Good
-Quick checkin. I was also able to checkin at 1:30PM, which is great since the regular is 3PM.
-Lobby is very clean.
-Staffs are very helpful and nice.
-The room is very homey and comfortable. The ref and microwave are such a big help for my stay.
-The pool was nice! Tho I hope the cushions in the tanning beds are thinner; it's hard to lay my head and not choke.
For Improvement
-Wi-Fi is so weak on the 14th floor. I needed to use my data plan especially on meetings, which was very inconvenient.
-I hope there are more hangers in the room.
-I hope the towels are more soft.
-I hope the curtains can really block off the morning light. It generally can, but the light still gets through on the topmost area.
-I hope there was a doorbell bcs people were trying to knock and sometimes I wasn't able to hear them bcs of the TV's sound.
-I hope you can make the hotel more sustainable. Instead of water bottles, have water dispensers per floor and add water jugs per room. And instead of bottled toiletries, make it a refillable pump per room.
-Breakfast is too pricey for its offering. I paid P820 for a very few food selection. The food is delicious in general. But the quality of coffee can be improved as it wasn't strong; the waffles are too chewy; there should be a more convenient way to get the butter bcs people had to put their plates down just to scoop the butter with two hands; while the foods were tasty, it tasted like there's too many artificial flavorings were put it. Tbh, I made a good decision to exclude bfast from my room reservation. This offering is something that I don't look forward having.

The staff of Azumi Boutique Hotel were fantastic. They were all courteous, served us with a smile, and always eager to help. The bed was super comfy and the amenities, especially the pool were marvelous. Their breakfast spread didn’t disappoint, too! I will always stay at this location when traveling to or through the south. In fact, I cannot wait to be back!

France was very polite and always keeps the room tidy. She has the initiative to check with the guest whether they want their room cleaned when you passed her by in the hallway. Always greets guests with a smile. She makes sure to restock all complimentaries in your room before leaving.

Stayed at the Azumi for 10 days in room 716. The room was a bit tight and it was only one way traffic between the two queen beds and the wardrobes. This room and 717 are at the end of the hallway near the fire exit, so the people traffic noise was nil.
The room had a kettle, brew gear, microwave, fridge and good size smart TV. It has a small balcony but enough to sit outside and chill.
Room for improvement:
- The hotel only has 1 washing machine and dryer and could do with at least 2 more.
- The few steps out front at the entrance need to be people not goat friendly.
- The slowest lifts in Manila :)
The good stuff:
- Outstanding staff throughout the hotel.
- Any request or query was promptly addressed by all staff, all the time.
- Senior Manager Carla was simply awesome.
- Room scrupulously cleaned every day.
- Rooms have the soaps, shampoos, toothbrush/paste, water bottles, tea, coffee.
- The infinity pool.Brilliant.
- 4 min walk to a 7 Eleven.
- 2 min walk to a money changer on the sixth floor across the street. Good rates.
- 10 min walk to a real good mall, which has everything you may need.
- 10 min walk to a heap of restaurants for all cuisines.
Would I recommend the Azumi? In a heartbeat.

Me, my wife and baby stayed at the hotel for two nights at the Queen room (supposed to be one night only but we extended another night) . Room could have been bigger. Overall experience is very good. The room is clean and staff are courteous, polite and very helpful. What I like about our room is that we had a big ref with big freezer and also a microwave which I find very convenient. Most hotels does not have any microwave and have small refs. We also had a big couch area which can be turned into a bed as well. Our bed was very soft and comfortable. Makes me want to sleep all day. Busted light at our CR was addressed immediately by staff. Nice pool view at the Pentouse especially at night (pool closes at 12midnight which is good for guests) . Food at Romulo Cafe was also good. The only thing they lack is a crib for my baby. Most hotels have cribs on hand. They also asked us to pay for 2k security deposit which will be refunded after our stay (which I don't mind but felt that it's not needed at all). Lastly, the water heater at our cr worked for the sink but did not work in the shower area. Funny thing is for the shower area, the warm water did not work but if you crank it to the right to make the water colder, it will work and become colder. Did not bother anymore to have it checked as I don't like the hassle of changing rooms if the heater in the shower area won't get fixed and as much as possible I don't like our privacy to be invaded. I'm sure they would have addressed this as well. That's the only concern in the shower area. Other than that, I like the rain water shower head they have.

It's been almost a month since I came to Manila and I had a great time every day during my stay at Azumi Hotel. There is a beautiful infinity pool where you can swim in the sun every morning. Lito, who cleaned my room, was an attentive and polite young man. When he cleaned the room, he carefully cleaned every detail, checked that the shower head in the bathroom was running smoothly and patiently washed it. I was deeply impressed by such a serious work attitude. This experience will make me want to stay here next time I come to Manila.

This is my second stay at this hotel and every member of staff I met greeted me warmly and provided me with any help I needed. The handsome guy who cleaned my room was very professional and always made my room comfortable and clean in a short time. He was also very polite in his manners, which made a big impression on me. All in all, Azumi made my stay a great experience!

I checked into the hotel in May 2023. The water in the swimming pool on the rooftop is very clean and about 1.4 meters deep, which is very suitable for beginners and feels safe. The gym on the second floor is also good, and most importantly, there is my favorite table tennis table. It is also very good to play table tennis after work and study. The most comfortable thing is that the hotel staff are very friendly and the service is very good. The hotel staff Pogs always cleans the room thoroughly. Once I lost my room card while playing table tennis in the gym, and the enthusiastic and responsible Mike helped me find the room card. Thank them very much!

After traveling 26+ hours for a business trip to Manila we finally arrived at the hotel, please note prior to this hotel changing hands we are frequent visitors to this hotel due to the ideal location.
Check in was not great being told to wait outside for 10 minutes before we could enter the hotel with no explanation as to why. Finally we were allowed inside and managed to get checked in, there are two different lift Quarantine and Normal guests which is fine but doesn't actually work. We were not on a quarantine floor but always had to use this lift. Dropped the bags at the hotel and headed to the office for several hours and returned exhausted hoping for a good nights sleep. To my shock there was someone banging on the door at midnight checking if we were in the room with no explanation. after struggling to get back to sleep, finally dosed of again only to be woken up around 5:30 AM with someone offering me breakfast, to which i declined. Again around 6 am there was banging on the door with the same offer to which i declined again and asked why are they doing this.... I got no answer.
They have removed all phones from the hotel rooms and only operate on whatsapp, so I messaged the hotel on whatsapp asking if the hotel restaurant was open for breakfast to which i was told yes. I was then called several minutes later asking if we are quarantine guests to which i explained we are not. Howe does a hotel not know this already absolutely shocking!!
After being disturbed a total of 5 times in less than 8 hours enough was enough I decided to go down to reception to speak with the Manager, was told he is not available and will not be speaking with me.
Decided enough is enough I will have some breakfast in the restaurant (which was clearly shown as included in the price whilst booking) but was surprised they only had 2 dishes which had to be ordered in the kitchen. Opted to only have a black coffee instead and decided to check out and move else were. Upon checking out I was told the booking is not refundable and they will be charging me for someone else breakfast, I explained I only had coffee and it should be included in the room, very rudely was told no its not you have to pay.
Myself and my work college decide to check out that morning and move else were, upon leaving the manager approached us very empathetic but with little to no authority to change things just kept apologising. If you are looking for somewhere to actually get a good nights sleep avoid this place at all costs !!

I stayed at the Azumi Hotel for a 9 night stay from Jan 26 to Feb 4 & was issued Room #1217 a double queen room. At first I was disappointed at the size of the room, the beds were a perfect size but I felt there wasn't enough space for two adults to move freely. For example, there was only space for one person to walk through the foot of the bed and the wardrobe closet. However, I got used to the space pretty quickly & started to love my assigned room. The beds were comfortable, the washroom was clean, my only gripe is I hoped the water pressure from the shower could've been stronger. A great big acknowledgement to RJ from the housekeeping staff. He kept our room stocked up & cleaned whenever asked. RJ's efforts & hard work should be acknowledged by his management team as he's a definite asset to this hotel. The staff overall at the Azumi were amazing, with a friendly hello every time they saw you. The Azumi sits across the street from the Molito shopping center & about a 10 minute walk to the Alabang Town Center so their location can't be beat. What more did I want in a hotel stay? Great sleep quality-check, close to shopping-check & I didn't even mention the infinity pool on the penthouse floor. Simply incredible views of Alabang while going for a swim. Thanks to everyone at the Azumi for making my stay memorable & I'll definitely consider staying there again when I'm back in the Philippines.
