We chose to book here because it was the partner hotel of TBR. We arrived around 3 pm, but the room wasn't ready until almost 4 (exactly 3:50 when they gave us our key cards). Parking was also full due to the hotel being fully booked, so we had to park somewhere else, which was inconvenient. They have strong internet, a smart TV (with no remote), and cable TV with a malfunctioning remote control. It's unfortunate that they didn't provide the TV's remote, so Netflix, Prime, etc., were inaccessible to us. The view was good, and we could see the starting line from it. Another issue was the connecting rooms. We could hear the noise from the other room connected to ours, including their doorbells, which was annoying because they kept trying to open our connecting door. They were also noisy during the night. It wasn't my first time staying in a hotel with connecting rooms, but we definitely couldn't hear people from other rooms before. The breakfast buffet was good, but it's best to come early since more people usually come from 8:30 onwards. The stay was pretty bad, especially for someone with sensitive ears like me and eager to rest before race day. The only consolation is they have excellent customer service and good wifi connections

Very beautiful hotel, full of services and attention to the guest. Amazing experience to swim in the evening in external swimming pool at 3rd floor , I was warmly welcomed and assisted by Wilbert. From each room and event at the end of corridor you have a beautiful view. The breakfast is rich and offers different flavors.

Exceeded our expectations. The staff are very accomodating and attentive to our needs and special requests. The room is spacious plus the city view is superb. Buffet breakfast is also good! but the sweet gesture of acacia hotel was the highlight that surprised us, from the welcome greeting with balloon decors to a free dedication cake. One of the best hotel staycation we had.

The customer service has been very attentive and responsive. We are very grateful for them taking all our calls swiftly. I would like to specially commend Ms. Bel from housekeeping for a job well done. I appreciate her warm demeanor and wonderful service. She also gave us a few tips and answered our questions with enthusiasm and smile. She has been very hospitable and polite. 10/10 Thank you for the experience.

The room was great complete complimentary and sets of pillows. Kuya driver who drove us to Festival and pick up going back to hotel was also friendly. The staff on the lobby was also approachable. The staff on buffet was also approachable and smile on us every time. Kuya Wilbert on the swimming pool was also approachable and friendly. He make sure that my cousin(5yrs) was safe upon enjoying the swimming pool. Overall I highly recommended this hotel with other member of family, colleagues and friends.

Awesome stay. Stayed for 2 days, and everyone was really nice and courteous. One guy named Craig, really vibrant guy. I love the food as well. There are options for western, Korean/Japanese and Filipino cuisine.( not so many) but it’s quality over quantity. Overall really great accommodation
