The room is spacious, imagine separate ang bath tub sa shower, compare to other hotel the size of toilet and bath is almost the size of the entire room. We enjoy the package with signature club unlimited coffee Tea softdrinks and snack even the dinner cocktails is superb! Very cozy and intimate. Imagine I just paid 2200 per head snacks, drinks, food, room accomodation, swimming and kids play area all inclunsive rather than paying in a buffet or in a hotpot. I love bellevue it is our 4th visit.

Our two-night stay at Bellevue for my sister’s prom was fantastic. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly—everyone from the security guard and bellmen to the front desk, housekeeping, and buffet servers. They greeted us warmly every time we passed by.

The security guard reminded us to watch our step at the entrance, and the bellmen were quick to assist with luggage. The 24/7 front desk made everything easy, and a special thanks to Jeneva for her helpfulness during checkout. Housekeeping ensured we had fresh towels and enough bottled water, while the breakfast buffet staff at Qsina were attentive and friendly.

Despite the number of prom students, parents, and teachers, the staff maintained cleanliness and order throughout the hotel. The pool was beautiful, and the elevators were clean and fast.

Our room was well-maintained, with working lights, hot and cold shower, and comfortable beds—including the extra one we rented. The air conditioning kept it nice and cool, and the TV offered live channels plus apps like YouTube, Netflix, and Disney+ (requiring personal login).

Overall, my family loved our stay and would happily return!

I ate at Phoenix court with my family, and the service was excellent! The server (I believe his name was Sab) was very kind to us as well and made sure our dishes were of great quality. I will definitely be eating there again in the future. Thanks Bellevue!

A well spent Christmas with the family at Bellevue Manila. 1st time to spent Christmas eve and day outside the house, so everybody was excited. Each one has something to do, some went to the gym, some just enjoyed the ambiance of the room, while we went to enjoy the cocktail at signature lounge. It was a full packed at the night of Christmas Eve. Fortunately Ms. Lex was there to see to it that everything was perfectly fine. She keeps on checking each guests, making sure they were comfortable and well served. Cheffy and staff were quick to refill the buffet.

Best part was, on Christmas eve, they had a Catholic Mass inside the hotel, so the whole fam was still able to celebrate the true meaning of Christmas, the birth of Jesus.

Came Christmas morning, it was FESTIVE at the grand ballroom where they held the huge breakfast buffet with filipino tradition....the bibingka and puto bumbong. My mother in law being a balikbayan was craving for it and it was always sold out. Thank God Ms. Rachel of Quisina was there and reserved some for her.

It was an easy check in and check out specially with Ms. Lex and Sir Mitch arround. Snappy concierge, like Sir Darwin, Sir Chris, Kuya Rene and Sir Josesph.

All in all it was a memorable Christmas for all of us!

We celebrated our 13yrs anniversary along with our 8yr old daughter and the property and staff are amazing. Special mention to Shyne at the reception who offered to upgrade our stay with the lounge access and it was the best choice. Shout out to Raustin and Jenina at the Signature Lounge for all their assistance and for being flexible to my very picky eater daughter same for the Cusina breakfast resto which i forogot the name of hostess sadly. All in all, it was an AWESOME stay except the confusion during check out regarding a bottled water from the minibar that they are trying to charge me for. We did not touch it, use, nor drink it at all since we have 2 free bottles anyway, 2 comp welcome drinks and the lounge offers everything for FREE unlimited. Minibar attendants or HK should have more trust on guests for a mere bottled water and should not ask if I have a photo to prove that there is one bottle only when we arrived and not two because I can ask him back if he/she has a photo proving that there is two bottles before we arrive. Having said that they are very keen about the missing bottle from the minibar, but nothing was mentioned that we left a never opened special fruit drink that we bought from Coco…more than 20mins of wait which we could have went back to the room for it if we were told about it. Anyways, it was all sorted and we were not charge for it, but it is quite annoying only having to come back and forth to check and prove that we did not consume it. Again, it was a lovely stay, thanks to the person I mentioned above. Thank you TBMH and More Power..God Bless!

Dear RPSforTheWin, Thank you for sharing your experience in our hotel, particularly at the Signature Lounge. Shyne, Raustin, Jenina and the whole team take pride in providing excellent service to all our guests who value exclusivity and privacy. Your kind words definitely inspired the team to outstrip themselves each time they are faced with another opportunity to engage with and delight our customers. On another note, I'd like to apologize for the concern on the bottled water. Rest assured that this was discussed with the concerned department and we will make every effort to avoid this from happening again. Thank you very much for your time. Your feedback is invaluable and it means a lot to us. We look forward to welcoming you and your family again!

BELLEVUE REVIEW

My stay at this hotel for one night was once again exceptional. I was greeted by the staff with a smile and a warm welcome. A very kind and caring employee named JL Reyes assisted me with my bags from the lobby to my room with no hesitation of offering assistance. This gentleman is an excellent staff, he showed me some amenities and discussed some hotel details with me. Salute to JL!

As a guest, I would like to thank the front desk staff, Boylie, who helped me with a smooth check-in and provided me with a lot of informations of the hotel. Great job, Boylie!

Additionally, Michelle Kho, RN, was on hand to provide assistance and medication to my friend who was ill.

My stay was also made enjoyable by the housekeeping staff, who were also very helpful and did a good job in providing me with all of the services I requested while I was there.

Shane, the pool attendant, who made us feel at home at the hotel. It was Bianca, the front desk employee who helped me with my check out process so that it was as easy and smooth as possible.

Thank you again and again Bellevue for this wonderful stay.

Overall our stay experience with bellevue was pleasant - clean, staff was friendly, internet was strong

However, i should point out these things

1. I do not understand why they are trying hard to implement a web check in after which a qr code is provided for supposedly easier check in when In fact front desk does not have a qr code reader so how does this even work

2. Parking
There was a day when there was a 150 guest event going on and the parking was hogged up by these guests leaving checked in guests to queue for more than 30 mins for a slot to open.

The worst part is the manager was clueless about the situation, and there was no coordination between parking staff and concierge and the manager

Why are event guests given priority over checked in guests? Aren’t checked in guests ensured of a slot ? If not, why would anyone want to stay here - the purpose of a stay here is to have a smooth and relaxed stay and not to be bothered by where to find a parking slot . It is stressful and frustrating to think about racing for a parking space

What is most frustrating is the gall of the manager and staff to even suggest to use their valet service so why would any checked guest pay for valet when clearly it is the hotels’ fault that this was not coordinated and planned effectively ! 🙄😡😡😡😡😡

3. Mini bar
We were charged for water which was in the ref

Now don’t get me wrong - it was not evian or some water from the swiss alps - it was a 500 ml water in a recyclable bottle - the very same water as the complimentary water provided in a 1 liter recyclable bottle but which was not refrigerated

Effectively, guests are charged for the same water as the complimentary water sans the bottle and the electricity for cooling the water (you cant take the bottle home)

The least that they can do is use a different bottle or differently colored cap still in my books This is the lowest of the low inmho and is a sneaky way to charge. Guests for nothing

🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

When we enter their lobby from the parking lot, we are immediately enthralled. The ambiance is exquisite. The hotel workers smiled as they welcomed us, Mabuhay! The check-in process runs smoothly. We had dinner in their Signature Lounge. The hotel staff, led by Kyle, never failed to check on our table for any further needs. The cuisine was tasty and unique. We also tried their gym, and the equipment is clean and includes a variety of routines to fit your regimen. The breakfast buffet was excellent! I liked their bistek Tagalog, crispy and crunchy bacon, breads, and taho. GM Mavic also surprised us with an anniversary cake, which we very enjoyed. We will certainly come again. Congratulations to the entire team for providing such excellent service and a great setting!

The rooms are quite old, they should be modernized since you can also hear all the noise of the hallway and the rooms next door, now I understand why they leave you some earplugs next to the bed. Pretty local breakfast, not much choice for people who don't like Filipino flavors. They have a large pool in the building next door that is connected, as the hotel is out of service. The staff is very helpful and prompt.
