Now called Ocean Nest B&B, an artistically decorated oasis was a wonderful way to end our vacation. Duke and Krista were so helpful and they provide many amenities...washer dryer, snorkeling gear, towels and mats for the beach and a common lounge area. Lovely home baked goods, fresh fruit, coffee and juice for the kids delivered to our patio table outside our room. The room was large and comfortable beds. The walk to the beach only took a few minutes. Duke and Krista made great recommendations of where to eat. Very comfortable in every way and a great value.

The name now is The Nest Bed & Breakfast. From the beginning Krista and Duke made us feel welcome. Even before arriving they replied kindly and help us to get a reasonable price transportation from the airport (LIR) to the B&B. I loved their pets, I even can remember their names!! Jack, Bobby (the doggies), Bruce and Lee (the kitties). They borrow us beach towels (so you don't have to waste space in your luggage for that), snorkels and beach chairs. They were flexible to check us in early (it was possible at that moment, maybe won't be for you, but they were nice to let us check in early because the room was ready and available). The price were great, the fruits in the morning delicious. Is a close to the beach (not beach front but almost; like 100 meters). If you feel unsure about your spanish will also very good for you to receive the instructions in your native language with confidence (as you can read english is not my native language but that didn't stop Krista and Duke to be the greatest hosts). I highly recommend staying at hermosa palms (now called ocean nest b&b) to anyone visiting Playa Hermosa. We spent 10 nights here. The location could not be more perfect, 2 min walk to the ocean, the hosts Duke and Krista are so nice and helpful, you get coffee fruit and fresh bread at your door every morning, decor and rooms are just lovely, everything in great condition and the price is right! Definitely stay here if you're looking for peace and quiet and a comfortable place to call home away from home!

This B&B was a wonderful surprise. It is run by a couple, Duke and Krista, who go way far out of their way to give amazing service to their guests. It has all the small details that make a place really enjoyable including beach chairs, beach towels, beach blankets, snorkeling equipment, free laundry, etc.. Beds were very comfortable. A/C was awesome. Loved it. Worth every penny.
