It was our first time staying at the hotel because my son's graduation ball would be held there. The hotel booking was part of my son's graduation gift, and the hotel staff made it more memorable with their excellent service during our stay. They even made a unique setup inside the room with blue and gold balloons on the bed, a congratulatory note plus a slice of cake! I've read a lot of good reviews about the hotel and I must admit I was not disappointed. The service was excellent from the time we entered the hotel until check-out the next day. Everyone was courteous and accommodating with always a smile on their faces. I would love to come back with my family and friends for another staycation! It’s true the pillows are amazing, the location is great close to all the centers around. Thanks the house keeper Kate, the spa manager Adel amakawa, the receptionist Judi, the spa artist Lynn, and rest of the staff, the wonderful restaurant in the lobby, the staff of shuttle drivers kit and Walee, the wonderful doormen, the entire patient receptionists in the lobby. The accommodations were spotless and extremely comfortable, and the personnel was outstanding, particularly Sir Wilbert of the pool area. He went above and above to make our stay more enjoyable. I would highly suggest this hotel to anyone visiting Alabang area. He was really helpful throughout our stay. The service was also excellent, and I would absolutely refer a friend there. All staff are very nice and accommodating, specially wilbert the life guard. I highly suggest to look for him whenever you decided to stay in acacia. Foods are nice, rooms and facilities are clean. Nothing can go wrong in acacia.

Wilbert is really helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We stayed at Acacia for our daughter's grad ball for San Beda. Our youngest child wanted to swim and even though our shield is too young for the pool Wilbert assisted and gave our son a floater vest. Thank you.

Jay-R was exceptionally great!! He really took care of our every need and requests. He’s friendly, thorough and meticulous which I love, paying every attention to details too!👌 Please thank him for our exceptional pleasant stay!💕 Ps… the shower though floods outside the shower doors, needs addressing a horrible situation! Everything was fine: the room, the breakfast, the gym... the staff is very atentive and kind. As for the room, the bed was just perfect; mattress not soft but not too hard either. Pillows also comfortable. Closet is ample enough and plenty of hungers. Bathroom is also ample and shower very spacious and with good flow of water. TV has lots of channels. As for the breakfast, there is a good variety of food and room is very cosy with floor to ceiling windows looking to the street. If any remarks, I'd just say I missed a good french style bread and good italian style expresso.
