We sleep there one night and yes little worn down. This hotel is still better then all the hotel I have used in the past in Philippines and the family room is big and clean but one light (lamp) was not working.
Still I can after using many hotel here recommend this hotel. One of the best for this price range (5000peso for family of four)
Taxi from airport ( yellow ) was around 800 peso and took 20 min.
Shopping mall 5-10 min walking distance and both Jollibee and Mcdonalds are located in front of the hotel.
Ps swimming pool was close during our stay.

Though short, I enjoyed my stay in Acacia Hotel because of their helpful/caring staff and complete amenities inside the room. The team from reception, concierge and security were all amazing. They were there to offer assistance and brief you about the need-to-know things especially for first-timers. They gave me a welcome drink and welcome platter voucher which I used by ordering from the Room Service. Also during this time, having a fridge, microwave oven and stove inside the room is highly essential. Thus, I was happy to be accorded a room with these amenities. Thank you very much Team Acacia!

This was a nice hotel . A little dated but clean and well maintained. High ceiling atmosphere gives it a luxurious feel. Location was a highlight in itself. Literally at the hotels doorstep are the popular fast food joints that open 24 hours. Other side is Commerce Center Mall which houses a cinema and on the opposite location is the Westgate complex that has a plethora of restaurants and some boutique shops. Booked a junior suite with an extra bed. Amenities are worth noting , liked the cool AC temp. Bathroom has a separate tub and bidet . Breakfast was buffet , not controlled, and the ambiance in the 2nd level gave it a relaxing feel. Most of the cuisine was tasty so it was alright. Swimming pool was just right. Staff service from front desk , breakfast area were commendable. Special mention of housekeeping which seems to went out of their way to give me extra bottles of water late night although they cannot provide the extra towel for the extra bed person that I paid for. This place is a popular wedding venue. Misgivings about the smelly grilled food in the 2nd level that spill out in the lobby when it rained that the outdoor Samanea cookout was transferred. Just a hitch , would be coming back.

Our stay in Acacia hotel was worst. We were not treated as VIP considering our wedding event was booked in Grand Acacia Ballroom and had upgraded our room into Acacia Suite; Commerce Suite for 3 days. Mr. Clark Bundalian handled our account. We did not feel welcome during our stay, not even warm greetings in our room. It did not fulfill our expectations of a 5-star hotel.
With regards to our preparation, we are requesting for our ingress to be earlier, as our suppliers needed more than 4 hours. They were prioritizing a certain meeting, which the schedule is still tentative on the day of our event (24th of Jan), while ours was booked 6 months prior and even paid as scheduled. It was unfavorable for our side. A report, that according to Mr. Bundalian if we’d persist with our request, it would incur as a charge of P300,000. We felt greatly insulted. Concern was escalated to Events Director, Ms. Nela Nepomuceno, yet was not granted. It was only 2 days before the event when we were allowed.
We were also permitted with our pet, provided waiver should be submitted. And we complied with the rules. On the day of check-in, Mr. Clark and the rest of the personnel, visited the room informing us that we had a misunderstanding because pet is not allowed and had to bring to a pet hotel nearby. We presented the waiver and pointed on the terms and conditions, ‘it is allowed in the guest room assigned and Grand Acacia ballroom only’. They can’t just do it to us when everything was complied and prepared, even hired a caregiver. From time to time, he is visiting our room checking if there are any damages incurred by our pet.
We have been to different hotels nationwide and internationally but it was our first time were treated unfavorable by the person who handles us. We commend hotel staffs as they are serving us well, very accommodating and friendly.
Will not recommend Acacia hotel anymore.

We had to wait for more than an hour before we were accommodated. My husband had to voice out his disappointment before we were given the room keys. It was way past our check-in time so it was really unacceptable and there were also a lot of people who had to wait longer than we did. Their breakfast buffet had a very long waiting line and their staff were constantly at your back waiting for you to finish eating so it really felt uncomfortable. They were obviously unprepared for the number of the guests that they chose to accommodate.

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in on December 24 at 11am and was allowed to proceed to our room. What a gift! The room was clean and spacious.
The highlight of the stay was the simbang gabi. The other highlight of the stay was the buffet breakfast on Christmas day. It was just awesome. I love the tapa. Love the spread actually. We stayed for two hours in the ballroom where breakfast was served that day.
Noche buena was at the Treetop lounge where we had crispy pata, vegetable and we sipped cocktail.
Took a lot of photos as the lobby was dressed to the hilt and IG worthy.
Overall it was a fantastic family bonding. It was our second stay and still it seemed to be all new experience.
Definitely recommends the place.

If staying only to sleep then ok. Checkin fast. Rate very good and location is ok with near resto and mall nearby.
Food not ok. Room service bad just order outside for delivery.
Morning buffet horrible. Almost all dishes were empty at 915am. Fully booked but should have been prepared. Those that were available quality not good.

Our stay in Acacia Hotel was wonderful, everyone is so friendly and sociable. The housekeeping staff (France and her colleague who is usually cleaning our room) always sees to it that the room has freshly cleaned linens as well as towels. Well done.
