Hotel first stop of my Costa Rica tour in San Jose. Arrived from airport at night, door man helped me sort out the taxi. Got in and was checked in by friendly staff and was given all the particulars to hotel. Front staff always friendly and helpful. My room was on the 1 level floors, interior is all open interior sort of neat to see. Room was clean and had good AC for cooling. Bed was comfy, bathroom good and clean no issues on that. They have a pool on site and a gym as well and change rooms. I went to pool and had a good swim and lounged around later to dry off. They have a downstairs bar if you want drinks there. I had breakfast over two days there, it was buffet but was quite good, much variety fresh fruits, omlettes etc. Location across from a supermarket and near major park. You can access downtown via uber or taxis if needed, or walk.…

From reception to the time we departed was exceptionally great. Señorita Geim was pleasant and kind. This hotel and staff went above and beyond to accommodate our reservations. The hotel facilities like the Fuji Japonés restaurant was wonderful. Also we had breakfast and the selections were plentiful. The common areas and pools were well maintained. As life would have it we returned to this hotel the same day as our initial checkout. Due to the San Jose airport closure 4/7/2022 my family and I chose to return to this hotel. This location was extremely busy accommodating another airlines with housing and meals for many people. That did not affect how they conducted business. We were greeted kindly at reception and even remembered my name. The second stay was as great as the initial. It was short but nothing less. We even returned for dinner at Fuji. It was a difficult day at the airport but the staff made our stay warm and inviting. I recommend this establishment for a great stay stay while in San Jose, Costa Rica 🇨🇷 Mil gracias 🙏🏽 #PuraVida…

DO NOT STAY HERE! Airline sent us here when flight was cancelled. My husband and I were put in room 603 which, as it turned out, had a terrible bed bug infestation. Blood on sheets the next morning as well as bed bug exoskeletons. Totally disgusting.

Stayed here on a tour of Costa Rica, for a total of three nights on arrival and between our extension. Typical city hotel, very comfy and large rooms with big bathrooms, plenty of toiletries etc. Lovely staff, although not very attentive in the main restaurant! We ate lunch, dinner and breakfast in the main restaurant - all good. Also a great meal in the Japanese restaurant. It was quite cool, they keep the aircon on quite high and the weather was windy and cloudy so turned it off in our room! Nothing much nearby, very convenient for airport but only a supermarket and McDonalds within walking distance. The park was ok for a quick walk, only a few yards away.

A very nice hotel. Clean and spacious. Very good dining area for breakfast. All staff are very polite and helpful ,if the staff do not speak English, they still assist to the best of their ability....I am impressed- from the doorman to the front desk to the dining area and the assistance desk. We actually stayed in 3 different rooms over the course of our trip.

Very standard corporate block, but it has all the facilities. Large comfy room & bed (bathroom slightly small), lots of towels, WiFi, TV. The interior of the hotel is a huge soulless cavern, and there's little character in the bar or restaurant either. LImited buffet choices but OK quality. Everything works in $US. But it does all the things you need as a casual traveller.

Very nice hotel. Comfy bed. Gorgeous view (we were on the 8th floor). People super nice and helpful. Location was very close to the very large Sabana Park. Two delicious restaurants on sight although the service at the main restaurant was VERY slow. About 1/2 hr from the airport. We were able to store our luggage after check out. I would definitely stay there again.

Great business hotel option. Room was large with a desk and side chair. Bathroom was beautiful - very clean. No fridge but ice was available from an ice machine. Housekeeping was awesome and provided daily. Breakfast was outstanding with really great staff. I wanted a high floor but it was available but they said the view from my room would be better - see pic. Room service was reliable. I'd skip the chicken caesar salad but the tortilla soup was very good and had pizza another night and it was good. Main issue is location - the super market across the street is a great place to grab items. But there were no obvious walkable restaurants. Was easy to uber to Central Market.

Good sized rooms with bathroom featuring all that was required for this one night stay. Ate an evening meal at the bar, which had all that we needed after travelling from the UK. very clean and well kept rooms and public areas.

5/5 the staff here are amazing and go above and beyond, they are extremely caring and ensure every person has a great experience. The food here is delicious, the property is beautiful, and they even have a casino! This was our first trip to Costa Rica and I’d highly recommend to any future travelers
