Nice hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. We were a group of seven people and had five rooms, all of the rooms felt nice. The roof top has a beautiful view over table mountain and the lions head. The pool area and pool are quite small but nice. The location is great, close too a lot of restaurants and stores.

The hotel is clean and stylish, views of table mountain are great. The location is perfect for bars and eateries and a short 10 minute Uber down to V & A. I left my kindle and the hotel helped me sort an uber to reconnect me with it on my forward journey…..so helpful.

Loved this hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. The spa is fab and I had a wonderful facial on my arrival after a long haul flight. Food was fab, we didn't book in for breakfast but had lunch there one day and the sushi was top quality. Loved the pool area, comfortable and clean. Location was perfect for us, close to great bars, restaurants and some shops - also central to tourist attractions

Cloud 9 hotel is immaculately clean, great position in town with lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. We had such a lovely time and the spa there is the best massages we have ever had. Well worth the money and will def be back. We had no hot water sadly but they did apologise. A wonderful night away from the kids in a stunning hotel

Wow what a beautiful location. From the moment you walk into the hotel the vibe is amazing. Absolutely loved the rooftop bar. We had amazing Tapas style food. It was delicious. Geena our waitress was amazing. She gave me amazing recommendations of cocktails and was so kind to take a pictures of myself and hubby. The views breathtaking. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this spot.P
