were going out to dinner, the security at the door never left our side while we were waiting in front of the hotel. He waited until we were picked up and made sure we were on our way before going back into the hotel.

Breakfast is buffet and there are varied options. The entire family enjoyed the breakfast so much our next meal was already at around 3pm. :-)

The Festival mall is walking distance to the hotel and so is the Filinvest City Events Grounds. In fact, the 7-11 Manila Leg run was being set up at the grounds when we arrived.

Parking is NOT a problem at all. Since we booked on a weekday, my husband and I had to both go to work at different times and would not have a problem parking the cars at the hotel when we got back.

All in all, it is a great place whether you want to go for a staycation or need to work, it really is an extremely comfortable place to "come home to".
