I felt like being at home and enjoyed the events during my 1-year stay. Moreover, I was blessed surrounding by very friendly Somerset team. Miss them already. Location wise, it is somewhat strategic for me who is lazy to travel far away, with 2 shopping malls and food centers nearby. Thank you, Somerset!

Recommended! Very Cozy. Fit for couple who will stay for a week or more because they have small kitchen with complete utensils and cooking wares, their kitchen appliances are not cheap actually. Bed and Bathroom are big. Big windows that you can see half of the city view. And you can relax in the balcony which have both living room and bedroom have an access.. Very Neat. All the Staff are doing their job very well, approachable and responsive..

I had a stay at the Somerset Alabang for a couple of weeks for work trip. The location is great – close to the airport and also I had to travel towards Laguna, this hotel is close to the expressway. There is a 24 hour convenience store 7-11 just behind the building. Festival mall is walking distance from here. The PNR Alabang station is about a half hour walk or so (depending on traffic or if one gets lost). Staff members were all helpful, polite and responsive. They are fluent in English. Breakfast is good, at par with any other hotels, in my opinion. It is possible to sit both indoors and outdoors. There is a sports center with treadmills and the usual machines, all in good working order. I did not use the pool. I had an unlocked view from my window on the fourteenth floor. Room sizes are decent and generally it is quiet and away from the bustle. The environment friendly initiatives are commendable such as a water dispenser instead of multiple drinking water bottles everyday. Also the washroom had soap and shampoo dispensers instead of pouches. Wifi connectivity is reliable. Overall I had no complaints and cannot hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Currently staying at the hotel. Location is very good and quiet. However, room needs a little bit of updating from the wall painting, furniture and bathroom interior. On my first-day already noticed that the room floor is very dusty, still with some food crumbs from previous stay. Luckily I have a lot of sanitizing wipes with me. Only 2 pillows provided which is fine, but not standard. The worst are the towels, it looks very old, suitable for 1 star hotel I guess. I also ordered food from room service its mostly dry, but their mango juice is the best and their staff are very genuine. I thought all rooms comes with a washing machine but I was assigned a normal room. Not expecting a lot as I'm staying with my OFW benefits but just need to point out that you must live up to the standard of 4 star hotel.Just my observation..thank you.

This is our first staycation since the pandemic started. We are anxious but decided to proceed. This is our second time going here but we had a hard time getting here because some of the roads are already one way. So be sure to look it up in waze. We decided to get a 2 bedroom de luxe ( before a 1 bedroom de luxe). Checking in takes around 15-20min, be sure you have your vaccination card with you. Room is very nice. With frig, microwave, plates, glasses, knife, utensils, pots,water dispenser, induction cooker with exhaust. All that you will be needing is here. Didn't disappoint. See photo below. Love the bed and pillows. Free wifi is fast. Room is well kempt. Breakfast is quite limited. Mr. Mac from buffet beakfast was very attentive and assisted us all the way. Kudos to you Mac. Overall stay is very good . Will definitely comeback again..

The size of the room is above expected and everything is just wow. The pool is quite small but it looks elegant, the overall place is so quiet and so peaceful. Just come and visit this hotel, the price is high though.

we had an amazing time spent at the Somerset Alabang. The staff here are very welcoming and very nice, even with our very loud 2 year old (so sorry!)
We spent 9 days in a 1 bedroom deluxe. It had a separate living room, with a full kitchen if you decided you wanted to cook (we did not). It also came with a big refrigerator and also had a 5 gallon water dispenser which was great to have.
King bed was very comfortable and bathroom was also very big. Lots of storage space to keep your belongings. there was a balcony but we never utilized it since it was kind of hot.
Breakfast buffet came with the booking. Lots to choose from, 2-3 dishes usually change but they usually offered plain rice, garlic fried rice, dried fish, eggs, salad bad, noodle dish (this changed daily), some sort of protein (this changed daily), small selection of breads, congee and another soup that changed daily, coffee bar, variety of juices and cereals.
One reason i also chose this for accommodations over the other places was because it also offered a kids play room which came in handy every day to release all the energy. Our booking also came with a parking spot which helped a lot when our family and friends came to visit.
We used the combo washer/dryer every day. It does take a bit longer to dry, so make sure you dont put a huge load of clothes in.
They also offer a shuttle service on weekends to the mall, reservations are required for the times. We never utilized it but its a nice amenity to have.
They are also in close proximity to food places. 7-11 is next door as well. I also found out on our last day that they can arrange for airport drop off (i am unsure of pickup).
I also loved that they called us every morning when the Taho guy came through!
All in all, staying here helped make our vacation in Philippines go really well. Will definitely come back here!

We were looking for a hotel where we can book for our parent who is returning from San Francisco. We want a place where my parent can enjoy and relax without worrying about the danger we have during these pandemic times. It's definitely not a mistake when we book to Somerset Alabang. Stayed here for about a week and I would say this Alabang hotel is low-key and adequately clean. There is a nearby 7-Eleven on the same street that is about a 5minute walk from the hotel. They have a somewhat nice restaurant in the hotel where the breakfast buffet is. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and seems sufficient if you are on a business trip. If you have a taxi app installed on your phone, the Alabang Town Center is a few minutes away by taxi.
