This is where I spent my 14-day quarantine upon arrival from USA. The room was clean and spacious, had fast wifi connection, and staying at this location had an advantage for ordering food on apps like foodpanda/ grabfood/ lalafood because of nearby restaurants in Alabang! The staff were also very friendly and accommodating since day 1 until I checked out. Their staff wore PPE suits as they deliver food in front of the rooms of guests who were in quarantine.

would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a staycation or for quarantine purposes!

it's has a very good location, near of everything...The room is clean as well as the hallway and smoking is not allowed within the area which is a big plus for none smokers.

Buffet breakfast food has limited options but enough to comfort your empty stomach.

Double room for four pax is too small, better get double room for 2 pax only.

After traveling 26+ hours for a business trip to Manila we finally arrived at the hotel, please note prior to this hotel changing hands we are frequent visitors to this hotel due to the ideal location.

Check in was not great being told to wait outside for 10 minutes before we could enter the hotel with no explanation as to why. Finally we were allowed inside and managed to get checked in, there are two different lift Quarantine and Normal guests which is fine but doesn't actually work. We were not on a quarantine floor but always had to use this lift. Dropped the bags at the hotel and headed to the office for several hours and returned exhausted hoping for a good nights sleep. To my shock there was someone banging on the door at midnight checking if we were in the room with no explanation. after struggling to get back to sleep, finally dosed of again only to be woken up around 5:30 AM with someone offering me breakfast, to which i declined. Again around 6 am there was banging on the door with the same offer to which i declined again and asked why are they doing this.... I got no answer.

They have removed all phones from the hotel rooms and only operate on whatsapp, so I messaged the hotel on whatsapp asking if the hotel restaurant was open for breakfast to which i was told yes. I was then called several minutes later asking if we are quarantine guests to which i explained we are not. Howe does a hotel not know this already absolutely shocking!!

After being disturbed a total of 5 times in less than 8 hours enough was enough I decided to go down to reception to speak with the Manager, was told he is not available and will not be speaking with me.

Decided enough is enough I will have some breakfast in the restaurant (which was clearly shown as included in the price whilst booking) but was surprised they only had 2 dishes which had to be ordered in the kitchen. Opted to only have a black coffee instead and decided to check out and move else were. Upon checking out I was told the booking is not refundable and they will be charging me for someone else breakfast, I explained I only had coffee and it should be included in the room, very rudely was told no its not you have to pay.

Myself and my work college decide to check out that morning and move else were, upon leaving the manager approached us very empathetic but with little to no authority to change things just kept apologising. If you are looking for somewhere to actually get a good nights sleep avoid this place at all costs !!

No one likes to be locked up in a hotel room for 10 days, and I am glad for choosing Azumi for my 10-day quarantine. The room was well maintained and clean. Everything was in well working order, the bed was comfortable, the sheets and towels were very clean. I even had to turn down the air conditioner as it got too cold in my room the first night, so it was more than adequate to cool off from the hot Manila weather. There was more than enough storage space, especially for a 10 day stay. There is a wide variety of TV stations available of news, sports, movies, and local channels. The WiFi was strong, I was able to conduct Zoom meetings for work without issue, download/upload large files, and even stream Netflix without interruption. Sound proofing between rooms was good, you don’t hear your neighbor’s TV or conversations like you do in other hotels.

Water pressure was strong for the shower. I often encounter weak pressure in many hotels in the Philippines and that is a pet peeve. The water heater was more than adequate, although you won’t need it. The food delivered during quarantine was much better than expected, it was always on time. I liked the variety, always had rice, meat, veggies, and a side of fruit. Outside food delivery was quick, receiving food within minutes of being delivered to the hotel.

The room itself was big enough, with a nice comfy sofa to sit and lounge on. There was enough room to stretch out and do some exercises. I got a garden room and it was well worth it, especially during the quarantine, to be able to go outside and have more room for movement. The hotel staff was very polite, courteous, and professional. From the hotel shuttle pick up at the airport, to the front desk staff at check-in, to the folks delivering the food to your door. Overall a very positive experience at this hotel, I will recommend to friends and family to stay here.

My stay at Azumi Botique Hotel was very pleasent and enjoyable. Their 24/7 front desk was always there anwering my questions and provided excellent services. Especially at night or early morning since im a night owl, i could always depend on their front desk to accommodate any request wether its more towels or an extra blanket and even provided me a small basin to dip my feet in because i had aching feet. They even took the time to call you and make sure you were comfortable and
Have everything you need. They are always present ready to at any time of the day. Not to mention the selection of food restaurants around the hotel, thers always something open even at 3:00am because of the Hotels location. Also i would like to highlight Jo An, their night shift guest service employee for being so courteous and very helpful when giving me information about the Hotel or quarantine questions. Thank you Azumi Botique Hotel your services and courtesy is very much Appreciated, and for sure will recommend to Anyone to stay and not just for Quarantine purposes but overall i Great hotel to stay for Vacation or Buisness. Thanks again Azumi Botique Hotel and will definitely stay here again when back in town or around the area.

Got off the plane and waited for the pickup which the hotel had set up, 1 1/2 hours, stayed outside the airport as I was beyond the “point of no return” past the security guards. Had to ask a niece to contact the hotel and find out what the held up is. Later found out that it’s just a phone call to the airport shuttle service which is already located at the airport!
Finally got to the hotel, was asked to stay with the security guard area of the hotel, no welcome from the hotel, asked to do two forms to be filled out using QR code’s, one I completed instantly but the other was the booking one which I told the security guard that I already completed that I can show him, he told me to just complete, and by then after.a 13 hr trip, plus hungry and tired, I was getting impatient and so I again asked him to check out my completed form, one that came from the hotel itself and finally was let into the hotel, mind you there’s no aircon while at his station. Paid for my 10 day stay at the front desk, and was given a plastic container package as my dinner, one piece of wing, rice and some fruit. Not given a key, I was told to stay in the room and not allowed to go outt for obvious reasons. Called front desk and Asked for scissors and hangers, needing to open my luggage that had tie wraps ion, waited, called again to ask and was told 6 hours later that there’s no scissors in the whole hotel and they are sending engineering to help me. Finally solved the issue myself with a hanger and was able to remove tie wraps from luggage. For the hanger request, since there were only two in the room, that request never came during my stay at this hotel. Now about the food you are brought in plastic containers 3x daily, here goes, The food was just pathetic and this is at P3600 per day. Paid P200 for a jug of water. Every container would have a fruit which is about a quarter of an apple thinly sliced, or two small chunk pieces of papaya with a small amount of whatever meat and rice. Four times someone took either my lunch or dinner, not sure who took it, had to call front desk to ask for replacement. To call help desk, you may have to wait 5 minutes, it would ring but no one answers, best to hang up and try again land that’s when someone answers. I did tip whoever sends my food, it’s not their fault this hotel cannot have more people maybe because of COVID-19 I am not sure but this is the worst stay I have had in my life. The bed though is very comfortable,

Azumi is probably my best bet for a staycation in the South area. To be honest, it’s one of the underrated hotels I’ve stayed in considering how every corner of its interior screams aesthetic and classy. Close to my favorite mall Alabang Town Center and right across Molito, its location is really convenient. With its classy and modern interior, you wouldn’t be able to tell right away that their rates are affordable and won’t break the bank! I stayed overnight at the penthouse rooms with my family and we really enjoyed the hotel’s amenities; the staff were very accommodating as well. On my next visit, I’ll make sure to tag my friends along!

Me, my wife and baby stayed at the hotel for two nights at the Queen room (supposed to be one night only but we extended another night) . Room could have been bigger. Overall experience is very good. The room is clean and staff are courteous, polite and very helpful. What I like about our room is that we had a big ref with big freezer and also a microwave which I find very convenient. Most hotels does not have any microwave and have small refs. We also had a big couch area which can be turned into a bed as well. Our bed was very soft and comfortable. Makes me want to sleep all day. Busted light at our CR was addressed immediately by staff. Nice pool view at the Pentouse especially at night (pool closes at 12midnight which is good for guests) . Food at Romulo Cafe was also good. The only thing they lack is a crib for my baby. Most hotels have cribs on hand. They also asked us to pay for 2k security deposit which will be refunded after our stay (which I don't mind but felt that it's not needed at all). Lastly, the water heater at our cr worked for the sink but did not work in the shower area. Funny thing is for the shower area, the warm water did not work but if you crank it to the right to make the water colder, it will work and become colder. Did not bother anymore to have it checked as I don't like the hassle of changing rooms if the heater in the shower area won't get fixed and as much as possible I don't like our privacy to be invaded. I'm sure they would have addressed this as well. That's the only concern in the shower area. Other than that, I like the rain water shower head they have.

The hotel just recently reopened its staycation to public when the restriction alert was lifted to level 1. It was our first time booking a staycation at Azumi and their staff were very accommodating plus the facilities did not disappoint. At an affordable rate, my friends and I were able to destress in a location close to home. We booked the penthouse room which had an overlooking of the hotel’s famous infinity pool as well as a view of the city lights in Alabang. It was so convenient since the room had a kitchenette and walk-in closet all these to make sure your stays are cozy, convenient, and practical. Azumi in Japanese, means 'safe residence' and this philosophy is also incorporated in their design every corner of the room was aesthetically-pleasing! We will definitely book another visit soon.
