Ive chosen to stay in this hotel because of its affordable price. The dry water lily in alabang causes a foul smell, so me and my friend decided to stay for the weekend. Pros -it was near to everything -spacious bathroom -android tv -affordable -toiletries were provided Cons -the pillows need upgrading, their pillows are not for the hotel type -the room is not sound proof, busy area, cars honking, ... maybe choose room that has no windows becoz its on the back side

Once you arrive at the reception there are notes written all over that the check out is 11am none of this is indicated when you book i told the reception that this is not written here she said the info is not yet updated here alright ill accept that. soon after getting your booking receipt and id the will just tell you that there is a P2,000 deposit, well i insist i didn’t see that when i booked it here i let here check the app and she said it was here, well nothing she still insisted it was on the T&C on the actual booking receipt or pdf but i showed her there is nothing she just told me to leave my id instead and not to give the amount they want when you arrived there no time for me to withdraw to go out of the heat of the sun. i will agree if this was written else where. Then we i get in the room the awfull smell of cigarette smoke will welcome you on the room eventho its not a smoking room and fine for smoking is written all over the place. Then when the time i will check out as usual they will the whole room for inspection well a different reception told me that there is a missing towel, i told her that there is only on bath towel when i came in 2 small face towel and 1 matt towel. she asked the room staff over the phone and they insisted that they left 2 bath towel. i told her thats imposible and next time they should have honest staff and I wont take any towel thats is alomost looks like a trash. Im really disappointed leaving the place.

Friendly staff, clean, silent airco, modern locks, very close to the mall.
If you need to be in the area this is a good option.
Stayed for one night and got a good rest after an intense flight.
Definitely a good affordable hotel.

Expect cockroaches, stains.l, yellowish linens and hairs (not your own!) on the floor and on the bed!
Hair strands in different length and colors!!
Smells like bleach, supposed to stay for 2 nights but end up leaving after less than an hour.

Location is in the busy part of the city, right in front of a major highway and steps away from a public market, but because my room had no windows, I had no problem with any of the noise or smoke or smells from the outside. It is walking distance from a mall (using a footbridge), which was convenient for me because the hotel cafe didn't have a huge menu. They had a kettle and coffee service in the room, which was fantastic. No refrigerator, though. My room and bathroom were very clean. There's a socket in the bathroom, in case you need it for a hairdryer. The aircon cooled the room fast and came with a remote. I stayed on the 3rd floor but there was a modern lift, so no issues with going up and down the stairs. My room had a modern door lock, but there's no in-room safe. Housekeeping staff were VERY nice during my stay, super prompt and polite. Front desk was very flexible. Everyone was nice. I liked it so much I extended my stay another day just because.

Booked for two nites using booking.com only to discover on arrival that the hotel is nowhere near the advertised pin location. Actual location is beside a very noisy, polluted expressway. Immediately cancelled and requested a refund.
